Nice restaurant on the water's edge with a varied menu. The dishes are good, nothing to complain about on the menu. The service is good and quite fast and friendly. Prices are adapted to quality. Easy parking nearby but not many spaces. I recommend this address if you are looking for traditional cuisine in a nice setting with the setting sun. The Ripper is nearby to end the evening with a drink on the beach.

Not very hungry, we said to ourselves that we were going to have boletus ravioli offered as a starter at 9 p.m. In fact we had a ravioli that was bathed in a broth that was too salty. We made the comment to the waiter who told us (it’s a starter) not a single gesture! Lamentable and shameful... Now we have to fall back on a bakery to find a sandwich Shameful shameful

Certainly I would have loved to enjoy the terrace which has a magnificent view (I will come back there to enjoy a sunset), but the interior is very nice. The attentive and pleasant staff and the cuisine are top notch. Delicious roast beef, no need for sauce, even if it is very good. Gourmet coffee, very gourmet. An excellent address (almost) with your feet in the water.

The place is still as magical and even more so with the magnificent sunshine of the last few days. Top food and service attentive to customer needs. We will come back whether to the restaurant or to the Ripper. See you soon

While passing through Switzerland I had dinner at the Lacustres restaurant. Excellent welcome from the team, very pleasant service and all this is reflected on the plate with dishes of truly surprising quality, particularly with the starter "chables egg" which I loved!!!!! The setting is magnificent, by the lake, great light in the evening, just magical. Thank you to the whole team, whether in the dining room or in the kitchen, for this great job!!!! I highly recommend this restaurant

We were warmly welcomed. Unfortunately, none of the staff could really speak English, only French. They only had the map in French. It's a bit of a shame, but we were able to google it. Ordering and service tip top. The food tasted very good. The view is wonderful. Rather expensive.

We had reserved a table outside for a birthday dinner, but it didn't work out. When we had a table, we had to wait a good 1/2 hour for the order to be taken, that shouldn't be the case. One thing didn't work out with dessert either. The service employee apologized, she was from France and had only been employed at Lacustre for 3 days, which doesn't interest me as a customer who has often eaten here. It can't be like that! But the Fondue Lacustre was very good and the wines are also very good. We'll still come back because the location with the Ripper Bar, beach and live music always has a pure outdoor feeling.

We went with a large group and we were very well cared for.

This restaurant is excellent! The atmosphere is charming with a magnificent view of the beach and magnificent sunsets in summer. The food is delicious. From starters to desserts, the dishes are presented with care and the ingredients are fresh and of high quality. However, I must point out that the portions of the sides, especially the fries, are quite limited, which is a shame considering that doesn't seem to be the most expensive item for the restaurant. A simple increase in the portion would be really appreciated. This is the only small negative point of the whole meal. The sandy beach in front of the restaurant is perfect for children. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent food in a nice, relaxed beachside setting.

I went to drink hot chocolate, they made me chocolate with spoiled milk after several sips I said that this taste is not normal, I warned them and they changed the chocolate without apologizing😩and I was sick all afternoon in the toilet I won't tell you the price 😱

We came a long way from Yverdon to come to dinner here and find Estonian perch fillets... However, the environment is very pleasant, the owner's brother has done his best on the piano with some Elton John-style pieces Congratulations to the pianist on the lake!

The welcome was flawless, we were very touched by the attention from the entire team, the attention to detail, the flexibility and professionalism of everyone. We couldn't have asked for better. Yet another noisy place on the waterfront with the Ripper bar next to the restaurant, cuisine, not unforgettable. With earplugs the view is magnificent.

I was there on June 5, 2022. Nice setting because of the view, nice staff, but pitiful food quality. 40 chf for a steak as hard as a sole, rarely eaten meat of such poor quality in a restaurant in Switzerland. Support without any interest. My partner's perch fillets weren't much better. Here we feel the hand of a “cook” who has no motivation to produce quality cuisine and the management of owners who save money at all costs on raw materials.

The place is beautiful and it's very good. But I would especially like to highlight the welcome of a waitress. She was exemplary attentive despite the crowd. I have rarely seen this. I particularly thank her, she has made the difference with many restaurants. I don't know her name, but she has a tattoo under her neck. If the owners read this review, congratulate her and do everything to keep her, she is a gem.

Disappointed, came several times, even for a wedding: perfect. But there, nothing special, a few cold fries on the plate, really light, we are left hungry. My wife's meat barely warm. Absolutely not runny chocolate cake. Too bad. The setting and the pleasant service still make us have a good time.

Very nice experience. Very good menu with dishes for children including one with perch. You can also order the starter as a main course, two prices. The lamb shoulder is well served with lots of vegetables. Beautiful view of the lake especially when the weather is nice. I highly recommend it for a romantic or family meal.
