To flee! Tasteless food. Unfriendly server in training. In short, never again!

Birthday meal, 12 guests. Good food but I still wanted to eat after the crab asparagus soup as a starter and the delicious duck on slate as a main course. Black sesame ice cream, good. The coffee to help is sock juice, I told the waiter. The service was just OK without being good. When dividing the costs between guests, 41 francs were missing from people who left earlier and were forgotten, the manager arrived in a fury to demand the due. There would have been a 60 franc tip because everyone had put more but the way of doing it brought the bill down to 0 more. I will still go back there for a second chance and the quality of the dishes.

Top notch service! A speed never seen in other restaurants as soon as the drinks are given we practically have the starter or the main course which is already in front of us, despite the crowd during the weekends the dishes always come out quite quickly !

Dishes were smaller than in the pictures. They charge for bottle of tap water. Not even like closed bottle, like straight up tap water. Other than that, pretty average prices for 6.5/10 food. I come by ever so often but I am not a regular as the quality/quantity vs price is a gamble, usually not being worth it. Could also hear them arguing often.

The dish is served warm or cold. The waiter is very unpleasant, no pleasure in working and interacting. He removes the dishes while we eat, gets angry when we ask for soy sauce. I will not return.

The service here is horrible, my friends can’t understand Chinese but they can easily feel that people here are not kind. The food taste ok but not very authentic, pics on the menu seems much better than the real food. Decorations looks good, otherwise all bad from my experience…

Good value for money, large selection

08.01.2024. Quality seems to be there again for the pleasure of customers. Good lunch for two with always very affordable prices. 14.11.2023. I'm changing my opinion because the quality of the food has dropped significantly. I went back there often saying to myself that it could happen but today it was really disappointing. Fried ravioli cooked several times hard and oily. The same thing for shrimp toasts and crispy, slightly rubbery beef. Damage !!! —————————————————————— Formerly. Served at the table! 3 starters of your choice + 2 main dishes + rice or noodle accompaniment of your choice for Fr.20.- for lunch, Fr. 26.- for dinner, excellent, very welcoming setting, small problem: it's a little cold in the room , put on a little wool...

Very disappointed, incompetent waitresses, haughty behavior. It was deceived 3 times when our dishes were delivered. No excuses and ended up asking his colleague to finish serving us.

We delight in the delicious dishes and take immense pleasure in discovering the entire menu little by little. The CCG highly recommends Sichuan dishes, notably C38 whose eggplants are exquisite.

If I could I’d give a 3.5/5 It was a good place to eat, but lately the food has become less tasty for some reason, maybe they changed some recipes or the chef? Anyways, they still have good dishes, and a good amount of choices so I can recommend.

The lady who is at the bar often sees the customer cashing is very unpleasant and even when you call her to take your order I find it really unpleasant. Because I often came and I appreciated this restaurant, the food is no longer as good as before, not fresh. I no longer recommend this restaurant, there are a lot of things to take care of, too bad!!

What can I say... I start with the welcome and service aspect, this being less, the robot who brings the dishes raises the bill, Despite this the person is not very warm. The cuisine, the diversity of dishes on the menu is enormous, almost impossible to get lost in, plus the dishes are tasty and well stocked, a positive point for the sushi which, although few in number, are substantial (1 sushi here in equals 2 elsewhere). I just regret the price which is significant, even if it remains normal for an Asian restaurant.

Everything was perfect, but the food was pretty salty. We ordered 8 different kinds of dishes and all was salty. Otherwise, they are all tasty. so I gave 4 stars.

The fried rice at this place is absolutely amazing, hands down the best I've ever had. The flavors are rich and well-balanced, making it an absolute must-try for any fried rice.

We had lunch on Mother's Day. We were forced to order a menu per person, but the rest of the restaurant could order whatever they wanted from the menu. A real shame and discrimination.

This is a very good Chinese restaurant specializing in Sichuan cuisine. All the dishes I have tasted there are very good but very spicy. I recommend.

It's rare that I post comments on the internet but I think it's good that the restaurant considers my feedback in order to improve in the future: - Japanese chicken skewer: sauce is very sweet, nothing to do with traditional yakotori and the chicken breast is dry and hard. - Lacquered Cana: The skin is not crispy, the slices of meat are drowned in sweet soy sauce. The restaurant offers several Asian cuisines but the dishes are not good at all. Is it better to concentrate than Chinese cuisine? The reception is cold. 4 people saw us and they completely ignored us. I will not come back.Thank you

My first choice for takeaway is here. Very nice decoration. The people at reception are responsive, the takeaway prices are very affordable and the price of entry is included. I want to say that every dish is excellent and is packed with flavor. Very good quality of ingredients, including meat/poultry/seafood. Very good restaurant!

I ordered shrimp pasta that was really not good and there were only 4 shrimp, the pasta looked like it should be frozen, I don't recommend it at all If I couldn't have given a star I wouldn't have given

At lunchtime the 20 fr selection was mostly nice and the pot of green tea (4.50 fr) was good. The chopsticks are fine (not disposable). However, all the food was COLD and the hot and sour soup was bland as well as cold. Please warm the little dishes and plates before serving. At lunchtime the restaurant was nearly empty.

Fair price, fast and efficient service.

Don't be fooled by the daily menu, or the menu for the Swiss. Ask to eat the delicious Sichuan specialties (separate menu).

I booked online 6 days before and surprise no reservation, they don't look at their website what the owner told me. She said you have to phone. Yesterday, as we did not have a reservation confirmation, we tried to call between 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. and no one answered. So, for the above, because it was my daughter's 10th birthday and the couple's 24th birthday. So, 2 birthdays and 0 attention. Otherwise, excellent food. Just the pancakes were stuck together, it's the first time I've seen that, it was complicated to separate them. And too bad, no shrimp chips with the aperitif.

2nd visit in a few days. Pleasant and refined atmosphere. Excellent meal and charming and very friendly staff. Since then we have stopped counting visits. Always delicious and plentiful.

We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 this evening. A short, middle-aged female waiter wearing glasses greeted us, then complained that we came so late, and told us that they wanted to get off work early tonight and go to the bar. This waiter has always had a bad attitude. The last time I complained, I stood up and asked her to order, saying that the boss would tell them something if he saw it. Boss, your food tastes good. The boiled beef tonight is a bit stretchier than usual, but this waiter is amazing as always!

The dishes did not match the photos on the menu. Dear. The waiters are rude. Do you still want to eat at this restaurant?

We eat very well, had duck with orange and glazed with rice. The atmosphere is Chinese with superfluous gadgets, see the robot who will bring you the dish - bluish light, must please the children

Excellent meal, unfortunately we waited 45 minutes to receive our bottle of wine which was also excellent and 35 minutes more for the meal, the waitress was very friendly and we apologize.

First visit in 1 year to this place which we really appreciated. No more buffet, ok, or New decor, ok, nice but very garish (to each their own). But waiting 25 minutes to not even have a glass of water, not the table set and not taking the order, that I had never seen. While other tables arriving after us were served. Only one person to serve the entire restaurant, are you serious?! Anyway, my wife and my children went out and went to eat elsewhere. I won't set foot there again.

The meal was good but I was surprised by the behavior of the staff. In fact, they took a long time to give us our takeaway meals and we complained about it. They then gave us a can of Coca-Cola to apologize for being late. We collected our dishes and asked for two hot sauces normally provided with the meal. They said one sauce was enough and we insisted on getting our second sauce. Leaving the restaurant, we sat on their terrace while waiting for a friend who was going to pick us up by car. We were surprised when the manager quickly came and rudely chased us from her terrace because we had taken a takeaway meal. She then told us that in order to eat on her terrace we had to return the can she had given us as well as one of the 2 sauces. I find it a shame that the rude behavior and lack of hospitality of the managers is an obstacle.

Travel to a canteen with a B or C movie setting. Robot on orders to assist the service, with its jargon and music (not the same as in the room) staff with a mechanical smile less warm than the robot. Passable food with a lukewarm dish. Of course, I shared all this with the boss, who smiled at me.

The only actually authentic chinese restaurant in Lausanne. I had a pleasant dinner trying the sizzling duck and the pecking duck.

The environment is nice, but the taste is not authentic and fresh. A dish with such a strong flavor as boiled fish has a faint smell of spoilage.

Very warm welcome without reservation, there was a table quickly. Beautiful layout, large selection of various dishes. We were quickly taken care of and served. These are beautiful plates. There is even a robot that follows the servers to help them clear 😉

I hadn't eaten there since the renovation, I had a takeaway, very quick and always very welcoming! The dishes are even better, not to mention the shrimp fritters which are always perfect. Looking forward to coming and eating there with the magnificent new decoration!

Disappointed. I have been going to this restaurant regularly for 6 years and have never had a coffee offered despite the regular tips. Not traders at all. The waitress doesn't even speak French so it's not easy to order! The dishes are becoming more and more bland. It's time to change creameries

Good food and at a good price. But the service must improve: too urgent at the beginning, at lunchtime they take a lot of time to serve the menu, once they bring you the food, no one comes to take the dishes... you have to get up to ask for dessert / coffee

Very welcoming place, especially after the complete renovation of the restaurant in 2021. I have been going there regularly for 10 years and for me the quality has never changed, it is even better, now that they have a brand new menu with more choice. Nothing to complain about and an address to recommend 100%!

After more than 10 years of loyalty to this restaurant. We were very disappointed with cold dishes and very salty rice! After informing of the problems we learned of the change of ownership. One star hoping that this rating will improve the quality. The service is always good with the same waitresses.
