Always worth a visit! Friendly staff, good food (local products!) and a nice playground. Air travel is always a great experience for children.

We spent a great winter evening with a group in the winter garden and were well served, the organization was very uncomplicated and the food was great. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back!

Alexandra and Pascal are super friendly hosts. The food is very tasty and the terrace is perfect for a dessert in summer.

We booked our business Christmas party at the Flüüger and were treated fantastically by the kitchen and service team! The food was excellent, the service was very courteous and friendly and our hosts were creative, uncomplicated and warm when it came to organizing it! We can wholeheartedly recommend the Flüüger for any type of group event!

This restaurant exceeded my expectations. The great atmosphere is perfectly complemented by the courteous staff, who greet every visitor with a smile. With its warm service and delicious food, this restaurant undoubtedly deserves a place in the hearts of all lovers of home-style cuisine. And what I also really like is the nearby airport, where you rarely get bored :-)

Agreements are not kept here!!! We were a group of 26 people and 19 vehicles 8 weeks before our event I went to the Flüüger to check out the location. We were shown a nice room next to the terrace, parking spaces weren't a problem either and would be cordoned off for us. Great here. We reserve for our group... A week before the event, we were there again to discuss the entire final. Now the time has come and October 8th, 2023 has arrived. When we arrived we saw that the parking lot was full and it wasn't cordoned off as promised. In the restaurant Alexandra then said that she had seated us in the restaurant. They are now fully booked and there is a baptism dinner in the agreed room. Sorry Alexandra, such business behavior is not possible, YOU should have informed us at least a week before our event that there were changes. Then it would have been our decision whether we wanted to come, of course you didn't do that, taking the 800 francs was more important to you... Now about the food, I don't agree with what I wrote before. We are of the opinion that Cordonbleu is a frozen product... Edit: After the review, Alexandra apologized to me by email and telephone. Not everyone does that and it shows greatness...

I don't like to give a few stars, on the contrary, which you can see in my reviews. But now this has to come out: Went there for coffee and ice cream. As far as everything was OK, we were served immediately. Our three children (2x 2 years, 1x4 years) played in the playground located directly in front of the restaurant terrace. Our twins are still small and can only speak a few words. When there is an argument, screaming or crying are their way of showing their displeasure. That also happened today, just as it happens with children. When we were then asked by the waitress if we could check that they weren't so loud or "...you can't turn it off" I apologized at first and said we were leaving straight away. But I was very surprised at the type of communication - even after the payment process, when I asked whether there had been any complaints: "You always have to endure being at home. That's not normal. Especially those high tones"... I'm still not sure who made the complaint, because apparently it also bothered the service. And again: They are SMALL children. If you want to have peace and quiet, you don't have to put a playground in front of the terrace.... and as a guest, I have to take into account that there might be children at this time if the weather is nice. We didn't feel welcome (unlike at the beginning). It was more of a reproach to us about the way we were raised, that we don't have it under control. We will be happy to accommodate you and will no longer visit you. Win win. By the way, nothing was said to the children who previously made a loud noise, put stones in the carousel box, didn't let other children onto the play tower and threw stones around... Disappointing visit.

We didn't see any planes. But the service and the food were top - and the strawberries on the terrace were the icing on the cake. It's a shame I couldn't tip as much as I wanted... but we'll definitely be back 😀

We had our family Christmas dinner there. So there were a lot of people who didn't all come at the same time. That's why I thought the service was really great, everyone came and immediately asked what they wanted to drink, had the patience and went through everyone again to ask about the food, which then happened so that we could all eat together, very competent and friendly and patient . The food was fine. The restaurant is rather small and I just found it very cold in the restaurant.

We were able to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday in the Flüüger restaurant. We were all satisfied from A - Z. Thank you very much, dear Alexandra and team, for the excellent service and the delicious food! We will be back :-)

The food today was really good, as always. I am very happy about freshly cooked menus without sauce powder. Service today, as usual, is warm and happy to welcome guests (it's not like that everywhere). I will gladly come again. The stars represent my complete satisfaction.

Yesterday we had a delicious beef burger with crispy French fries. Simply delicious food and great staff! It was really worth visiting you again, not just because of the great atmosphere at the airport, and we are already looking forward to the next time!

The restaurant presents a very poor image for the local gastronomy scene. Today we are enjoying the first summer evening in June and we are greeted in the garden restaurant with the words that the restaurant closes at 7:30 p.m. This after, presumably also the innkeeper, waiting for the first days of summer after the month of May left a lot to be desired in terms of weather. When asked about the actual opening times of the restaurant, the service staff said that they had earned enough today and that it was the end of the day. In my opinion, this behavior is difficult to understand, as many restaurateurs fight every day for their guests and to leave a positive impression. But that is currently not the case at the “Flogplatz Restaurant”.

full terrace, one service. Well, the waiter (boss?) often tried to escape indoors ;-) On the initiative of ordering something inside, you were asked to leave and treat yourself to a coffee elsewhere. Not here. He couldn't do more than "sack". Even then, well, it didn't look like "sacking" and working through it. Rather like complete chaos and lots of waiting guests. Caught inside chatting.... ätsch pätsch!!!! Catastrophe... But it will probably never be a gold mine

Nice terrace and playground to let children run around. Additionally, you can watch take-offs and landings of helicopters.

Right on the airfield, a highlight for the kids. The restaurant is ok, the service was "Swiss" unfriendly when we visited.

Schnitzel French fries. Two hearty schnitzels. Hot fries. Simply delicious. Sit outside and watch the flight operations. What more could you want? Friendly, competent service.
