Restaurant & Hostel Meiersboden in Churwalden

Today, Sunday, March 31, 2024, I spontaneously went for lunch. I found the menu very varied and had very tasty dishes on it. I haven't seen the dessert menu yet either. Really turned it on. The food was very tasty and can only be recommended. The employees were friendly and limited themselves to the bare essentials. Everything is good so far. I thought the price was high but the food was good. The atmosphere was ok but not really comfortable.

Rating for the restaurant/food Menu: "Light Graubünden barley soup" - 8.00, "Seasonal vegetable plate with cream and potato gratin" - 23.50 Food: I am always happy when the food comes to the table hot. Rarely have I received my dish as hot as at Hemmi! The plate and the dish were about the same temperature as the surface of our sun, wonderful!! I really enjoyed the soup and the gratin with the vegetables! So much so that I even forgot to take a picture at the beginning :) Ambiance: Okay. In my opinion, the furnishings and decoration were a bit outdated, but okay for me because the food was very good.

Bedienung aufmerksam, nett und fast professionell. Kleine Schönheitsfehler, aber alles in allem sehr gut.

Nut croissants and hot chocolate were good. Music was okay too. However, I don't think it's that great if people smoke in the tent. The waitress took the card terminal so quickly that we couldn't even check the amount to be paid again.

Nice, sunny terrace. Pleasant prices, friendly service.
