Restaurant Kantonsschule Alpenquai in Luzern

The staff is extremely unfriendly. An attempt has already been made to discuss this with employees, unfortunately without success. Food is only available in buffet format, although it is not stated what it is. Quality corresponds to frozen food, a real shame.

On a sunny Sunday morning, as soon as I sat down, I was able to order straight away. In the meantime I was contacted 3 times by different service people. asked if we had already ordered?? But it took an eternity until the lukewarm crepes and the wrong tea in the mug were served... the (wrong) tea was taken back and a peppermint tea was finally brought to me. They charged me for the wrong tea :( I've seen enough and just wanted to get out of there quickly!!!

5 pm Fried Rice was dry and burnt flavor. Very small portions and packed not completely filled. Waste of money. Couldn't eat it. Its not even the first time,Thanks I will not come back.

Das Essen ist, je nach dem was man bestellt, okay aber was mich schockiert hat war wie unglaublich unfreundlich und fast agressiv meine Bedienung war. Nachdem ich nach einem Sandwich auf der Karte gefragt habe, hat sie mich zur Schnecke gemacht und so getan als ob es diese Speise seit zwei Jahren nicht mehr geben würde. Trotzdem war es auf der Karte! Nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel hat sehr schöne Zimmer. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen TV genügend Steckdosen wie auch USB Steckdosen, für das laden vom Smartphone. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr gut erschlossen. Es hat genügend Parkplätze und die Bushaltestelle ist vor dem Hotel zu finden. Mit dem Bus ist man in 3min am Bahnhof. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und man ist schnell bei der grossen Messe, beim Stadion vom FC Luzern, beim See, wo man sich eine Rundreise mit dem Schiff gönnen kann.
