With the new Gigatacos app I ordered for delivery to my workplace. I would like to point out that I am in the emergency room and it is not possible to go out, especially in professional clothes and shoes. Nothing is specified on the site. But they call me to tell me impolitely that the delivery man won't come up, it's not just me as a customer, that I just have to send a colleague (of course I'm going to ask the Drs to interrupt the consultations …!) The unpleasant interlocutor doesn't want to know anything, cuts me off without listening. Asks me if I still want the paid drinks, and even if I said Yes, they didn't arrive... Delivery not guaranteed, the delivery man arrives through a rear entrance to which I don't have access... fortunately he made the effort to come to the real main entrance at my request and apologized for his colleague's dialogue on the phone. He looks embarrassed. As a result, gigatacos would not deliver to people unable to move, disabled, etc. since he didn't listen to anything and continued his speech... distressing. Mediocre tacos, nothing more and too expensive given that on delivery, the drink is not included unlike on the spot. Avoid because all other restaurants deliver to the door.

I had a taco with white sauce and cocktail unfortunately the taste of white sauce was not healthy And the cocktail sauce was to my taste a little too salty otherwise nothing to say the prices are very reasonable for the portion you receive with drink included in the price

Tasty french tacos with a big variety of ingredients within. The food is consistently good and relatively fast to get. The staff is nice. It's better to order the food for takeaway and enjoy it in home's comfort.

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED I ordered 3 Tacos with different toppings, The chicken was very very tough. The cordon bleu with the ham inside was very dark (black) and the kebab had a terrible smell, everything went in the trash. This is my first and last time with them ever again. I advise you not to, take it SERIOUSLY have a nice day

The tacos meal here was as simple and fast as good. Generally, eat here was a very good experience. About the tacos there is a large choice concerning: ▪︎ size (M, L, XL, XXL, Giga); ▪︎ meat (minced meat, chicken cutlet, kebab, ...) or a vegetarian choice; ▪︎ vegetables and other fillings (french fries, green salade, tomatos, gruyère, ...); ▪︎ sauces (ketchup, mayonnaise, tartare, barbecue and much more).

Very good tacos but weird chicks in the food

Nice, it’s a giga Tacos but the staff is so cool! There are even some old people who have their coffee while playing. Has scratch games :D

Fast and effective. Too bad the chicken meat is inedible, hard as a rock and so dry that you can't pick your teeth with it. The meat is probably left in the bain-marie all day which is frankly unpleasant. You'll have to change your cooking method because it's really inedible! And this is not an isolated case since it is the same for all the times I have been there, that is to say for about two years.

They are super nice but it's quite expensive compared to other tacos (price-quantity) and above all there is always TOO MUCH sauce on one side. Too bad it ruins all the taste.

Whenever you are roaming around in main cities of Switzerland and don’t want to eat Fastfood but want to eat something on the go. I look for Turkish Doner kababs or wraps. This time in Lausanne I landed on this place and thought of trying it and i can tell you this…. Mouthwatering, full of flavour and I had the lamb one which was amazing. You can make your own wrap with what you want in it. Which makes it more interesting. Must try place you will love it. Value for money and always better then Fastfood. Concerns: Giga Tacos de la Pontaise. Can't be bothered to place an order correctly. Each time we clearly specify what we want, and despite everything they manage to screw up ALL orders placed, without exception. Complete lack of professionalism, if you order there is a good chance that your order contains at least one excess or insufficient food. If you choose 3 meats (for the mixed L taco) and select 2x the same meat, everyone would assume you want a double portion of said meat. However, for them it's as if there was nothing, and your tacos will simply be less filling. If you are allergic to onions or anything, don't go to them because you might get some in your dish. They don't get out of the car, they wait for YOU to get out. When we ask them why, they say that it is because otherwise there are problems with the neighborhood and that they have already had complaints. Except no, the delivery people have an exemption and have the right, but the restaurant systematically refuses to let them out of their vehicle. Finally, at Giga Tacos de la Pontaise, there are so many errors that you could put anything on the order and, by chance, have exactly the tacos you would normally have wanted to order.

This is not good. The pancake is industrial and tasteless. I only had fries in my patty, very little meat. I didn't eat it. Maybe I was unlucky. In any case I don't recommend it.

By far the best tacos in Lausanne (when you order on site, not with Uber Eats which takes the tacos next door), very practical ordering system, with a sheet where you choose the size, meats, toppings, sauces and drink, served very quickly. The value for money is perfect, for 9 francs you can eat as much as you want and rather balanced, which would not be the case with a McDonald's or a KFC. Very good packaging, with towel, everything is professional. In the 1 year that I have been eating at their place regularly, I have rarely been disappointed, when that was the case it was generally because I had made a bad choice of meat or the dough was not cooked enough.
