It's quite dirty and the food is... Edible. You also have to clean your table your self. In the kitchen the water from the sink drips into the cocoa powder. Poor hygiene, not the best food and horrible prices. 10 CHF for 1.5 l of tap water!

Wonderful place, well located and with a beautiful terrace, cheaper than other restaurants at altitude. The dishes (burgers, nuggets, fries, pasta) as well as the cocktails are delicious. Very kind staff. We will definitely come back 😚

Unfortunately it's no longer possible to have a drink at the end of the day. Toilets closed for more than 30’ before closing. The staff is unfriendly, only insulting and above all seems to forget who the customers are. Dear tourists, dear Swiss, dear Valaisans, that’s not what Switzerland is, move on, there are plenty of other places to discover.

The best place in the 4 valleys to take a break, whether to eat or have a drink, the team is adorable, ready to do anything to help you with a smile! The view is simply magnificent I recommend without any hesitation! Looking forward to coming back next year on vacation 🥳

The packet of chips: - start of season 2.- - during holidays 3.- - weekend 2.50 frs Children's syrup: - free outside holidays - 1.- during the holidays!! I find it unacceptable! Not to mention the toilets: - dirty - no toilet paper - no hand soap! In addition, the service is slow and poorly organized! I absolutely do not recommend! It’s a shame that such a beautiful place is so poorly managed! What regrets from the former owners!

The prices, well, we thought the fries were delicious. The absolutely dismal organization of the restaurant is really unpleasant. The employees are quite friendly, but there seem to be no instructions and clear processes are not apparent. They are simply powerless to combat some organizational deficiencies. The employees are forced to improvise and squeeze glasses at an angle under the spout. Of course, this takes time, time in which the queue grows. If the cash register at the food counter is not manned during the lunch break and you have to balance your tray on the bar in order to stand in line to pay again, then you can no longer classify this as rustic alpine gastronomy. It's a shame, because the restaurant has potential and the terrace is fantastic.

It is a self-service restaurant. However, the food delivery staff are incredibly slow and disorganized. There were very few guests in both December 2021 and February 2022. You had to wait 20 minutes for a portion of fries. In addition, it is also completely overpriced. Price and performance do not match at all. The portion of fries (really not big) costs Fr. 8.00. A friend ordered a hamburger. He was the only customer and waited 45 minutes for this burger. Yes, it was delicious. BUT it took far too long. In addition, the burger was ready, but they failed to inform the customer that it was ready. Even at the coffee bar it takes forever to get what you want. Mind you, there are hardly any people there. 15 minutes for 2 coffees is completely normal. And no one cares that there is a queue. Always according to the motto: always nice and slow, I have to work until 5 p.m. anyway.

Miserable food! A cheese omelette for 20 francs, not even fully fried and tiny. An onion sauce that shouldn't be called onion sauce and bland fries. Spaghetti Bolognaise without any taste. It's a real shame when you think you could serve such food in a good location!

Incredibly poorly organized. The staff is running around and yet everything takes forever. Overwhelm from A to Z. You almost felt sorry for the staff. Almost the entire restaurant complained.

The slowest self-drive in the world. Come here if you want to spend the afternoon in line. Switzerland only has speed. I will never come back again.

TOTALLY AVOID!!! Almost an hour for a miserable little cheese sandwich, not very good, a good broth, a few fries and a cheap lemonade... Total CH 28.- Anything at all... If it had been up to me, of course I would have left. The weather was nice, the terrace was nice enough to wait while waiting for our son and daughter to finally be served 😤 Really sad for tourism... Fortunately, most of the other track restaurants are this type of establishment, with table service and in addition prices that are not more expensive, if not cheaper... 😅 Up to you... WE NEVER AGAIN...
