The food is great. The service is challenged - staff seem too busy, rushing about, overwhelmed (but all seemed lovely people). Maybe we were there on a particularly busy night. Expensive for what it was, but probably normal for Verbier.

Great pizza, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere.

From the outside, it looked quiet. Stepping inside the place was filled with skiers, families, and luckily an extra table. I was seated quickly by the friendly staff and watched the show. This place was packed, and Stephanie managed the chaos like a fine conductor. I watched constant interruptions, reservation changes, and a couple of demanding women sitting next to me. But Stephanie and her team never skipped a beat. Always pleasant, engaged, and kept up with the pace. My soup and pizza were delicious (I ordered the Pizza of the Chef) as well as the wine, and enjoyed the atmosphere. I will return, probably again on this trip, but definitely in the future.

We went to Borsalino because it was one of the few café-restaurants open in Verbier during the week. We asked for an iced coffee cup. We were served a cup with espresso coffee and a single scoop of ice cream. No cream, no bricelets, nothing else. When the bill arrived we thought we were dreaming. We had to pay CHF 14.-- for the cup. We told the waitress who told us that she was not responsible for the prices. We consider this to be a completely disproportionate exaggeration of prices. It is more than obvious that we will not set foot there again. Only the name "Verbier" cannot justify such exaggeration. One star is already too many.

The pizza was very large for the price in comparison to many restaurants in Verbier. Service was quick and woman was very friendly throughout. The restaurant is pretty large and well kept and clean. The food was fairly quick to come and tasted fresh. We had no issues and would go back.

An ideal restaurant for those looking to taste authentic pizza in Verbier cooked in a real wood-fired oven (with “home-made” spicy oil), but also some traditional Italian dishes: pasta alla carbonara, lasagna or risotti, the everything prepared by real pizza makers and cooks from the Peninsula and served by welcoming and attentive staff. To eat, you can sit in a room with a warm atmosphere or on a large panoramic terrace allowing you to enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the valley, but also order a takeaway dish... "Ciliegina sulla torta", during the week , a daily menu (coffee included) is offered at a very competitive price for a winter sports resort establishment.

Beautiful restaurant, a stone's throw from the central square! Beautiful sunny terrace! The wood-fired pizzas are delicious. And the little extra with these original specialties! Welcoming and attentive service! We come back every time with great pleasure!

Good pizzas. No gluten free pizza options - only gluten free pasta and burgers. Pasta could use a bit more flavour but still very good! Would recommend when in Verbier. We went three times over five days.

The short, overweight waitress with greasy hair who looked like hadn’t showered and was working on Saturday afternoon was appallingly rude to us as well as the tables next to us. What a vile person. Restaurant seems like a very toxic environment. I should have read the reviews before coming here. There are other Italian restaurants in town where you don’t get abused. Don’t give this place your business.

Casual Italian restaurant in the central area of Verbier. Convenient if you’re not one to make a reservation, as they always had available tables for walk-ins. They offer a greens-forward salad (salade vert and melée) — which I had been craving after a couple of weeks of travel in Europe. I had several dinners here — the pasta dishes hit the spot after a full day on the slopes. The carbonara could’ve done without the cream, but was fine. Olive oil, garlic, and peperoncino was good - nicely al dente pasta. The bolognese was also nice. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

What a terrible experience!! Received the worst service from the waitresses. Our waitress forgot about our order and after waiting for 1 hour, brought pizza and pasta that was tasteless and rushed. No apology, no acknowledgment & poor attitudes. I will never return again!!

very bad experience! bad food, burnt pizza and poor quality ingredients. the ham was from the shoulder and tasted bad. it was certainly old. the owner who was at the counter, by his attitude seemed to be the master of the world. high prices, bad food! Bad slow service and the waiters seemed stressed! really very bad. I will never go back there!

Valentin evening... Busy and loud restaurant frequented by young people. The staff gives an active impression (Italian style), it has to go fast, so fast that Lettuce (Starter) comes together with Main Course. And you come in and eat in 1 hour 15 minutes.

A large restaurant in center with lively atmosphere, which appeared to be popular amongst the locals. The food is quite affordable but sadly the quality of pizza is below average. Pasta was a little better but nothing special. The service was also disappointing - servers seemed rushed and didn’t clean up properly after spilling a drink. My rating: 3.2

Very bad experience with uncooked dough dishes (too bad for a suggestion) but which was offered to us!! Friendly waitress but who speaks neither French nor English. Pizza no more!!

It's OK. Not busy when we got there. Prices lower then most places in virbier. Pizza was awesome. Pasta can use more flavoring and plates when the bread is brought out would be nice

Worst pizza ever ! We ordered 3 different pizza and all of them are a nightmare! Missing ingredient ! No taste! Cold! Uncooked ! I will never order pizza from them again !!

Never saw such a poor service. Left after a few minutes due to the complete lack of attention to customers by the staff. Food looked good but never got to the point of tasting it. Staff looked stressed and was not welcoming.

Our stronghold in Verbier to come and taste wood-fired pizzas! Efficient service and good atmosphere, we are never disappointed! For parents who have strollers: we came several times with our newborn and each time they were able to prepare a table for us with space for the pram, really much appreciated, I recommend! (reservations recommended during busy periods)

Friendly and courteous service! Been here at different times of the year and always delicious. Italian cuisine with relaxed service. Prices cheaper than expected for Verbier. Location perfect in the middle of everything. We would be happy to come back on our next visit here.

Amazing pizza. One of the best.

For the first time in Switzerland, I visited many places and ate in many local places, I only review this one because it is worthy. Very welcoming restaurant, well-trained managers, excellent dishes, excellent pizza. A restaurant like this anywhere in Switzerland and all people will be happier

Saltimbocca, risotto and osso bucco neither looked nor tasted as they should. You should probably reduce your menu to pizza and maybe pasta. In the end we were charged 100% for everything!

Zero complaints for the food! The portions were amazing, and the quality of food was outstanding. Prices are well ranged for the area.

A little disappointed, very nice place and nice atmosphere, on the other hand the risotto that we chose, I found very little on the plate and in terms of taste not great. It wasn't bad but not crazy either. In addition, there were 3 of us at the table and each time he only brought us 3 slices of bread when we asked for it. Maybe a bad day... it happens

Great welcome, we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy the terrace with a magnificent view... excellent pizza and succulent dish of the day (gambas flambéed with vodka). Very pleasant and super friendly waiter, introduced us to a very good wine from the Gerald BESSE estate... we will take note of it for later. The manager gave us some ideas for digestive walks 👍😉 THANK YOU to the BORSALINO team for this great moment.

I visited this establishment for an evening dinner with my daughter. Good welcome by the room staff, attentive and very friendly. My daughter ordered a salad composed of rucola, raw ham and buffala mozzarella, very good. For my part, I asked for a beef fillet, served with fries and small vegetables. The cooking that I had requested was respected, however, the plate had apparently not been preheated, in any case cold at the end of my meal. So I ate the last third of the cold fillet. The fries were ordinary, not homemade, the small vegetables were unworthy of a restaurant, and not good at all, and especially the beef fillet, cooked rare, which normally should be cut like butter, was really hard to cut. Clearly poor quality meat, and for more than 40 francs. Try something else, but avoid beef tenderloin.

The cuisine is pretty cool, the traditional Italian pâté is very good!!!

I ate in this restaurant, after doing sports, I was with a friend, I lived several years in Italy and I ate really well, my friend took the pizza I instead I paccheri tricolore.. Great professional service.. And above all they are very helpful and always smiling, in short, I felt again in Italy

Possibly the worst carbonara I’ve ever had the « chance » to taste. How can you serve something like this and still run a business? Incredibly salty, cheap and chewy meat cut, overcooked pasta... et j’en passe. The « cooks » didn’t even dare to ask why we left our dish untouched. I hate saying this but this is a tourist trap. Have some respect for Italian food for god sake!

A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Let me start by saying that I only like to leave good reviews and I always try to avoid writing when an experience is not good but here it is inevitable, impossible and I would feel guilty if I didn't do it because tonight I felt ashamed of being Italian. Nice place and very beautiful view, my husband and I were warmly welcomed as is usual for us in Italy. I ask for information on the soutè starter of mussels and clams and the waitress confesses to me that they are not fresh, I appreciate the truth so I thank and order two slices of rocket and parmesan and a bottle of Swiss red wine and so far so good... The dishes arrive and from the first bite the meat was very fatty (unchewable!). We asked for medium cooking, the meat was so dry that it didn't lose blood, the rubber is soft in comparison!! So we call the waitress and ask if we can get the menu back, the last resort was a pizza since we were in a Romani restaurant; the waitress took the plates back and rightly asked me what was wrong, and I honestly but politely told her that the quality of the meat wasn't the best, she took the plates back with a dazzling smile and, having gone through the French window onto the terrace, she repeated in a loud voice what she I said (unprofessionally). The owner was also sitting at the counter, who didn't even bother to ask what was happening, in fact he completely didn't care!!!!! Laughing and joking a few minutes later he left. And for me this only means one thing: they are used to this type of situation that they laugh about it now because no one was in the slightest bit uncomfortable! For the pizza you can read the comments of other users... The saddest thing personally was the indifference and lack of interest, no one ever said "we're sorry" or "we apologize". When the waitress brought us the bill she offered us the digestive saying that she can't offer us anything else when no one asked her anything except the origin of the meat. I conclude by saying that I have never had a worse experience than this and I'm sorry to see people who allow themselves to make fun of people by thinking "they're tourists anyway"...

Wasn't a nice experience. The pasta carbonara was dry and a bit overcooked, the salad was delivered without sauce and was of poor quality. My partner's lasagna tasted OK, but looked unappetizing. The price-performance ratio is not right! The supplier was absolutely top notch, very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent service, good food and great seasonal ambiance. The food was great; pizzas, fries and meat were amazing. The beer prices were some of the best I’ve found in Verbier yet. The food was fairly priced, especially for the portion size. The service was outstanding, we got our food in a timely manner and we felt at home. The restaurant itself was clean, spacious and homey. Compared to chez Martin, the food was better and service was incomparable. I would suggest this restaurant for anyone looking for a quality casual meal. Nothing I can fault.
