Unorganized! First the checkout didn't work, then the order numbering didn't work. Instead of trying to keep order in some other way, everyone had to check for their own order. Wait 45 minutes and ask several times for two warmed bouillons with lots of barley, some vegetables and 2-3 pieces of bacon (sold as barley soup). Bread was only available upon request. The fries with Wienerli for the children were okay, but I don't think the 7.00 surcharge compared to a large portion of fries for two burst sausages and significantly fewer fries is okay either. Last but not least, when we left, the gas ran out... UPDATE: on two further visits outside of peak times, portion sizes, waiting time and service were fine. Therefore the rating has been adjusted from 1 to 3 stars.

It's just a shame that they can't manage to organize decent hosts here... the service has been declining here for years... hopefully the lowest point has been reached... 45 minutes wait for a measly portion of fries...

Seit mehreren Jahren sind wir meistens im Winter zufriedene Gäste in diesem Restaurant. Was uns gestern passierte ist skandalös und begründet diesen Eintrag. Nachdem wir uns auf der Terrasse niedergelassen, lasen wir den Zettel: Selbstbedienung. So weit so gut. Im Restaurant stellt man sich an die Bar, wo sonst, und wartet bis man eine Bestellung aufgeben kann. Nach mind. 10 Minuten fragten wir, ob wie bestellen dürften. Die Antwort des Kellners: Ich habe nur zwei Hände. Ok, wir warten weiter. Nach weiteren 5 Minuten fragen wir, ob es noch länger gehe und ob er eine Zeitangabe machen könne. Keine Reaktion. Auftritt des Chefs: Für nur einen Kaffee stelle ich keine Bedienung an. Dabei wollten wir etwas trinken und essen! Auf seine Bemerkung erwiderten wir das sei ja nun wirklich eine unglaubliche Antwort. Darauf erwiderte der Chef: Wenn wir nicht warten wollen sollen wir halt wieder gehen!Das haben wir gemacht, mit der Bemerkung, dass wir jedermann/frau von einem Besuch abraten. Geht man so mit seinen Gästen um? Unglaublich aber wahr!

Punt Muragl 3The woman at the service is very unfriendly, you don't feel welcome, and when you ask something you get a snippy answer. Very long waiting times and almost no product range. Not recommended. Also rather expensive. Price-performance ratio is not right at all.

Via Retica 24Highly recommended restaurant!!! We have been coming here to eat here for years when we are on holiday in the Engadin. Always friendly, fresh, varied and short waiting times. Well-organized team, lots of locals and the best location. You can rely on the appointment, there is always room for two and food is available 24 hours a day ;-) Thank you!

Plazzet 20Perfect hotel for family! Service is great 👍. 2 Rooms adjacent. Very nice restaurant pizzeria, making you feel at home with Veronica taking care of everything! 👏🙏🙏🙏. Perfect bus connexion in front of the hotel to go skiing. Nice spa for relaxing after ski. Warm recommendation.
