I paid with my Eurocard and selected francs at the terminal. The waitress immediately stopped paying and automatically switched to euros. I was irritated and couldn't react quickly enough. So I involuntarily paid in euros and had to pay a significantly worse exchange rate and a mark-up of 4%.
