Restaurant Trattoria Diavolo in Silvaplana

Tuvimos una experiencia fantástica en el restaurante Hide & Seek ubicado en el complejo superior de 5 estrellas Giardino Mountain. El restaurante está muy bien decorado en un estilo chic de montaña con hermosos candelabros y grandes ventanas panorámicas, con vistas a las montañas nevadas de Engadin. La comida era deliciosa y el personal muy amable, en general, una experiencia maravillosa que puedo recomendar a todos los que les gusta disfrutar de la comida de calidad en una hermosa configuración.

It seems like the worst thing to me that in a deserted bar I order a drink and some croissants and have to get up to go get them. Is it too much to do table service? Waitress who could even crack a smile tells you the bill while standing at the checkout and waiting for you to go there. To never again. The pastry shop is quite decent. Ample parking, right in front.

We ate a 4 course menu. The food was very good and the quantity was more than enough for us. The ambience was nice and the service was friendly. A successful evening. We had a dog with us, which wasn't a problem.

It’s been a while since we have had a good time here. Sandro and his team have managed to revive the Hossa Bar spirit. So nice!

Unfortunately, there is no longer a Beyond Meat Burger and therefore no vegan option on the menu, which is a shame
