Outrageously high prices Unfriendly staff Food quality could be higher

Unfortunately I have to say that I am very disappointed with the cafeteria. On the one hand, I find the prices in the cafeteria to be very high and unreasonable. Especially considering the quality of the food and service do not match the price. It would be desirable if prices were adjusted and better quality was offered. On the other hand, I would like to complain about the unfriendliness of the employees. It is unpleasant when you as a guest are treated so unkindly. Friendly and polite service contributes significantly to the well-being of guests and should be a given. Furthermore, I find it very inappropriate that you are only allowed to sit in the cafeteria if you buy a main menu. It is unacceptable that one drink and one dessert are not enough to be in the cafeteria. This regulation has a very intimidating and unpleasant effect on guests and should be reconsidered. Overall, my visit to the GIBZ cafeteria was a big disappointment and I find it a shame that an educational institution has such a poor offer for its guests. I hope that my criticism will be taken seriously and that future visits to the cafeteria will be more pleasant.

The Mensa is often half empty but the team has nothing better to do than police people that have taken food from home with them to eat...

Chicken breast nuggets are supper, nope as pressed meat as in the MC and CHF 1.00 per piece is really fair.
