Pure culinary delights - another great menu. What Thomas conjures up in the kitchen is simply irresistible. Great card. Cooked to perfection, beautifully presented. The service is also perfect. From the greeting to the farewell. Everything fits together!

Visit from February 22nd, 2024, a couple 46-50 years old, CH, rather spoiled in terms of cuisine. Conclusion: a heavy, disrespectful kitchen that wastes products in an ex-or - hopefully - soon-to-be fitness room (that's where we were accommodated) with plastic windows and cheap, well-known, run-of-the-mill parquet floors with corresponding skirting boards. It is a kitchen for lovers of thick sauces, lots of salt, foie gras (sic!) and one fits all glasses, even if the wine costs around 150 Fr. The service was just as rigid as what was cooked. The wine list is at the Denner & Möwenpick level with adjusted prices up to 1.5-2x. The Gault-Millau status therefore remains completely incomprehensible. The reason I wrote this was to be amazed at what you can do with marketing. An all around wonderful evening. Very courteous service, very friendly staff, great food! We felt very comfortable :)

We came with high expectations and left disappointed. The service was friendly and despite the restaurant being very full, everything went quite quickly. We had the lobster menu. A great first course (bisque) was followed by ravioli (which wasn't bad per se, but was served with a very similar creamy sauce). Then a gratin, which didn't differ from the first two courses in terms of taste or creaminess. In this context, it was fitting and also somewhat amusing that the waiter repeatedly greeted us with "Have a nice evening" as we served each course. It was a bit of a culinary version of “Groundhog Day”. The lobster tail for the main course was seriously missed. It was dry, collapsed, fibrous and salted too generously (the consistency was right in the previous courses, but here it was completely wrong - and here in particular the quality of the meat would have been crucial, as there was no cream sauce to mask it). The vegetables weren't special either. The cheese at the end was not at the right temperature and was already sweating. The whole thing didn't leave the impression of a visit to an upscale restaurant and in retrospect it was far from worth the almost 450 francs for two people including drinks. A pity.

We had an excellent meal! The matching, selected wine is excellent. The service was very friendly and attentive. Reussbad is highly recommended.

I’m a seafood lover and I’m so happy that this resto offers fresh giant lobster menu. The food is delicious and the refreshing drink between meal (blueberry yuzu) is amazing! The service is friendly. But the price is quite pricy but you know high price with high quality of food

Very warm establishment! The food was convincing across the board. Especially the dessert, which played with nuances of consistency, taste and temperature. Definitely worth an experience! In addition, there is extraordinarily courteous service and the extremely friendly and passionate owner.

Thank you for a thoroughly harmonious and relaxing evening in the cozy guest garden, sensationally cooked by Ralf and his kitchen crew and attentively looked after by Corinna and her warm service team. As always, every single course is both a feast for the palate and a feast for the eyes. Everything was deliciously rounded off with the right wine accompaniment (the blind trust is worth it every time.) We left nothing to be desired, we are already looking forward to the next time.

Amazing dinner here !! Food absolutely delicious and came with 3 little 'free' amuse bouche. It was really so delicious but on the expensive side: we paid FR 190 for 3 courses and 2 glasses of wine each. But worth it and friendly service too!

We were visiting chez Thomas for lunch. The weather was good so we had lunch outside in the garden which has a real nice atmosphere. This is a nice place for a fancy lunch and good wine. It is located close to the Museggmaur (Luzern city wall) along the river (Reuss). When you are by car it is easy to park in the Parkhaus Altstadt which is just across the river.

Very good restaurant with excellent service. Good choice of wine, a little expensive. The bosses come to greet you. Top and thank you.

Experience at the highest level! The reception begins with an extremely friendly greeting and a pleasant welcome culture. The additional detailed and authentic description of the dishes on the menu by the attentive service will make your mouth water. The prices absolutely in proportion to what is offered; not cheap, but absolutely inexpensive. The dishes served are a feast for the eyes and the cooking points are perfect. The wine list is appealingly European and very balanced in terms of taste and price - there is something for every taste and every budget. An excellent culinary highlight that you can definitely treat yourself to on weekdays, as the restaurant is very well booked on weekend days. The food was very good, unfortunately I have to deduct a star because the starter (scallops with morels) had a tad too much salt. Otherwise everything tasted excellent. Gladly again

The ambience invites you to a cozy evening. The menu is diverse. Every dish appeals. We ordered different dishes and all of them were just a poem. The friendly host came to the table and even offered a round. The service staff is attentive, very nice and professional. The Reussbad restaurant can only be recommended. Top class! Great place for a super lunch celebrating spontaneously our anniversary!

Here the palate and the gastronomic heart will be happy! In Reussbad there is classic cuisine at a very high level with a few surprises (e.g. the best piece of tuna ever on the Vitello Tonnato). If you want to go on a great culinary journey, you should definitely take the multi-course menu - it's worth it. The service is also top! We will be back.

Too bad that in the middle of the tourist season, the kitchen is closed at 1:15 p.m.! Disappointment after the gastronomic articles advertising places where it was good to have a meal on the terrace.

We came with high expectations and great hunger and left happy and with full bellies. We almost didn't finish the dessert, but it was too delicious to give up. Big praise for the kitchen and the service. Top. It wasn't cheap, but why should it be? Thanks to a generous voucher from our lovely neighbor (thanks again), we still had enough money to take the bus home.😀 We'll definitely be back.

Our favorite restaurant. Very great menu, the price-performance ratio is accurate and justified and the service is really top notch. We particularly appreciate the flexibility of the kitchen. In the event of intolerances, etc., the guest will be taken into account and the service + kitchen will endeavor to find a solution. We have often been disappointed in this regard in other restaurants. The Reussbad always excels in all respects. We'd love to come back!

A bit old-fashioned and uninspired. Friendly service, the food was good, but unfortunately nothing more. You feel no joy, no passion. Or to put it another way: Gourmet on the back burner.

High level Michelin rated restaurant with excellent service, good dishes, good wines, extremely expensive, we paid > 270 Swiss francs for 2 people (wine just by the glass) sitting at a miniature table, could await more generous space at these prices

They’re very accommodating and their food blew my mind especially early dishes of our courses. But some of the later dishes weren’t too good and having the service station on our table for other table was not pleasant. I was surprised that they didn’t clean the bread crumbs off my table.

Food/table service very good. The vegetarian selection is a disgrace. Only 1 vegi alternative for the starter and main course. And both are mushroom dishes. Mushrooms for the starter and then the main course? Seriously? I ordered the salad as a vegetarian and got a simple, green salad. In every 3rd class restaurant they pay more attention to the customers' wishes. A pity..

It’s a little bizarre that tap water is not free. One of the waitresses is a bit clueless about what’s going on. Needs constant reminder of what we ordered. Originally 3 star as the food is good. But they replied and blamed me for not being tolerant with their learning employee. Lol. Maybe train them first or give a discount. It’s worrying that they put untrained employee to service and think it’s justified to give bad service without even apologizing. 1 star for the bad attitude and entitlement to excuse themselves for bad service. One should really improve on this as opposed to feel entitled, especially in the service industry.

Visit was great and service was very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately we were placed in an aisle so we didn't have a moment of peace and quiet and because of smokers using the emergency exit next to our table we had something fresh to cold several times. Although the food was delicious, we're not really convinced because we had an upset stomach for a day after eating it, all seven of us.

Nothing to complain. No cheap restaurant, but you will get the expected quality. We had the menu gastronomique with 8 courses. It wasnt hyper fancy but on a high level.
