The best place in Zurich to walk your dog. Not suitable for anyone who dislikes or is afraid of dogs. Grill in operation all year round

If you have a well-behaved dog, I strongly advise staying away from this place! The kiosk is consistently occupied by people who do nothing but drink from early morning, allowing their aggressive and territorial dogs to roam off-leash. I’ve sadly witnessed countless dog fights, and it appears that the norm here is for owners of these aggressive dogs to be entirely passive. To make matters worse, just moments ago, my dog was once again attacked as we were walking by, and not a single person in sight did or said anything to address the situation.

Here we want to be dog lovers among ourselves, if you don't love dogs, you should go to one of the remaining 5000 places that were made for people without dogs...this is the only dog ​​place we have in the entire canton...Uniquely beautiful❤️

Horrible experience - my dog was bitten by the dog of the managers . After the incident they almost kicked us out of the place and never apologised. This place is managed by a group of very disrespectful people with no manners or education at all. I was really scared of the way they forced us to leave. The managers have usually there their “gang” of friends which are very scary individuals. I strongly recommend people not to come here.

It's a kiosk, not a restaurant. I think the food is very good, the service is very friendly, helpful and familiar. The food has to be picked up at the checkout, which I think is good. It will be announced over the loudspeaker when it is ready. There is a tent ⛺ so you stay dry even in rainy weather. I've known the kiosk since it opened. Dear people, keep it up. It's the go to place for dog owners. I cherish their veggie toast (cheese-mix, tomatoes, onions) and they have a fine vegan burger. For rainy days they have tents and umbrellas that keep you mostly dry. We love the place as much as our doggos 🥰💜🔥✨

Great meeting place for dog owners and those who want to become one. The people are open and mutual exchange is valued. If you have any questions, we are happy to help. The dog can let off steam here and play with lots of new friends while you comfortably enjoy a warm drink. Unfortunately, the places in the tent fill up quickly, which is particularly annoying when it rains.

food was ok. service cordial. now it is important to note this is a dog friendly place which is fine, but if your kid is afraid if dogs it might not be the best place for them or simply sit down in the grass or near the river farther from the tables.I have no problem with that, just something to be aware and common sense.

One of the most beautiful places Zurich has to offer. Huge connected meadows, separated by a river (Sihl). Often visited by dog ​​lovers, but there are also dog-free zones. partly a nature reserve. My favorite place are the 2 small ponds in the center of the dog-free zone.

Open 24/7, free of charge, free restrooms, parking (fee), water fountains, barbequespots, viewpoints, skatepark, bmx park and football pitches. Recreational area at the edge of the forest and the river banks with huge meadows, very popular with joggers and dog owners. Watch out for the huge raven population.

Own a dog, or like dogs? Then this is a must! It’s a little kiosk where a public bath used to be right at the river Sihl. You can have a drink or snack and a friendly chat while watching the dogs play. Open all year / come rain or shine, regular special events, friendly staff. Loving it!

Top dog off-leash zone in the heart of Zurich🐾🐾 Dogs can move freely. However, the general duty of care also applies in these areas (Dog Law Art. 9 ff). Those cycling, jogging, walking or otherwise seeking relaxation should remain unmolested. On the other hand, non-dog owners have a general tolerance towards free-roaming dogs. Provocative behavior should be avoided at all costs. If necessary, dog owners should call their animals to them. Dog waste is required to be picked up throughout Allmend Brunau. Throwing away or leaving bags of excrement lying around is prohibited everywhere (Dog Law Art 13). They can be disposed of in normal waste containers.
