The coffee capsules we ordered taste very good, and I also think it's great that the capsules are compostable. What I find very questionable, however, is that compostable capsules are individually packaged in a plastic-like sleeve. Makes no sense to me at all. Either you are sustainable or you are not.

We looked for the right coffee for a long time. We found what we were looking for at RickliS. The product must be suitable as a crema and also for espresso. The fantastic crema and of course the rest is offered by RickliS coffee. We are excited!

I ordered coffee online for the first time, namely the sample pack with 8 different coffees, I am very satisfied with all of them so far, it is difficult for me to decide which one I like best.

We wanted to buy a Piccola machine there, but we were late and couldn't be there at 12 o'clock sharp. Despite a telephone announcement and ultimately a 2 minute delay, no one was there anymore, Storen was downstairs. Actually, it would be better to consider local providers. But you shouldn't be surprised if everyone ends up shopping at Galaxus.

A very chaotic service!!!! The biggest theater because of a broken cup!! Despite many orders for coffee machines, coffee and accessories, there is no way to pay by invoice!!! No delivery promises were kept, despite a telephone agreement the evening before!

I have been a RickliS customer for a long time now. I like to consume products that are not off the shelf. The normal e.s.e pads from other manufacturers are also OK, but they don't come close to RickliS. Now, after 5 tasting packs and a few caffeine shocks later, the house coffee is Don Ernesto.
