My birthday party à la carte. Great food, both high quality and very attentive service and nice atmosphere. Although no brunch was offered, one was prepared for us, excellent selection and also excellent quality. Highly Recommended. Many thanks to the service, the kitchen and the chef de service!

I changed my opinion. The restaurant is top. The food as well as the service is great. The menu should have something for everyone.

There's no point in keeping the prices for food and drinks fair and raising them that much. Too expensive. Overall nothing special. Don't say everything is booked and then make two reservation calls, not a good look. Portions to be reviewed. Too salty. I won't go back

Thank you for all the service, pleasant environment. The service is very friendly. One feels at home here. An ideal place for a large number of people to sit, clean and simple. They will be happy to meet your wishes, be it the organization of sitting or food offers and much more. If you go here alone, you will feel more than comfortable. We ate well and were well served by the friendly staff in a lovely setting.

A modernly furnished Ristoranti. Unfortunately everything takes far too long. The cards were quickly at the table, as was the waitress for the drink. We had to wait far too long to order the food, for it itself and also for the payment. The food was good. But is good good enough to go back? Overall, unfortunately no.

We have been here for 6 years, continually getting worse. Today we waited 45 minutes before we could even order. Dinner another 40 minutes later. The one with 2 small children. Salad without sauce, calzone with raw egg. And at outrageously high prices. We won't come anymore.

After the renovation the price was totally exaggerated. The Hugo Spritz was non-carbonated and there isn't even a normal pizza with salami anymore, only spicy! The last time for me. But you don't have to make any effort, people will come anyway... Sorry, just bad and not what you want for the holidays...

Very nice environment with large terrace and exposed playground. The first impression when you enter is of great cleanliness. I appreciated the open kitchen for the transparency of the ownership on the quality of the restaurant. For me this is top. The menu offers many choices for all tastes as well as a mini menu for children. The quality of the food is excellently made with PARTICULAR attention to the plating. Place appreciated by tourists and locals. I recommend this place if you are in the area

We have been to this restaurant several times and have always been satisfied. The staff is professional and everything we ate, including pizza, was always good.

Yes, before the renovation I gave it 5 stars - unfortunately I can no longer confirm this for myself. The pizza is no longer the same, although there are plenty of toppings, but the base/edge becomes soft after a very short time (exactly one bite). Unfortunately, the friendly staff is missing now, they even argue with each other even when there are already guests in the restaurant, and they don't really pay attention to the guest in any other way. The conversion itself is cool, I like it. But the pizzas are crucial - I won't visit the restaurant again.

The food has deteriorated enormously after the renovation. The pizza is no longer baked in a wood-fired oven and the base is significantly thicker. Although the restaurant has a modern design, it has lost its original charm. The service was uncomplicated and friendly, although we once received the wrong pizza and the "wrong" dessert. The Hugo also has almost no alcohol in it, which is not justified at a price of 9.50.

With the renovation the food has also become very nice and welcoming and good for the prices maybe a little more but when I was there there were a lot of people then a terrible downpour came and all the guests on the terrace came in so some mix ups are normal. I'll be back

I enjoyed the steak with fried vegetables. The steak was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were fresh. The service exceeded my expectations. The prices, although not cheap, are reasonable considering the first-class service and taste. Overall, I am very satisfied with this experience and would happily recommend it.

Me and my girlfriend wanted something to drink and waited for over 40 minutes and no one came. even though we got in first and they said we'd be right there. (restaurant was empty)

I am pleasantly surprised by the camping. Full 5 stars.

Almost everything about the food was very good, but the perch (fish) was cooked to death several times (bone dry). Pizza top. The drink was delivered incorrectly but was replaced without any problems. Tiramisu was one of the best and I've had many! But what doesn't work at all: at the end came the well-known question about grappa, limoncello, ... only these drinks were charged in full and heavily too. Yes, they didn’t say “offerta dalla casa,” but that’s not what they say in tons of other Italian restaurants either. None of us have ever experienced this being offset. Too bad!

We ate here in a large group. 8 adults, 3 children between 4 and 8 years old, and a baby. Only reserved on Friday evening for Saturday at 7:30 p.m. The space outside at a long table was very nice. The restaurant is also really nicely decorated inside. It also has a large lawn in front of the terrace and a playground. The children can keep themselves busy while ordering and waiting. A small placemat with painting by numbers was also brought immediately. The service was extremely friendly and always there for us quickly. Children's chairs and changing tables are available in the men's and women's toilets. The food really tasted very good. It was also beautifully presented and everything came at the right time. Of all the dishes ordered, only one fish dish (too dry) was not as desired. Everything else gave us a lot of (palate) pleasure! From various starters, pasta/pizza dishes and meat to tiramisù. Thank you for a lovely evening!

Grande, unfortunately the bad reviews are really not objective and not fair. We were very surprised at how lovingly and deliciously everything was prepared. Friendly, warm service, fair prices for the location and quality. The Tiramisù 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Absolutely recommended. Thank you, gladly again.

Very good Italian restaurant. The Pizza Parma was almost perfect, the Pizza Tonno got a 10 out of 10 rating from my partner. Ambiance and service also very good. 1 star deducted because there were baked rolls from the Coop with the salad. I would eat there again.

What a lovely place with super friendly staff and great food. We passed by accident and saw the secluded garden with the shaded terrace for taking your meals. We had pizza, vitello tonnato, salad and risotto. All of the dishes were extremely delicious and fairly priced. We wanted to treat ourselves to a nice drop of wine. The selection of Italian and local wines from Ticino is ultimately promising. Just: Please, please renew the wine lists immediately! To choose the wine, my good friend, an outspoken wine lover, was given a card that defies description: tattered, torn, you weren't even sure if all the pages were there. We returned for a baptism. We ate outside and luckily the weather was warm. Informal menu, good dishes with nice presentation.

The food was very good and is recommended. The service lady slipped the whole pizza off the plate and our son got a blister on his legs. Unfortunately it was only a brief Sorry, we were very disappointed with the staff. A dessert tiramisu arrived and the ice cream arrived about 25 minutes later - an absolute no go. The plates from eating were only put away before dessert arrived. We had plates with leftovers on the table all evening. It's a shame otherwise the restaurant would be great and the food would be delicious.

Very well-kept atmosphere, beautiful garden area, partly outdoors, partly covered. Chilled lounge in the front outdoor area, invites you to sit down and have a drink. The food is really, really tasty 😋, pizza is highly recommended, salad also with delicious sauce, whether French or Italian style. Burger is huge, you really have to be hungry 😉 Service is quick and always friendly 👍 A very special thank you goes to the boss Charlotte for the great moments; a warm friendship has really developed. Price - performance: worth every franc for us 👍 It wasn't the first time and definitely not the last time, we'd love to come back 😁

The beautiful place outside for a nice aperitif has been eliminated and replaced by tables...= increasing turnover with tourists..

The welcome was polite, the service was far from friendly. The food is good, not great. Friendly table service could compensate for the atmosphere and price. The price of the drink is Swiss high. We were there for a second time, based on this experience we will not go back this year. Maybe we just had the wrong waiter... However, I see more comments about this. Once again the reception, where we had to wait a while for a table, was fine. Definitely room for improvement!

The quality of the food is quite good, but I can only give it 2 stars because of the staff: first of all, they are completely overwhelmed, you can still accept that for a Saturday evening, what is worse is their arrogance. We got the wrong bill, the total of which was about 70 euros lower than ours. However, when I complained about this, there was neither a word of apology nor of thanks, which would have been appropriate at this point. Very unfortunate.

The conversion was a success. We were there with 8 people. Very nice service. Very tasty food. Price/performance ratio is great👍🏻We'll be happy to come back.

We waited a long time to have dinner and the food was not good, tagliolini alla cacciatore with no flavour, meat fillet requested with medium cooking, arrived raw inside. Poor quality of raw materials. Unfortunately we do not recommend this restaurant.

Food takes a long time to arrive, other guests get it first even though you ordered beforehand. You will not be asked if you would like to drink anything else. You are simply forgotten. Fries were dry, burger was raw - no one asked if the food was good... Positive: The kids were given pens and paper to draw…. Food looks good visually

Since the renovation, unfortunately only unfriendly. You used to be able to order risotto that wasn't on the menu. Not anymore. We also wanted to go out for dinner without a reservation. Fully booked inside. Everything is empty outside. They do not offer any service outside in the beautiful autumn weather. We went to the nearby Lago Maggiore restaurant. Top service and you can eat outside even in autumn. The Campofelice restaurant has lost a long-time customer

Beautiful and family-friendly location. Very kind staff. Food... on the whole rather poor, poorly cared for. The tomato sauce on the pasta was tasteless, with chunks of peeled tomatoes clearly visible. The prawn was "dirty" with unappealing brownish marks on the plate. I speak only for myself but the other people at the table were also disappointed with their food. Sin.

Nice environment. Ate very well and good service (17.09.22). However, there was a dessert on the bill that was not consumed because it was sold out. This must not happen. Unfortunately we only noticed it at home.

I didn't even have the chance to experience it...I called one evening to book for the next evening for 9 people, I was asked to wait "a moment in line" after which I no longer had the chance to speak to anyone to book , waiting for someone to pick up the phone. 5 minutes and 24 seconds of waiting and then I hang up the phone. They didn't even bother to call back, if these are the conditions of the new management.. Either they have too many or they don't care, certainly not very smart or kind. Congratulations to you!

Nice place. Elegant but not too much. A more than apt compromise. Nice furnishings and table layout. Open and airy terrace. Details sought. Food served in a scenic manner and of good quality. They need to grow and this is a constructive review, about the service and the organization. They lack communication between them and a figure who really takes charge of the situation. These aspects lead to delays in service and a low level of style compared to the environment. I'm sure things will improve in some time.

Very accustomed to Camping, We were delighted to discover the new restaurant The restaurant is just magnificent, the wood mixed with this green and the glass roof in the center. Just for the eye you have to go there! brand new, very beautiful! regarding the map, I find it a shame that there is no map in French But like almost everywhere in Ticino, we favor German customers. Too bad, more and more French-speaking Swiss are coming to Ticino. Doing the translation for a whole table took time. And the waiter came 3 times to ask if we had made our choice. Until I made him understand that if there was a card in the right language the order would be faster. The plates are very well presented, and the food is very, very good. Afterwards there is a lot of lack of professionalism! The servers are a little lost after just a month of opening so it takes time. We will return there during our next stay!

We had lunch here today. The service was very friendly and attentive, I have rarely experienced it so well. The food was good, my children praised it very much. My Fritto Misto average but very ok. Good value for money for me. I can recommend the restaurant.

We are regular guests at CP Campofelice and always enjoyed food in the restaurant two or three times. Today we went to eat again for the first time after the really successful renovation. Renovation was very successful - unfortunately the food was far from what we were used to. There used to be the best gnochi ever - today it's at best cafeteria level. The rest of the round was okay at best - not nearly enough at the new price level!!! It's a shame - you won't see us there anymore!

Yesterday August 16th. At the entrance, a terrible welcome from the blonde waitress! Had an aperitif and dinner. Ate well and served by other very kind and friendly ladies. Meat prices perhaps to be reviewed. We will definitely return with the hope of receiving a different welcome!

We are completely shocked. The big server with the blond short hair was completely incompetent. We were nice and quiet the whole time. When we wanted to pay she cursed at us in italian. She threw the money at us and told us to go cry to mommy. The food was gross.. this is the worst experience i've ever had in a restaurant. DO NOT GO THERE!

This waitress attitude is highly inappropiate, when we asked to split the bill (which we also did last time) she got annoyed and refused to do it until the other waiter told her to let us pay seperately which made her mad. This rude woman then started to insult us and treat us in a disrespectful unfashioned manner which made the terrbily bland food and order mistakes seem like a minor problem. We are borderline traumatised and will never revisit again

The quality of the food aside -which I have heard very good things about, but have been severely disappointed with today - the service was horrible. I got the wrong dressing on my salad and my friends got their orders mixed up as well (starters and main dishes). The bad experience finally culminated in our main server actively (while cursing at us) refusing to let us pay separately, but instead insisted that one of us fronts the entire bill. After insisting on paying separately, the female waitress kept swearing at us and treated us with utmost disrespect.

Absolutely not recommended. Never again. Very unfriendly staff that was totally stressed. My husband's main course came alone, served before the starter he ordered. The children's portions were so small that our children were still hungry at home. My pizza was topped incorrectly, with mortadela instead of cured ham and mozzarella instead of buffalo mozarela. There was absolutely no apology, no free coffee, nothing. The bill hit us quite hard. Thrown on the table……… 25.— for 1 liter of mineral…….. well that’s when we were hit……..the colleague did it wrong. So there was a bit of cash back. This hospitality is simply terrible. Never again.

The main course came before the starter, Pizza came with the wrong toppings. Instead of raw ham there was mortadella. Be sure to check the bill. 1 liter of water cost 25.- on the bill. Never experienced anything like this… I usually never write anything in it, but it has to be done now
