Extremely unfriendly/aggressive staff - absolutely unacceptable behavior towards potential clients. DO NOT GO HERE! We were hiking the way that passes this restaurant & were planning to get a refresher there. We stood in front of the place to wait for our friends to arrive and enter the place. The lady owner already gave us the look of disgust, when her colleague came and asked us to leave the private property in an aggressive tone. We were so caught off guard and left directly.

Super nice hut! Nice family business and there is something for everyone when it comes to food! And it all tastes very good too! From fondue over the titular plate to ragout with polenta (on the daily menu today)! The slightly more difficult route on skis is also worth it 👍⛷️

Very cute restaurant, the drinks are very good, the setting is magnificent! The waitress is very friendly and the toilets are very clean.

Are negative stars possible? I've never been treated so badly. Today, after walking down off the mountain we were so glad to see this place open and went to walk inside but were blocked in the doorway, she said it was colder inside than out. Left that hostile comment there, but still asked to see a menu, just wanting to know what the drinks were. She said the kitchen was closed, which was understandable given the season, but asked what the lagers were. She didn't tell us all the options or prices, so instead of taking a long time to ask the price of each beer we weren't familiar with, I asked if we could look at the beer fridge. She then said 'Wow, is this what you're always like in a restaurant?!' Awful way to lose customers. In response to the reply, there's always the option of not speaking rudely to customers.

Horrible welcome We wanted to stop there but when we arrived we were immediately greeted in a bad area (semi-aggressive) and immediately asked what we were doing here. I didn't really like the tone, I told him that we didn't yet know what we wanted to do/order She replied without taking the trouble to speak German, English or French correctly to basically go elsewhere. Well, we continued on our way and stopped at a mountain restaurant located 30-40 minutes further. Damage I've never been so poorly received before but hey, there's a first for everything :)

"Extremely rude", these were the words we were greeted with by the waitress when, after a short break after the climb, I didn't order something straight away. A friend ordered an herbal iced tea, which I also enjoyed. Then I ordered this too. I couldn't get this encounter out of my head while I was hiking. All guests should be welcome, even those who just want to take a photo or simply want to change their clothes in the 30 ° C heat and walk past this hut for a moment. I should add that the view is very beautiful.
