Rössli in Oensingen

We were treated to a very fine meal. Everything was excellent and very tasty. A great menu with a large selection. Everything is very fresh and prepared with love. They are generous portions. So no one has to go hungry😁. Very friendly and attentive staff. We would be happy to come back at any time. Many thanks to the Spielmann family

Very tasty cordon bleu. Price performance ratio is very good. Service was very nice, even the chef asked what was going on.

Despite wrong delivery, good cordon bleu receive. Suggestion to Chef!! Cordon-Bleu XXL was blurry... my suggestion was to use spicy cheese... e.g. Pepper, paprika or chili cheese.

Update: the Rössli used to be really great, but unfortunately it has lost a lot of weight. With this quality I won't visit it again, I also have my older reviews of the Rössli, so I will visit it again. Old reviews: Restaurant Rössli, has not been out for long with a new owner, I was amazed at what new culinary options there are in Oensingen. All I can say is that the restaurant is TOP, from the food to the facilities and conditions. I had a huge Cordon Bleu which was great in quality, my girlfriend had a Pizza Funghi with fresh mushrooms which was also very tasty. I will visit the Rössli restaurant again. PS: I have visited the Rössli several times recently and have always been thrilled 👍👍👍.

We ended up in this restaurant because of a traffic jam. And what a nice suprise! Nice staff end excellent food. portions are very large. We took away almost half and had again a nice diner the day after.

Versatile menu with a large selection of pizza and meat dishes at very moderate prices. The price-performance ratio is still right here. The food is very good and the portions are generous even for those who are very hungry. Very attentive and friendly service. Short waiting times. Parking spaces are directly in front of the entrance. I can only recommend the restaurant.

Unlike TOP, I can't write. Very nice service, fantastic, home-made dishes. Burger meat, chicken nuggets. Real meat. No finished products. Large, crispy pizzas, fresh ingredients, vegetables. Everything was great. Thank you from our stomach.

It's a shame how overwhelmed the restaurant is at lunchtime. If you can't handle the guests, you should consider reducing the number of seats. 1 hour waiting time is too much. It's a shame we've always been happy so far.

There were 4 of us here on 9/7/23. It was the first time for three of us to come here. We all really enjoyed it. The service is extremely friendly, courteous and very attentive, which is not often found in the catering industry these days. We had an excellent meal, from the starters, which were well portioned, to the delicious main courses. Since we got so much food, I was able to try everything and every meal was delicious. Nobody has to leave the table hungry here. Highly recommended for pizza and cordon bleu lovers. We have already made reservations again and are bringing two new guests who don't know it yet. I was very impressed!

I have rarely felt so unwelcome in a restaurant. We had reserved a table for about 15 people. Of course, 10 minutes before the agreed time, not everyone was there, but the waitress wanted to clear the set places with the harsh remark that there were probably fewer there than agreed. The highlight, however, was the request not to order too many different foods if possible. After the first person placed their order, it was assumed that everyone would have the same dish. Always accompanied by a barracks sound, we were then “allowed” to order about 4 different dishes. If it hadn't been a special occasion I would have left after the first "command". By the way, the cordon bleu was tasty.

As it is, you often have to make your own experiences. The condition was friendly and quick. Toilet e.g. clean which is also important. Ambience, well, there's often not much you can do about it. Actually functional and not too tight. Food is super quick and good. The pork cordon blue is good but could perhaps be improved a bit. Side dishes okay too. Price performance OK for me. You can always go back there. Ordered coffee without sugar.

The lunch menu is varied and the pricing is also okay. The food is served hot and always tastes very good. It speaks for itself when the store is always full! The staff is friendly and almost always in the right place at the right time. Overall a good impression and there are enough parking spaces available.

Always very friendly and prompt. I feel very comfortable in this beautiful restaurant. I recommend making reservations as there are always a lot of guests. This definitely speaks for the restaurant. So please be patient. Pizza very good but also varied menus. Always my pleasure.

We were looking for a place to eat while travelling back from. Basel to Bern and this was conveniently later not to far from the highway. The service was friendly and the food was good. It was a good supper stop for us.

Enjoyed a wonderful Mother's Day meal! Service was super nice and attentive, food tasted very good, value for money was very fair, great ambience. The only deduction: it was very loud - but it was also completely full and therefore almost impossible to do otherwise ;-) gladly, gladly again!

I can't recommend it.. Stay away from the pizza.. They have no idea how to make pizza.. Unfortunately..

Very nice lunch menu with dessert.

Solid "Beiz" for lunch. Good and wide choice of daily menus. Notable are not only standard dishes, but an obvious creativity in the composition. We opted for the pork rib. The vegetables were a bit soft, but the portions can satisfy even a hard-working customer. The dining room is spacious, bright and simple/nicely decorated. All in all, well recommended.

We waited over 90 minutes for our food. In addition, the wrong food came once because the waitress didn't know that 'spicy' meant 'picant'. Were yelled at stupidly by the same waitress. The correct menu was delicious and enough for both guests. Pros: Dogs welcome. The rest of the staff, except for one, were courteous and friendly.

Very friendly, attentive service. The food was super delicious, from the salad and pizza to the cordon bleu and the “Züri Geschnätzelte”. Everything was very tasty, nicely prepared and large portions. We'll definitely come back.

Round birthday party in the music hall of the Rössli restaurant with 23 people. Had buffet (aperitoire, starter, main course and dessert) at a fair price. All the food was freshly prepared, warm and tasted excellent. I highly recommend the Rössli and its cuisine, even for two. I would love to come back…

Excellent food, great value for money, great service

We were at Rössli for dinner for three on December 4th, 2022. The service was good but the food still has a lot of room for improvement. The quantities are large, actually too large. I had a Gorgonzola pizza, the first look was good and the base was thin. Unfortunately, the base was still soft and the cheese used was of very poor quality, which made the pizza tasteless and rubbery. The Gorgonzola was very sparse. Sorry but I had to give up the pizza after the first third. My wife and daughter's spare ribs were not freshly cooked and the sauce was unfortunately very salty. The mixed salad was swimming in the sauce and seemed very industrial. There was also the hair in my daughter's Solothurn wine soup. It's a shame because the Rössli Oensingen looks nice from the outside, but unfortunately it can't boast the kitchen. For me it belongs to the category, once and never again.

The staff was friendly. I ordered a schnitzel with rice and vegetables. Unfortunately everything was so dry that I gave up halfway through. The others were happy with the food. I am aware that it is difficult to please everyone. A little butter or a little sauce would have gone a long way.

We were here for the first time. Friendly and attentive reception. Starter (wine soup and nut salad) went very well. The main courses (pizza and Wiener Schnitzel) were very good... and the portions were quite large. All in all, a great lunch with lots of fun...we'd love to come back...and best wishes to the whole team 👍

The service staff is simply awesome!.. As always, Gökhan is fully motivated and the friendliest service staff I have ever seen in my life. The food was mega mega fine. I really recommend this restaurant to everyone.

It's a dream to eat here. - Enough space - Top staff, friendly and attentive. - Food is of high quality in terms of price-performance ratio, very good!! Eat: Pork steak and salad menu. As always with the salad, bagged salad but with a good salad dressing. I think you should come to terms with the salad issue, there are no restaurants, or very rarely, that serve freshly cut salad. Meat...wow, wow and again wow...Thick, juicy pork steak, really well burned through and outside...then with the HOMEMADE sauce, just wow! There were fries with it but they are always good as long as the OIL is good. Dessert was also perfect, fresh and everything 100% homemade. Conclusion: If I drive past here again for lunch, 100% visit is guaranteed!!

At first I had a very positive impression, but unfortunately that quickly wore off. My cordon bleu was still very cold in the middle and the meat was still completely pink/raw. I told the waitress this, but unfortunately they only tried to make excuses. We weren't even offered coffee or dessert as an apology. And the best thing was that I had to return over half of the Cordo Bleus and pay the full price for it!! What cheekiness.
