Ruedi Rüssel Tankstelle in Köniz

Was there this morning and asked for an NZZ. I was served very unfriendly and the return money was almost thrown into my hands. The farewell was also extremely unfriendly. No more!!!!

The service was very unfriendly, I haven't experienced anything like that in a long time. Such people are not allowed to have contact with customers.

Today is the date..! June 30, 2023, we saw an old woman working on staff, there is no respect at all and very forcefulness, she is definitely not the norm for all women...

Friendly employees, shop furnishings and air conditioning have been a disaster for years...! Working conditions are poor, which is sad for 2022...

Parked at gas pump 4 after 10 p.m. and wanted to press 4 on the display, but it only showed me 3. It has 4 columns in total. There is no indication on the display or on the column itself that you can only refuel at number 3.

Very cheeky service! I even had to pull my mask DOWN for a pack of cigarettes to show that it was really me?! The answer from the cashier was simply “welcome to 2022”. I wasn't even greeted. Never me again! Phew!

Totally unfriendly, came by bus to fill up with diesel and was shouted at right in front of the shop, even though I couldn't go there any other way. After filling up there was no one there in the shop and when a cashier finally came, he didn't even say hello to me even though I had filled up and wanted to find out what I had done wrong, just not a word. Is this CUSTOMER SERVICE? Never again!!!

If you're lucky enough and a salesperson makes your way to the checkout, you can pay without any problems. In most cases you wait a long time until someone comes. New staff every few months that have not been trained. They are totally overwhelmed and also very unfriendly. The only plus point is the low petrol prices...

Very friendly seller. Lots of products for a gas station shop, it has a Nesspresso capsule machine for delicious coffee to go, seating and refueling options.
