For a team lunch with 25 people, we ordered from il Gusto Pinseria. Unfortunately this didn't work as discussed. Despite receiving an order and delivery confirmation (exact time), we still had no food 15 minutes after the agreed delivery time. When we asked by phone, we were told that we had just seen our email with the order. We were promised that the delivery would be processed immediately and delivered in 40 minutes. Another 10 minutes later we received a call saying that the entire order (25 lunches) could not be delivered. As a company, we always strive to consider local businesses for our team lunches. Unfortunately, today's experience was a big disappointment and we hope that the il Gusto team will have a better handle on their service in the future and that mistakes like this won't happen again.

The restaurant has very bad staff. You can find hair and dirt in your food. Restaurant is really not recommended. The restaurant is dirty, it's very disgusting and the pizza is too expensive for this poor quality! Don't go there!!!

The raw ham is not delivered on the pinsa but raw in a packaging😂. No pepperoncini to be seen either, the spiciness comes from somewhere else🤷 Really sad for these prices! Never again!!!

I had a pinsa for the first time today. Very good. The dough is great and the desired pinsa was perfect. It's a shame the Pinsa isn't available in small format. I barely got half done.

For the first time I was allowed to try the Pinsa with grilled vegetables and it was so perfect, harmonious and very, very delicate. I have to honestly say that I prefer the Pinsa to any pizza. Although I haven't been able to try IL Gusto's pizza yet, which I will still do. If I could, the Pinsa would definitely be worth more than 5 stars. Please keep it up and keep getting creative at Pinsa!!

I tried the Pinsa Puttanesca. The Pinsa dough is the gourmet variant of the normal pizza dough. Wow, I never had such a good pizza in the last 25 years, seriously. It's really a must-try.

As a true Italian I can say that the pizza is very good compared to other pizzerias here in Switzerland.. The staff is very friendly and smiling, we got two pizzas by ordering from the site but there was some problem and to apologize they offered us a drink. It's already the second time we've had pizza at this place and we will definitely have it again!

Pizza was delicious and the price is fair. Although they had some technical difficulties and didn't get our order placed via their website, the staff was very polite and quickly prepared our order on the spot. I'll make sure to order again!

Had a flyer from il Gusto in the mailbox today and heard about Pinsa for the first time. Ordered, delivered, eaten and convinced!

The 5 stars for the Pinsa are more than justified. Really really tasty!

unterierdisch... shwarma coctailsauce schmeckte nach jeglichen frigoraromen die man sich nicht wünscht mezze teller: babaganoush sauer ohne taste, einige tage drüber spinattaschen war der spinat grau, sauer mehrere tage drüber.

Aso ich weiss nicht wie ihr den libanesischen Gericht macht aber was Pasta und Lasagne angeht habt ihr richtig verkakt die Tomaten sause ist garnicht gekocht und Lasagne ist billig vom Migros eingekauft merkt mann es bei der Fleisch ich hoffe ihr hollt mal ein Italiener wo das kochen kann

Wir probierten den Burger und den orientalischen Taco. Es war sehr gut und auch überhaupt nicht teuer. Der Vermieter ist sehr höflich und schafft eine nette Atmosphäre.
