The food was extremely delicious and the service was extremely friendly and uncomplicated. The organization of the employees was impressively efficient. I can only recommend the restaurant!

We really enjoyed our dinner here. Our server, Thanashanka was incredible and took really good care of us. The pasta was delicious and the wine was tasty. I would recommend this place to any visitor and locals.

And the winner for the most mediocre restaurant of my Switzerland adventure! The pasta was bland and tasteless. How could so many reviewers be wrong? Maybe this restaurant was good in the past, but it’s terrible today. And the server was the rudest person I met while in Switzerland.

Tight atmosphere but it was during lunch rush and the place is popular. Otherwise the food was great, my husband and I shared a pizza as the size is pretty large for one person. Highly recommend as the pastas around me looked really good as well. Staff were friendly and accommodating, their turnaround for tables are on point. Definitely recommend.

Amazing tiramisu! And the pizza is the best I have eaten in Zurich. Karina was lovely and served us and she was so helpful in deciding what to eat. Can definitely recommend for a great price meal and a great atmosphere.

I wanted to go out for dinner with my family and I was warmly welcomed in the entrance area. When I asked if there was room, after I said I also had a stroller with me, the gentleman said to me ah no, no room. Really rude and hard to understand.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times and it was good. It's not a place where you can experience culinary delights, but it was tasty. A few days ago I was there again and unfortunately I am disappointed with what I got to eat. I ordered a pizza with prosciutto. The ham smelled unpleasant and its color differed significantly from the color of fresh produce. I managed to swallow one bite and that was all I could do with that meat. Since I didn't have time and wasn't alone, I removed the meat and ate a little of the pizza. The lady who served couldn't even apologize. I had to pay full price. To charge full price for something that can be harmful and cause health problems and just say she reported the problem in the kitchen is outrageous. I know for sure that I won't be coming back.

We got there early to get a table for four as two people didn't take reservations. They said we had to wait until the other couple got here too. In the meantime, a person came in who wanted a table for two, they were let in while waiting for the second person. A second couple who also had to wait for two colleagues for a table for four joined us. Their friends were soon there too and they were let in. Our friends arrived on time as agreed. We were looking forward to a cozy meal for four. The man at the door said everything was occupied, we have to wait 15 minutes!!!! We would never set foot in this restaurant again. We were warmly welcomed and served in the Brasserie Schiller.

Ordered food in Uber Eats, the shop delivers the pizzas. After two hours and two phone calls (one wasn’t answered) I called Uber Eats for client support and they didn’t even pick up the phone for them. If you are not able to deliver the order at least make the customer know.

The pizza was very tasty, also available in a small size. The service was also very good. You are warmly greeted when you enter the restaurant. The waiter showed a lot of patience with the lady next door, who complained in detail about the fact that you can't order half a bottle of mineral water and not 0.5 dl of wine. One in total

Food and ambience really nice and tasty. You can't say anything at all, even if the order took a little longer to be served. can happen. absolutely okay. But the staff… terrible is an understatement. snotty. I understand when you are stressed and try to keep a calm and clear head despite everything. Then you should step back for a moment, take a deep breath and then go back to the customer. So I don’t let the “lots of stress” statement be said to me. The penultimate time I was a little undecided with my order and was then told: “You are a very complicated customer”. The next time we visited again, we wanted the pizza to take away and my sister asked the waiter if he could perhaps cut the pizza before packing it up because we wanted to eat it in a 6 hour drive and it was difficult to store a knife and fork in the car. After 20 seconds of silence and reflection, a lovely answer came: “So you have a lot of wishes for a pizza.” That's good, next time I'll put a knife in the glove compartment so that the guy doesn't have to worry about any stress. Sorry for the MANY WISHES. look for new NICE workers.

At the door we said that there were 2 of us and the third person would come later. They gave us a table for 2 and when the third person came, they sent us out very rudely because there were a lot of people waiting outside and they couldn't get a chair bring.but why!!!?we were shocked. I couldn't believe something like that happened in the middle of Switzerland.very rude,unprofessional and only thinking about money.Shame!

An Italian restaurant with very tasty food. There are “only” four stars for the ambience because the tables are very close and quite loud due to the many people in a small space. The ideal place to quickly eat something really good.

A very pleasant restaurant right in the center of Zurich. Santa Lucia is an Italian restaurant chain, but the standard is still quite high. It has a large number of tables arranged around the bar. Here and there there are paintings hanging on the wall, creating a nice atmosphere. The dishes themselves are fresh and delicious. It's not exquisite, but still good. We tried bruschetta as a starter and as a main course spaghetti carbonara, seafood pasta, a Quattro Stagioni pizza and a Parmigiana pizza. Unfortunately, some of our guests had to wait a little longer because the kitchen mixed up their orders. You get the impression that the restaurant places more emphasis on the ambience than on preparing delicious food. The bread with delicious olive oil, balsamic vinegar and fresh pepper that is served as a starter is definitely positive. A nice addition was the portion of Parmesan, which you could grate yourself for your dish. The service was friendly, even if the waitress mixed up our order. Still, I think Santa Lucia deserves a solid 4 stars.

I was just here SORRRYYY BOY, GET YOUR BEARD IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE REALLY NAUGHTY AND AROGANT.!! Does Santa Lucia think he owns him? Told us we had to wait 20 minutes without a reservation at 10 p.m. and opened the door very roughly!!!!! And it comes across my bag...really cheeky, untrained service!!!!
