We have chosen an absolutely recommendable restaurant to give the birthday a highlight. The interior design screams Italy wholeheartedly. The attentive service was just as charming and gentle. The food was very good, the risotto topped everything. We didn't have pizza, but we'll definitely try it on our next visit. For dessert, I can recommend the lukewarm (liquid inside) chocolate cake with Raffaelo gelati to everyone. The restaurant gets quite busy in the evening, so it's a good idea to reserve in advance. We are looking forward to the next time!

I asked for a candle for my colleague, whose birthday was today, and then we were surprised by the employees singing. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The food was very good, especially the desert: lukewarm cake with Raffaello lace. Will definitely come back!

Beautifully discreetly decorated historic building. Good service, great food. It's worth it. Family friendly but I haven't experienced any annoying noise for a long time. I can particularly recommend the lasagna. I would also like to add that there actually is enough staff here. You almost never wait when you want something.

We always enjoy coming to Santa Lucia Niederdorf. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is soothing and the service is excellent. On our last visit we were served by Rony, who was very attentive, friendly and well-positioned. :-)

It‘s one of my favourite italian restaurants in Zurich and my favourite Santa Lucia. As soon as you enter you are greated warmly! The interior adds to the warming welcome, it‘s a mix between wooden and stone structures, very besutiful. The food was great everytime, good sized and good topped pizzas. The service is always attentive and friendly, although the restaurant can be very full.

Ate minestrone and pizza Margherita here recently. It's OK, you can eat if you're very hungry. The dough on my pizza was too thin for me and I'm usually the one who cuts the dough off the edge of a pizza.

We come to the Santa Lucia Niederdorf every now and then. Unfortunately we were disappointed yesterday. The pizzas were lightly filled and unfortunately not up to standard. We found the service from one man extremely negative, which further spoiled the experience for us. Update: We will avoid Santa lucia Niederdorf in the future as the quality of the dishes has greatly decreased. Only the service was okay on the last visit.

I'm there every weekend, just wow. Everything you eat here tastes perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. You are treated like a king. If I could I would even give 10 die.

The three stars are because of the sir from Bangladesh who made us the pizza , he was very kind and friendly otherwise I will not give them neither one star at all. We went at 21.50 and we asked for pizza and spaghetti. The waiter with the beards was very unfriendly , he told us they were already closed (although there were still people in the restaurant) while the other man was able to made us a pizza for take away and two spaghetti’s. Even more he told us look quickly and decide ….

The food at Santa Lucia was amazing. It was obvious that high demands are placed on the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Our evening there was absolutely great. Despite the full house, we were seated quickly and the service was great. We are already looking forward to the next time at Santa Lucia because it really impressed us. This restaurant is definitely a highlight in the area. We look forward to next time.

On February 9th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. I visited the Santa Lucia with my friends instead of the canceled Trattoria Semper, as the table sizes are as you would like to find them! We were very satisfied with the fine food, top service and the pleasant atmosphere. The men's evening was saved!

This is a restaurant chain. In Zurich there is more than one. My favorite is the one in Niederdorf, in the old town of Zurich. They don't take telephone reservations. The only way if you want to book is to do it on their website. When I want a good pizza, even a last minute one, I know that I will always find a place there, especially during the week. My favorite restaurant not only for pizza but also for tiramisu: they make it super creamy just how I like it.

The portions were extremely small, and the scallopins al limone which is one of the most expensive plates were just three slices of meat, and in another plate, some simple spaghetti without anything on top. A joke for real . The ambient inside is not bad

The food is good as before. However, the service has become noticeably worse (joyless service), but the prices have been raised significantly. For example, I have always asked for a glass of tap water, which now costs 3.00. It's OK. But there is a draft at the tables on the window front facing the inner courtyard (something is leaking there)... In the future I'll check whether the competition is better, there are enough Italians.

Waited a very long time for the food. unfortunately this wasn't good either. The lasagne was probably there for a few hours, it was just warmed up, it was very, very bad and not fresh and had almost no taste. Pizza wasn't served warm and didn't taste good either, very bland. Not good food for these prices. Not recommendable! For this money you'd rather eat a kebab :)

My family and I have been coming to this Santa Lucia regularly for about 17 years now. I really recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes authentic Italian food that is served quickly and is affordable. The restaurant employees are always in a good mood and friendly; You can tell that they are very competent and enjoy their work. In all these years I really haven't had a bad experience at Santa Lucia, so five stars isn't really enough. Top price-performance ratio, great food, pleasant atmosphere, great service. Sani took great care of us that evening!
