I think the men doing the service are forced to work. The service was lacking and when I told the female staff what was missing, the meat got cold and we still couldn't get what was missing. terrible service.

At the beginning it took a long time to order, later the waiter was very attentive. Appetizer platter for 2 very tasty but expensive for what it is. Meat on the hot stone is very good quality and very tasty. Drinks also very good

The reservation went through, even though we were a little late. The ladies at the front went to great lengths to make my daughter and I have a great birthday lunch unforgettable. Despite the fact that she had a lot to do with other guests, she was very friendly and accommodating. And above all, she knows the menu extremely well. I highly recommend it.

We were 8 for New Years Dinner and were amazingly positive surprised. The Lady Boss there has a fantastic and straight manner to entertain the guests. The meat is excellent no matter from which part on the world. And definitely no one needs a vegan or vegetarian option when going to this place. On December 8th we had our Christmas dinner at Texas Steakhouse. The food was super tasty and the staff was also very friendly. We waited a little long for the food but it was definitely worth the wait. I would recommend for a Christmas party with the company. Our employees enjoyed it. Many thanks to the team. We love treating ourselves to a great dinner in the steakhouse at Irchelpark. We are always completely happy. Great atmosphere and service. We always feel very comfortable whether outside in summer or inside in winter. A must for us! Onion rings and nachos as a starter, followed by Black Angus fillet or, even better, bison fillet on a hot stone, a Fireball for dessert and the whole group is happy. The journey is always worth it for an unforgettable evening. 😊

The food was actually quite good. We wanted to celebrate a birthday which unfortunately ended in great disappointment. We had to wait over 1.5 hours for our food. Unfortunately there was a large group there that evening, which led to this enormous delay. Why weren't we told about this when we made the reservation? Or at the latest when we ordered, we could have been made aware of the longer waiting time.

great experience with grilled meat and hot plate; perfect service

Food was mediocre, location was a dream in the middle of the city. Perfect for a drink Argentini's burger wasn't a burger. It was simply a natural schnitzel in Hamburger bread Wienerschnitzel were 4 pieces of cranberries as decoration for the schnitzel. This had nothing to do with a real Wiener Schnitzel like it was on the menu

It's all ok. The decorations and wall wallpaper are rather simple.

It was one of my favorite steakhouses in Zurich. I went there without my Swiss husband for the first time. Waiter was arrogant, rude and impatient this time. He was friendly all the other times. Is it because of my poor German or we were only Asians? He was friendly with Swiss customers this time, too. It was a weekday and they did not serve hot stone at lunch. The food was just average. The location is still amazing but not sure if I want to go here again… —————————- We went back to the restaurant again after one month. All the dishes we tried this time were very nice again. Pity that this time we did not have time to have dessert. Next time! ——————— Mitten in der Stadt eine grüne Oase mit einem guten Restaurant. War sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, insbesondere auch mit unserem 1monatigem Sohn. Flrisch war ausgezeichnet!

It was our first time in this restaurant, but we could not even try/eat what we ordered because the service was terrible. The server was very rude to us, we had to cancel our whole order and leave the restaurant very disappointedly. This review is mainly for the owner and for whoever wants to come over here in future. As a family we had a very bad experience.

We were treated horribly. We waited for 45 mins to an hour and not even served water. The waiter was clearly incompetent as he brought us other people's food and took 45 mins to bring us silverware and plates. He gave us attitude and faces constantly. At some point we just simply could not stay there any more, and we left without getting any food. DO NOT GO to this restaurant if you don't want to risk ruining your night by a terrible waiter.

Nice place, good food, lots of professionalism

Stundentoffer is a straight 10/10. Burger, Fries and a soft drink for only 10Fr.- . It‘s also nice to get the take away so you can eat it at the lake right next to you.

Very positively surprised by the brilliant price/performance ratio of the very good burgers. You'll be really full for CHF 13 :-) A little tip: treat the service staff the way you would like to be treated ;-)

Food was OK for the price. The service was inattentive and seemed listless. We didn't feel welcome. The toilets are very clean, the place looks like it has seen its best years.

The food was great, they offer all you can eat for the side dishes, but if you have to wait 30min for every portion of fries its doesnt make sense.. 2nd time in a row where we had to wait for 1h till the food arrives.. everyone deserves a 2nd chance but they didnt prove that they are worthy.. Answer to commend: dont offer all you can eat for side dishes if you cant fullfill it🙂.

There were 18 of us in the upper hall. Food was great, unfortunately we have never experienced such incompetent service. E.g. wine was only served after the meal, beer was only available in a 3dl bottle, etc.

Good steakhouse with tons of personality to make you feel like you are in the wild west. The place is huge, with plenty of tables indoors and outdoors. Located at the border of Irchelpark, it is in a beautiful area surrounded by trees. It has a few parking lots too. The atmosphere of the place, full of décor from the wild west, and the location are the highlights of the place. The best part of the food was the meat, which you prepare to your liking on a hot stone. It was tender and delicious, and the hot stone is a lot of fun. There's plenty of choices and sizes for the meat. The sides and sauces were okay. The best was the salad buffet. On a Sunday evening, there were a few guests but plenty of space. You'll likely find a spot without booking in advance. Great for families and larger groups. The service was good but not super friendly. Prices were fair for Zurich. We may be back again when the nice weather allows sitting outside.

Have already visited Wild West Steakhouse a few times. It's always a pleasure. The water buffalo is highly recommended. However, the other dishes on offer are also very tasty. The ambience could be improved a little. Otherwise, keep it up! Greetings Nico

Great meal (rib eye steak 300g on the hot-stone and veggies on the side), but the waiter ruined the experience in the end by standing on our head with the bill and asking a tip. It was not cool and felt a bit forced, gave the guy 10 franks anyway but don't appreciate being asked explicitly to tip...

I had a butter-tender Black Angus US Tenderloin. One of the best steaks ever! And I also found the rice I ordered excellent and very aromatic. Service was also top and very experienced. Price/performance is also great!

The steak was good. The staff seems a bit chaotic and disorganized and sometimes a bit cynical. The waiting time is very long, I had to wait about 40 minutes. My food was first served to someone else and then it was noticed that it wasn't for the other table. The other guest had already cut the meat. I didn't feel well that night and the following day.

Food came very quickly and was really tasty! The salad bar is a bit boring and doesn't look particularly appetizing, but the salads with dressing were all very good! The restaurant would urgently need a new interior and unfortunately it smells very strongly of food because you fry the meat yourself at the table. You should take things with you to change into or go home and shower afterwards!
