I always enjoy coming back, very good service, food very good as always, what I miss is Asian music for a real Asian feeling. Otherwise everything is fine.

Very extensive menu, difficult to choose

First time in this Asian restaurant, simply fantastic! The warm welcome makes you feel at home... Very friendly staff, fine food, I can only recommend it 👍 Always happy... Thank you 🙏🏻

Too bad it was reserved at 7:15 pm on a Tuesday. Then we had to wait until we could get to the sushi bar. The sushi bar was fully reserved. When we arrived there was no sushi... the neighbor said there had been no sushi on the conveyor belt for 20 minutes. When we wanted to leave, the service cheekily asked why are you leaving now... I'd be happy to go again next time, but make sure you can keep the reservations and maybe more sushi on the conveyor belt

Beautiful location and super fine food. Large menu selection and very friendly staff. Absolutely top!

With the Christmas market in Rapperswil there was no place to be found in the restaurants without a reservation. They also told us the same thing in this restaurant. However, with extreme kindness they offered us dinner in the local bar next to the restaurant. The service was quick, kind and excellent food. To be revisited when there is less crowd in the restaurants.

Great courier service Thanks for the prompt delivery, it all happened very quickly. A top delivery service man, you have to say you finally have a courier who is very nice. The young man with longer hair does his job in the courier with love. They should never lose this young man. The food was also very good Thank you very much

Reservation recommended, friendly service. Something was going on here. Yum Nua (beef salad) is a bit too sweet. I prefer salty/sour in salads. Next time I'll use Japanese again.

Service was very friendly. But we had to wait a long time for the drinks. They only came when we had already had the starter and asked again. Food was okay. Decoration on the plate not edible: large and hard beetroot and kohlrabi carved in the shape of a flower. It would have been better to serve some vegetables. E.g. spring onions. Duck was tender but sauce was bland. We might try a second visit and try a Thai curry.

I don't want to badmouth anyone and I won't. But I won't go to this restaurant again.

The food was nice and staff friendly

I reserved a table here for dinner. The selection on the menu was quite extensive and the ordered food was served surprisingly quickly. The dinner tasted great. A recommendation at any time. Reservation necessary!

I ate sushi directly at the sushi bar. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was upscale. The selection of different fancy sushi creations was good. However, the taste of the sushi didn't convince me. I didn't think the rice was perfectly leavened and the fish was only of average quality. Given the high price level, this shouldn't be the case.

Four of us had dinner there on Sunday evening at 6:45 p.m. Drinks were picked up and brought quickly. Unfortunately, this was the first mistake, as we ordered mineral water without sparkling water but received it with sparkling water. Okay, it can happen. Then the warming plates were brought in for the food, but they eventually got cold because the food only came after about 45 minutes. Second drawback: Food was needed at a different time and was therefore sometimes only lukewarm. Basically it was fine but not exceptional. Then water was poured into my wine glass, even though there was still some wine in the glass. Ordering dessert was quick, but unfortunately the espresso was forgotten here too. The food is not served from the right and some of the decorations on the plates were not fresh. Apparently we haven't heard anything about food waste (a lot of lettuce and parsley, beetroot and kohlrabi for decoration purposes). It's actually a shame that so many little things spoiled the whole thing. Not worth a second visit to me.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed... I made a takeaway order on February 14th when I was already at home I noticed that two things were missing. I called and was told that I would receive a voucher with the value. My address was taken, I haven't received anything yet. I think it's a shame because I actually love the restaurant...

Ordered the steamed fish In lemon sauce and the crispy beef. Both tasted amazing, and the waitress was very attentive and Friendly and spoke in fluent English. Will come here again!

Ordered food at night, everything was delivered almost cold, and you pay a lot at sayori, and waited over an hour for the food, something like that shouldn't happen, from today on I won't order anymore. very disappointed 😡

85.50 francs for 2 people and the food was COLD! What a joke.

We had a nice lunch with good food. The Szechuan soup was fine and spicy, the plate of sushi was delicious. I have rarely eaten such fine sushi.

They have the best sushi, and it's cool at the sushi bar, and it's so beautifully decorated.

Unfortunately, the Sayori was better. Profit now takes precedence over customer well-being. Last Saturday evening we reserved a table in a small group (4 people). We had to wait a long time for the food. When we wanted to order dessert, we were told succinctly that there was no more dessert and that we should leave the restaurant at 8 p.m. Not only were we told this, but also the family next door who were still eating. Apparently they were told on the phone that the place was only available for a limited time, but the person who made the reservation couldn't remember that. At least early information that the place has to be vacated at 8 p.m. and that in this case there wouldn't have been a long wait for the food is to be expected. A pity.

Food consistently good. ( we go there for almost 17 years). Service now bad. (15.01.2023 lunch) With 5 tables and less than 20 people the two waitresses didn't get it. No cutlery, no drinks, no smile, no apologies. Where are the Thai's they were so brilliant with customer service?? Sad....

A la carte is always very tasty and the service is very friendly. I'm disappointed with the sushi bar, from 7:30 p.m. everything is empty and only by order and that doesn't make any sense!

Service may take some times, which I do not like. The waitress did not take my order right. I asked for duck as meat in the main dish, but it tasted like pork and stood as chicken on the bill, but at the (higher) price of duck. Difficult to understand, no. Prices are quite high, as it often is in Switzerland. But food tastes good, therefore this restaurant deserves a three stars rating.

Overall, we had a lovely evening at Sayori. The sushi was very tasty and the sushi chefs were very friendly. Unfortunately, our bill was charged for something additional that we didn't order and something else was forgotten. We didn't notice this when paying - and why should we? As we were leaving, we were pointed out what we had forgotten - in a not very friendly way. When we checked the bill, we wanted to cancel the additional sushi that had been charged and pay for what we had forgotten. Although we didn't have to pay anything in the end, the way we were treated in such a situation was not professional. It's a shame when you have to walk out of the restaurant feeling like that - you don't really feel like coming back.

This is among the best Places to get amazing Sushi in Switzerland. Besides the outstanding Sushi the "regular" Menues include Chinese, Japanese and Thai Dishes. They also have some Signature Dishes which habe been unusual but very Tasty in my experience.

Ate sushi at the bar. Wasn't good at all for our taste. Lightly cooked salmon was served. Inappropriate sauces. The food was lukewarm, which conveyed the feeling of not fresh food. Were there for the second and now the last time.

We ordered 3 times within a short period of time (approx. 4 weeks) Unfortunately, this is the second time today that I have forgotten the drink. You order an extra drink to reach the minimum order quantity, and then you forget about it. Unfortunately not unique. I will never order from you again. Unfortunately, when you order non-spicy food, it also regularly comes out spicy. Very disappointing for these prices.

A cozy evening with good food and attentive service, I looked at the beautifully designed wall with the flowers, the gold-backed niche was beautiful, but it was full of spider webs and a lot of dust on the pots. Very unpleasant to look at all evening. It's a real shame, unfortunately it leaves a bad impression.

Rude people didn't want to serve us anymore because it was 9:30 p.m. on a Friday evening

Today the 5 of us made a reservation at Sayori and everything was very good. Unfortunately these 2 women in service were unfriendly, unprofessional, or coincidentally both in a bad mood! Both were able to laugh during private conversations behind the counter, but there was no refill. Like the nearby table, we were only able to place an order when specifically called out. It's a shame, I've known Sayori since the beginning, this is the first time I've experienced this so badly.

Top food with mediocre service. More presence and asking for drinks would be nice. When it comes to sushi, too much work is done on the delivery service instead of on the line (too little selection).

We've been waiting for more than 1.5 hours and there's still no delivery in sight!! And very unfriendly on the phone if you dared to ask where the food was! And not for the first time

Customer service is terrible. The communication within the team itself is so bad that we always got different answers from four different people to the same question. Until it finally said that the kitchen was closed. Food would be good, but combined with the very overpriced prices and how you are treated, it is absolutely not worth it.

Service is sometimes slow and chaotic, depending on the staff on duty. Food is excellent with authentic Asian taste and very fresh ingredients. Prices are quite high.

Delivery is made to Pfäfikon but not to Hinwil, although it is closer.

Very nice sushi 🍣 served at the tables or the sushi bar. The food quality is excellent and the sushi is freshly prepared in front of the guests. The variety of fish is good with some potential to increase it. Always worthy to enjoy some nice food in this place.

In my opinion one of the best sushi restaurants I know. We've been to the sushi bar 2-3 times now and the sushi was simply brilliant. I find the prices reasonable and will come back any time.

Were at the sushi line. We would do it again in a heartbeat. The evening wasn't exactly cheap, but the sushi is of very high quality and the sushi master listens attentively and asks the guests what he should conjure up next.

The reception staff is not polite at all. We plan to open a wine and have some decent food and even though my 5-year-old had a happy meal with him. She is quite rude and reject us on the spot. We will never go there again.

If you are the only vegan in the group and don't want to be treated as an alien, you shouldn't go. Definitely a good place for all non-vegans to eat sushi. (Hence the two stars) When I asked whether some of the sushi could be made vegan, I was treated quite rudely, almost shouted at: “We don’t have any mangoes!!” Was the answer. Instead of suggesting what else you could roll into the sushi there, another suggestion from the guest: “Then could you maybe use cucumber, or avocado, or pepper?” you were then looked at quite annoyed, then a sushi roll was taken out of a container and without being looked at: “Eggs won’t work either!?!” Guest: “No “. The sushi roll was thrown back into the container in annoyance. Then she started rolling new sushi without comment. After no longer being noticed, the guest went back to the table. After about 5 minutes she came to the guest and said it wouldn't work because all the sauces were non-vegan. Then we asked her if she couldn't just leave out the sauces. She went back again without comment and after another 5 minutes she brought the most difficult sushi in the world (nori, rice, avocado and cucumber) to the guest. The service was super friendly, the sushi maker was rather mediocre.

The Sayori Restaurant is located in the middle of beautiful Rapperswil. It was very cozy in the garden. The staff was very friendly. We were all very happy with the food. Was really very good. In my opinion, the Sayori Restaurant deserves all five stars. Keep it up! Thanks!

Good food, but unfortunately rather inattentive service. It was my birthday and we reserved a nicer table in advance. Unfortunately it was completely forgotten. We waited a long time for the aperitif, wine and the starters. The food is really great, it's a shame about the service, which unfortunately seems a bit stressed.
