Landed here by chance on the way home. It was 100% worth it. The sushi was freshly prepared and really tasty. The service was very friendly and attentive and the place seemed authentic. We would come back immediately and can only recommend it.

Ordered over the phone... When we arrived there, the atmosphere was pleasant but very empty for a Saturday evening at 7 p.m. Not a single nose to be exact! Took food with me and started eating at home.. Sushi tastes like it was freshly picked up from Germany in Rewe’s cool box. Very poor quality of the sushi ingredients, 3/4 of the ordered sushi (approx. 20 pieces) were thrown in the trash..! Stay away from this snotty place and thank me later.

Half of what was paid was not given. For some people, money is not as fluid as it is for others. Unfortunately, even when a complaint was made, the item that was forgotten was not delivered. We would definitely NOT recommend. Super unprofessional.

I had sesame chicken at the Street Food Festival in Basel. The staff themselves, who are of Tibetan origin, didn't know where the menu came from. It seems to me to be a variation of a Korean menu. My wish for spiciness was implemented. The menu tasted good and was at least somewhat special. The portion was OK, but rather small, as is usual at such festivals. The staff was very friendly. The price was perfectly fine at CHF 14.

I've eaten in every Tibetan restaurant in Zurich and I have to say that Karma's definitely holds its own here! The food was delicious - especially the beef curry! We pre-ordered the food for a pre-arranged time and the food came on time. Will definitely order again, thank you very much!

2.5 hour waiting time is not possible (1 hour announced)!! Food itself was very tasty, portions were a bit small, 20% refund received upon delivery. But unfortunately it wasn't convincing for the first time (yet). It's better to specify a longer, more realistic waiting time, then at least you know that you have to wait a while.

Das ESSEN war köstlich, die besten Momos die ich bis jetzt testen durfte. Mein Mann hat sich Sesam Chicken mit Reis bestellt. Es war eine grosse Portion mit Poulet in einer Honig süsssauer mit Sesam. Schmeckte einfach tip too!! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, ich habe bestellt und habe es dann als Take Away abgeholt. Sie waren sehr im stress aber die Dame nahm sich genügend Zeit um mich ordentlich zu bedienen. Sie gab meinem Sohn noch eine CapriSonne als Dankeschön für die Bestellung. Sehr nettes Familien Restaurant!! EMPFEHLENSWERT Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!!!

Am frühen Nachmittag wurde das Essen auf 18.30 bestellt und reserviert. Um 19.00 haben wir nachgefragt, da noch keine Lieferung erfolgte. Die Dame entschuldigte sich dafür, dass die Lieferung nich an der richtigen Adresse erfolgte und garantierte uns die Lieferung für 19.30. Um 19.30 wieder nichts. Um 19.50 versuchte ich das Restaurant telefonisch zu erreichen (über zwei unterschiedliche Telefonnummern), da die Lieferung immer noch nicht erfolgte und hinterliess eine Sprachnachricht. Ich bat um Rückruf oder Lieferung in den kommenden 5min. Ansonsten könnte die Lieferumg storniert werden. Um 20.00 haben wir an einem anderen Ort bestellt und somit 2h später doch noch was gegessen. Schade, denn wir wollten den heimischen Restautant eine Chance geben, nachdem wir einen Flyer im Briefkasten hatten. Zudem war es immerhin eine Bestelleung von über CHF120. - und die anderen Rezensionen waren sehr positiv. Nanu, dort werden wir leider nicht mehr bestellen.
