Very beautiful view. The daily iced tea, coffee, brownie and cheesecake are delicious. The self-service is very chaotic, long waiting time until you receive the food and drinks. Price-performance fits. The waitress seems stressed and behaves accordingly. The staff will try to get you seated quickly. It would be beneficial if there was Service Tableu as it is self-service. Service can be adjusted with so many staff.

Well-organized, friendly team, great ambience and fine drinks deserve 5 stars.

We were very unhappy with the service. They messed up our orders. So we waited for 40 minutes and got no food. I had to cancel because of the kids couldn't stay there for a minute longer. Since it is self service, with the line to order 50 minutes is beyond what the kids could tolerate.

Absolutely first in the rankings for now, one of the best cocktails tried so far! I recommend the location to everyone: at the foot of Meggenhorn Castle and facing Lake Lucerne, one of the most fairy-tale and easily accessible places in the surroundings of the city of Lucerne. I can't wait to come back and see you guys!
