Hmmm excellent salads...of the best quality and for a healthier life. 🥰 With lots of sprouts (secondary plants/bitter substances) and vitamins. Really great. I like it. It's a shame that the bread was white bread. Because a dark bread with more nutrients would have made the dish perfect. ❤️🌈 Otherwise really TOP.

The restaurant is beautifully designed and you feel really comfortable there. Definitely not a place to grab something quick, but the perfect place to end a day comfortably. The food was excellent and there were large, definitely inexpensive portions. A lot of it is freshly prepared and you can taste it too. I'm overjoyed and go home with a full stomach. I like being there often.

Had a chicken and orange bowl. This was very tasty in and of itself, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right for me. CHF 26.50.- for a bowl, mainly consisting of lettuce, oranges and a few pieces of chicken (from BRAZIL......) is definitely too much. You could expect a little more.

We were eating in a small group. It took over 20 minutes just for us to receive the drinks we ordered. It took another 40 minutes for the starter and main course to be served. Staff is very inattentive and extremely slow. I will definitely never eat here again because it's way too expensive for this miserable service! And ps. My fries were very soggy and some were cold.

I was there on Tuesday with colleagues and was pleasantly surprised with the service, food, etc. I then made a reservation for Sunday for my family. The beginning went well, salad and drinks arrived promptly. Then we waited about 30 minutes for our pizza, straight from the wood oven. I had to ask where the pizzas were and...they came, already in take-away condition because they had been standing around. It's just a shame when you want a really freshly made pizza.

The food is good but the staff takes a lot of time and is often unfriendly. We waited almost 20 minutes before each order. We had to wait 15 minutes at the table with our empty plates until it was cleared away, even though the staff walked past us several times.

Very rude employee with bad behavior. Hiring someone like that is questionable and is damaging to the company with such employees. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you feel the need to be treated badly.

Good restaurant it was very busy and only 2 people in service

The two of us, Sat. 5.45 p.m., a few guests. Two ladies in service. One was right to do it, the other obviously took it easy and also liked to disappear into a corner. My efforts with hand signals to get the lady to come to our table failed. I had to get up to go forward. The other service worker hurriedly brought the missing spoon with an apology. Later, a dedicated employee came along, so everything moved forward more quickly. The inattentive employee came to the checkout when we wanted to pay separately. This overwhelmed her, she didn't understand it and wanted to divide by 2, except for the dish we had the same thing. My colleague mentioned that the difference was in the food, so she couldn't calculate it that way. Well, she still didn't get it, she had done it differently now, actually that's true, and handed us a nonsensical bill. Apparently too stupid!! Rates the restaurant because the food was very good and the opening hours are great. Very Pity!

Unfortunately the veal schnitzel is still bad. I tried it again after 5 years and was disappointed again. The schnitzel was almost inedible, the breading was very soft and gray as if it was soaked with vegetable oil and bad breadcrumbs

We had made reservations for 5 people for dinner. When we arrived there was only a table for 4 ready and we asked if a chair should be added. After a long time back and forth, two tables were pushed together. So the lady wanted to take our order, I told her what I would like. The lady then snapped at me, “Madame, the device doesn’t work that fast!” I had to laugh because I couldn’t believe the tone in which they were speaking to you. Then the lady ran away without taking the order. She didn't serve our table after that but another employee who was very friendly did. When the lady served the table next to us, she stopped behind our table and said: “So many idiots in this world”. I wanted to enjoy a nice evening with the family and was so disappointed by such cheeky behavior. We are stunned! The food was good, the service from the other gentleman was also absolutely miserable from this one lady!

We were 3 people. The service was quick at our place with the card and we were able to order after a good 5 minutes. We then had to wait what felt like an eternity for the food. My wife had a burger that was okay, our daughter had a pizza that tasted delicious, but it was no longer hot. I took the spare ribs with a bit of caution as I am a passionate spare rib smoker. These were far from edible, the meat literally had to be gnawed off the bone. What was even worse, the silver skin was NOT removed before preparation. You don't serve something like that to guests! The ketchup was only brought to us after asking several times, a next no go! They didn't even ask us about the dessert menu. Staff were there to clean up the tables but they didn't know that about the guests. Staff seem very dissatisfied and unmotivated, they are definitely not skilled workers, the problem is in the management which affects the service, a shame for the Quer. I hope you can find the rank again. We won't be back any time soon... Ps. I would be happy to give courses on proper grilling, smoking, etc. ;)

We had a button battery in the salad. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, the reaction was completely rude and the staff said "nothing has happened now" and ran away annoyed, not even an apology. The cashier staff, however, showed a little understanding.

No black tea? A fraction of resti without black tea: no Darjeling, Assam, English Breakfast, Ceylon, East Frisian... it doesn't matter what kind of tea but there wasn't even a Lipton cheap black tea. Where is that? And no, they had Earl Grey. Yes, it includes black tea, but it's something weird, scary and just not suitable for brunch.

A roast beef sandwich plus a very small punch ball was selected and paid for at the counter: Fr. 12.20: I can hardly believe it. What legitimizes this price?! It was fine, but clearly too expensive; So you don't feel like giving a tip for your drink, even though the staff deserve it...

Sunday brunch is the Börner! Pretty much everything my heart desires, including coffee with almond milk.

3 pieces of spaghetti for 16 CHF, absolute rip-off.

Yesterday we tried 4 different pieces of cake/patisserie from Schneiders quer: lemon, strawberry, Swedish cake and cream slices. All were a dream in terms of taste, freshness and appearance!! Big compliment

We have been coming to the SQ on and off for over 10 years. Although I have experienced in the past that I couldn't get through on the phone, we were very positively surprised today. You can tell that the reviews are read and negative points are addressed. The staff was very friendly, we didn't have to wait long and a short delay in my pizza was compensated with free mineral water. The food was delicious, as we have always been used to.

We were here many years ago. And now again. Everything is as usual. The service, the pizza and the ambience have not lost any of their character. Thank you very much and see you again soon.

Miserable service. Waited over an hour and still couldn't order anything to eat. Then we got tired of it and wanted to pay for drinks and leave. Then the waitress snapped and said in a rude manner, you know what, you don't have to pay anything. Definitely not recommended.

Went to the restaurant for dinner. 2children and 2adults. Service was friendly. However, I wasn't impressed by the food. Veal schnitzel was ok. The vegetables OK. The hash browns weren't good. Children's pizza was soggy. Children's burger with too much topping. The capuccino at the end was served with warm milk, not foamed, no coffee taste. The dessert chocolate slices tasted boring.

The food is average, the waitress gives the feeling that she would rather not work at all. We like the restaurant, which is why we still visit Quer from time to time.

The cake for our son was delicious! And exactly as we ordered. We thank you and will come back!

We had to try to order the food ourselves, then we waited about an hour for a pizza and a salad punch. As if that wasn't enough, the following happened: I had eaten about half of the salad and lo and behold, there was something (namely a worm in the salad) that I hadn't ordered🫣when the chef finally came, he was still joking about that 😡to be honest, it's a shame because the food would have been really excellent. We also paid the full amount. Conclusion: we no longer visit the Quer.

I tried to reserve a table by phone for 1.5 hours without success. Unfortunately it kept ringing endlessly. Only after I sent an email did I finally reach someone. When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation, even though my date had already been shown to the reserved table. I was seated at a different table... We didn't receive the main course at the same time. This means either waiting until the other person can eat and enjoying a cold meal or eating separately. After the main course, no one came to ask if we would like anything else. The staff made regular rounds to clear the tables that became available, but they didn't come to the guests. At some point my colleague got up and got the dessert menu herself. We placed the dessert order and she got her ice cream straight away, even though she wasn't even at the table and my waffles didn't arrive until 10 minutes later. At the checkout we were told that we couldn't split the bill. Then it worked, but the waffles were charged twice. Once normal and once in a more expensive version. I would have had to pay for the more expensive ones, even though I had the cheaper waffles. All in all, it wasn't a great experience! The food tastes good and we like the place too. However, unfortunately that alone is not enough :(

The cafe is disastrous. Because you have to order and pay for cakes at the counter. Then you wait at the table for what feels like an eternity to order a coffee with the cake. And to top it off, you have to pay for both separately. There are no such circumstances anywhere else.

-The chairs dirty -The service doesn't understand German, doesn't know the food and drink menu and couldn't use her terminal -The tartare was ok, the cabonara was absolutely tasteless -Instead of tablecloths, there is torn wrapping paper that sticks to the waiter's body on the way to the table -other guests who are blocking the limited parking spaces in a row because the friend is 5 cars further back in line - Sunday at 4 p.m. hardly any choice of cakes left

The food was delicious, but we had to wait over 25 minutes until the dishes were cleared away and dessert could be ordered. A Coup Denmark was then delivered without cream. Only when we asked were we told that the creaming machine was defective. A price reduction of (1.5.-costs for separate cream) was only guaranteed at the checkout upon request.

Were there for brunch. Unfortunately we were a bit helpless because no one showed us where we could help ourselves. The brunch was tasty and good. Unfortunately I have to say a bit too expensive at 40.- per person (with a glass of water each).

The quality has deteriorated quite a bit. Went for brunch on a Sunday. Performance for the price is low. We had to clear some of the dishes ourselves and had to ask for certain things to be refilled. More qualified staff should be deployed for such an event.

We tried again and were there for breakfast. Unmotivated service, hard croissants probably from the day before, strange smelling ham, bread roll was also hard (mind you in a bakery). In general, I don't think there's anything objectionable about selling older bread, but you should communicate this clearly and transparently. For us, that's enough, never again.
