Today 16th February in the morning, around 11:00am, I was rudely greeted by a German waitress. She was shouting at me cause I did not understand what she said to me through the mask and being 4m apart. Why so unfriendly and so much contempt? I just wanted two coffees and two gipfelis. Btw, that was 14 CHF to go. Terrible!

Went to the restaurant for an ice cream. Service was very unfriendly. Not customer focused. Ice cream was below average because there were too many ice crystals in the vanilla ice cream.

Stützalpstrasse 51Nice hut in the middle of the slopes. Lots of nice things to eat. Super fine Asian soup. The schnitzel is also impressive (very large). Gladly again.

Promenade 50Hotel with a nice, well-kept atmosphere in a prime location - bus, train, gondola, restaurants, shops can be reached in 2 - 5 minutes on foot. I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to recommend the hotel to others!
