I had to wait 2 hours for the food. When I ate the food. I was just on the toilet 🚽 💩🤮🤢. Then I had a hair in the schnitzel. I can't recommend this restaurant

Today I finally got to try the schnitzel... I had only heard good things so far and wasn't disappointed... It was super tasty, the potato salad was also excellent… The nice boss also gave me a beer as a gift... Definitely not the last time I ordered... What I know for sure is that I have never had such a good schnitzel delivered to me in Basel. Thank you very much..

Really great delivery service. Super tasty schnitzel, cordon bleus and my favorite side dish: parsley potatoes. Not cheap, but worth every franc for me. Great opening hours, especially for me on the night shift. Very nice owner who always surprises me. Keep it up!

Unfortunately, Cordon Bleus were not edible. Meat not fully cooked and did not taste good in cooked areas. Supplements were not included. It's a shame, the spaetzle was very good last time...

Take a look at the shop - then you won't want any more schnitzel from the so-called "Schnitzellönig"!! Really bad..

the quality of the food may be good but the service is absolutely bad! moreover, after an hour's delay, the arrival was expected at 19.45 and at 20.45, still having not received anything, I decided to call, and the "kind" delivery boy told me that Sundays are very busy and there are not enough riders and that therefore if I wanted to my order I had to wait at least 40 minutes so a total of 2 hours waiting or I could cook by MYSELF instead of ordering from them !!!! I find this absolutely rude and unacceptable!!! so if you have time to waste, just wait .. Maybe the delivery will arrive sooner or later! I will certainly never order again that's for sure! ps. if you are unable to guarantee a service because you do not have enough staff, this is certainly not the customer's problem but yours. and instead of delivering by yourself you can rely on uber .. like everyone else! Ps. in the end I was forced to go to the place to have the food ordered

I just ate by far the best schnitzel in Basel. And the Austrian style potato salad was also very good! Will order from you again!

Super friendly customer service and great products!!!... The delivery was as quick as possible and I was called again to say that my order was now on the way!!!.... The schnitzel was made just for me!!!.... The cheese spaetzle was fantastic!!!.... And the price..... For such a pleasure I'm totally happy with the price-performance ratio!!! Will order again!!! I can highly recommend it!!!

Menu sounds very good and I would have liked to try it. But my order was canceled after 10 minutes for no reason. A pity It's nice that some options are offered, such as: Cordon Bleu without completely turkey and fried in extra fat (+ 5 CHF).

By far the best schnitzel after the Arlbergtunel seen to the west. Gladly again.

Ordered for the first time. Finally an Austrian restaurant in Basel again. Schnitzel is a great size. Potato salad was also good and apple strudel with vanilla sauce was very nice and tasted homemade.

Ordered 4 times, 4 times the delivery was late, 4 times the schnitzel was cold.

Delivery always unpunctual despite pre-ordering. Price-performance just about enough. Supplements must be ordered or ordered. Taste ok.

Delivery time reasonable. Breading delicious. Unfortunately the meat was very streaky and not completely cooked through.
