Sadly the format has changed and like so many other restaurants, they came up with the “mystery menu” tapas concept. It is no longer Peruvian food either, taking fusion to not the next level ( not better) but to another place. As someone extremely familiar with Peruvian food, I would not recommend this place. It is also extremely expensive for what it is. Sadly it has become overly greedy 😏 On our evening, they only had two main courses and one was out because of an issue with the oven so, one dish for main, no real choice. And what was this one fantastic Peruvian dish?? …. Paella !! 🥲 Also Pisco Sour at 20 CHf per glass …. Really guys ?

Cool Peruvian restaurant. The food plating is perfect, but at the same time you can expect more in terms of taste than is actually offered. We took the five-course menu. One course was really perfect and a real taste explosion in the mouth. The rest was a bit too bland for us and therefore didn't really convince us. Unfortunately, the desserts didn't suit our taste at all. The service was extremely warm and attentive!

7 dishes to share for 108 CHF per person. Fair tasting menu price, and some amazing food. Ceviche, pork belly, and pork chop were definitely some of the BEST I’ve had in Switzerland. Make a reservation, it gets busy and it’s not a big place. Service is great, love when they describe how each dish is made. White and blue parking just around the corner, but also accessible by tram 👍🏼

This used to be my favourite Peruvian restaurant in town and 2 years ago, was in my top 5 restaurant list for Zurich. Alas, things have changed, or presumably, the chef has. The ceviche and corn bread with dips were quite good. Likewise, the pork belly. However, a little raw fish on top of cold potatoes was… special. Meanwhile, the pork was entirely devoid of flavour and served with the strangest, most flavourless red cabbage I’ve ever eaten. The table next to us seemed to have felt the same way, as they also left theirs barely touched. The desert was just strange: a blobby concoction, sour and with odd flavours. Note that I adore cuisines from all over the world and am more than open to exotic flavours. This just didn’t work in any way. However, the service was very nice and the atmosphere unique. Nevertheless, far, far overpriced for what it was. Will not return.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer right here! On the one hand you are obliged to place a minimum order and secondly the surprise menu doesn't have much positive. The 5-course course turns out to be a 4-course course because two different types of ceviche count as two courses. Dessert is not included. I would have given the Püente 5 stars 2 years ago and was really looking forward to this visit, but I quickly realized that the prices had increased massively and the food had become massively worse in some cases (the swordfish or the meatballs were really not a delight).

I was extremely disappointed and shocked by the price-performance ratio. We were here a while ago and the menu had a larger and definitely cheaper selection of dishes. We had eaten so well that we were extremely looking forward to our next visit. Unfortunately everything was changed. Since the à la carte menu was very limited (4 starters and 2 main courses) and you also have to order at least 2 courses per person, we decided on the 5-course surprise menu. This started off great and became more and more disappointing. The portions were extremely small for CHF 88 per person! Dessert wasn't even included. We ordered some more bread, which was charged additionally for a whopping CHF 8.00, as well as the tap water for CHF 4.00. The service was friendly and the pisco sours were delicious. However, I think CHF 230 for two people is absolutely not justified. As I said: portions were very small, more fish-heavy and the last course was simple meatballs. Dessert not included! Too bad! Unfortunately, they didn't convince me anymore and I won't be coming back.

Top experience from start to finish! Sensational service from Fátima and her entire team, from the welcome, the explanation of each dish, her personal tips and wine pairing for each dish! Regarding the surprise menu: the personality, creativity and great preparation behind each and every one of the dishes is the great hallmark of the house. Very successful flavors, and Oh God, that Peruvian sandwich is from another planet! My opinion: Very top Food and Service, at star level. The desserts looked very appetizing, but I decided to have a Pisco Sour, which was undoubtedly one of the best I had in all of Zurich! Without a doubt, I will return!

The rule of forcing two dishes per person is a little bit. . . The overall taste is good, and the service is attentive. The paella is slightly salty for Asians, and a thin layer of more than 40 yuan is a bit expensive. . Be careful

Authentic and creative Peruvian restaurant! The ceviche and marinated sword fish is to die for!! Great and super friendly staff!

I already said it at the restaurant, but I was very disappointed and unhappy. The service was, in the beginning, slow, transitioning from forgetting things, to being slightly intrusive, just not good. Add to that that we ordered the surprise menu, asked specifically if it was ok to order it even though we didn't want it with fish, which was confirmed, and still had to complain after 3 dishes were purely fish (we ended up getting one dish extra as compensation/apology). And the food was absolutely nothing special for the price and the entitlement of the restaurant. Plus that if you don't order the menu you are obligated to order at least two dishes "because nobody should leave hungry" or whatever they say. I mean...not even my mom tells me how much I have to eat anymore. I left with a feeling I spent waaay too much money for an average dinner. Not worth the hype or the time.

An extraordinary culinary experience - a visit to Püente! Excellent, imaginative Peruvian-oriented cuisine at a high level! An attentive, lively service very close to the customers and a surprise menu with - in our case - 7 courses. Loving design of the individual courses is to be expected in a restaurant of this category. The use of very different, partly hand-made tableware and an exciting look makes the whole thing a relaxed feast for the senses. Relaxed because there is no stiff demeanor at all in this restaurant. I, or rather we, liked that. Communication between service and customers takes place in English, Spanish and very little German. You can be prepared for that and in the relaxed atmosphere it's not a bad thing if it doesn't go so smoothly. I enjoyed it a lot. A rather "young" restaurant. Keep it up and gladly again!

An experience 10. The menu is perfect, designed to share and try everything (or almost everything because you fill up). The fusion of flavors, the attention and the perfect pisco sours! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Dinner of 10! The service is excellent, they would definitely deserve a star. Fátima waited on us and explained the dishes to us in a very professional, friendly and pleasant way. It was even my birthday and they put a candle for me and sang. People like this are what make the culinary experience totally worth it. We will return without a doubt!!

Today we tried the surprise menu for the first time and it was fantastic. 5dishes incredibly tasty. The chef cooks in a thrilling way. Tons of different flavors in every dish. Special mention to Fatima! Top quality waitress. She treats you as u were in a Michelin star place. It can be considered as such because the quality of the restaurant overall is 10 points. Congratulation guys!

On a Sunday morning, the sun warms gently, the breeze feels calm. Grandfather is ready for the 8 o'clock mass, we cross the park and enter the Church. Songs, the word of God, and the smile at the end of the liturgy. A stop at the corner kiosk. At home, grandmother is waiting with breakfast ready: orange juice, coffee, tamales, sweet potatoes, onions, pork rinds, and French bread. RPP plays on the radio, and we eat together. This is how the little sandwich felt. I don't give it 5 stars because the other dishes, while VERY good, didn't feel completely Peruvian, and even though I believe in the cuisine's ability to revolutionize itself, I would expect them to innovate towards more authentic food and not towards European cuisine. . Note: 2 dishes minimum per person - first time I've come across a rule like this in a restaurant and I don't appreciate it.

We took the 5 course surprise menu and shared the dishes between the group. All of the dishes were delicious, beautifully presented and served. The staff were soooooo friendly, and we had an amazing evening in this venue. I highly recommend it.

The restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere, the staff is very friendly, the value for money is not there, all the dishes are to-share, which is nice, some dishes are hit and miss, some are very good, unique. We got the 5 courses surpize menu and the fish & sea food dishes were the stars, otherwise the meat dishes were very fatty (belly pork is a more acquired taste, they should check-in first if you would like it to avoid waste; the beef slices had a lot of fat strings, the chicken tacos - we could not tell we're eating chicken, all the other elements in the dish "took over"). The Pisco Sour is worth it, but still quite pricey. What we did not appreciate was that they brought 2-3 corses at the same time, we did not have the chance to appreciate them individually, minor details like the other tables got 3 pieces of home made bread, we had only 2, I asked for a glass of wine and they forgot, and then it only arrived with my last dish. Normally the visit is planned for 2h, but because they rushed it (for us) we were out the door in a bit over 1h. Overall, despite them being friendly, it felt rushed and for a menu between 88 - 100+chf/ person, the experience was not what we expected.

Very overpriced food and small portions. You have to take two dishes per person, which I find absurd! Not child-friendly as there is no changing facility.

Food and drinks are good but pretentious and expensive (even for Zürich standards). Service is way too pushy to make people consume. I find it outrageous to make it mandatory to order both a starter (25-30 CHF) and a main dish (40-45 CHF) as a minimum. You are not allowed to order two starters only, nor a starter and a dessert for instance. I have never seen that anywhere’s else and I did not like it at all. I won’t go back neither recommend this place.

It's best to visit with three or four people so that as many dishes as possible can be ordered and shared. From delicious ceviche to hearty meat, this is an excellent culinary journey through Peruvian cuisine. Including delicious drinks. A somewhat noisy restaurant in a simple atmosphere with friendly service.

The food is ok and the staff is friendly, but the place is cramped, noisy and not very comfortable. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio is inadequate.

We had a gathering with friends to try Peruvian food for the first time. I was not familiar at all with Peruvian cuisine but thanks to the young gentleman who served us we got lots of information that evening. The food was quite delicious, especially the pork belly that I have tried for the first time. Also the paella with fish was good even though I wish the portion was bigger. The service was very good except the fact that when I entered the restaurant a bit too early a member of staff told me the restaurant was closed. That's it. I think to win a customer you ask whether it is okay to sit outside and drink something until the interior part is open. Anyways, the food saved the evening.

Perfect evening, with dishes with a spectacular presentation and fusion of flavors, different varieties of product, I loved it and I will repeat it for the third time, to repeat it two days in a row. Highly recommended

The menu is relatively small, but since the waiter recommended we share, this allowed us to try most of what we were interested in between the three of us. The flavours were just amazing! A highlight were the sanguichitos, which I didn't even expect as I'm not a big pork fan, but I would highly recommend trying them. I also loved the ceviche de la abuela, and the pisco sour tasted like a liquid key lime pie (which they offer a non-alcoholic version of!). The service was great to begin with. The waiter gave excellent recommendations and was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. We did notice when the place became more busy though, which is why we left without dessert. Next time maybe!? I gave "only" 4 stars for atmosphere as the hot weather meant we were sitting outside, and couldn't experience the open kitchen or colourful interiors that make this restaurant unique.

Such an amazing and flavorful place. All the food was super unique, modern, yet traditionally flavorful. Would definitely recommend to anyone to try and enjoy all these delicious wonders.

My husband and I decided to try something different for our last day of our honeymoon. We didn’t know what to expect but we’re pleasantly surprised by how innovative and delicious all the dishes were. We are huge fans of Peruvian food and the little twists they put on the dishes were fantastic. Every plate was cleaned and no crumbs were left behind! Wish we could bring this place back with us.

We had an amazing experience. Our food was cooked fresh and delicious. Our server Alejandro was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely visit Puente again when we are in Switzerland. Very positively surprised! The food is delicious, I recommend picking 2-3 servings per person and sharing everything. Shout-out to the Enrelado Norteno de Cordero (extremely soft lamb) and the Sanguchito Perano (pork belly little burgers). The Ceviche are a classic too! I haven't tasted the one a la crema and regretted it after having seen it on neighbouring tables. Some waiters speak English, but not all. They do speak Spanish. Everyone is friendly and they have tables outside

Overpriced (100Frs per person with one drink) compared to another Peruvian restaurant in Lucerne. A little pushy waiter and very noisy :( 4 people had the same impression. We will no go back.

Food was delicious and it goes without saying how friendly and professional the staff was. We tried all of their cevice and I liked them all even though I can whip a good one myself. Sorry for the inconvenience, I would like to know the following. First, I can go directly to the restaurant, without making any prenotation and find a table or it is preferable to prenotify before coming and second, I come from Italy and I bring euros in cash and I also have a letter of credit, can I make the payment in cash or with a credit card but remember I bring it in euros, they would give me the respective exchange rate to the Swiss currency, which is the Swiss franc. TRUE?

The problem from this restaurant is the food is too petite, you feel every dish you just eat 1/2 bite. If you want feel full you need order a lot, is quite expensive for little food.

We have been to Püente several times. The food always tasted great, including today. However, prices have unfortunately risen relatively sharply in the meantime. The price-performance ratio is now at the limit... We also noticed (unfortunately too late) that a dish on the bill cost more than stated on the menu.

The food was delicious, unfortunately far too expensive. The cheapest starter costs 26.00, the bread 8.00. The restaurant is very narrow, I was still hungry after eating. Very unfortunate.

Very tasty, well presented Peruvian food. The decoration of the ambience is very chic and the service is quick, friendly and gives all the details about the dishes offered.

We had quite some expectations of this place but left disappointed. Not doing justice to Peruvian food, quite uninspired, portions are on the small size, compensated by relative high prices. Normally we look for a good ambiance, which it was also lacking. Not to mention leaving the place with a food smell as the kitchen does not have a good ventilation. Unfortunately, we will not repeat.

Excellent flavors across all dishes, complemented by good Spanish wines. Ceviche was wonderful, as was Seco de Cordero. Looking forward to returning!

A couple of interesting dishes, pork belly above all, but nothing more. Disappointed by the mains, paid 40 chf for some slow cooked lamb which I finished in two small bites, no sides….OK as s starter but not as a main. Not good value for money. You can find better options in Zurich. Would not recommend.

We were just there. Me for the first time. Super fine cuisine had two starters and a main course for two and it was completely enough. Price performance fits!
