Seebad Kusen in Zürichsee (ZH)

Just disgusting and really bad. Cleanliness -10 points Service quality / friendliness -10 points Waiting time -10 points -watery coffee -cheap and poor quality bratwurst -dry bread -sauces left in the sun (dangerous - danger of salmonella) -Gloves are apparently out of place -Wash up right next to the stove and the dirty water happily splashes into the cooking pot -Toilets and changing rooms are probably only cleaned once a day and then disinfectants are also saved Sometimes completely overcrowded and then the prices are not justified. The classification of exorbitant prices for food and drinks urgently needs to be reviewed. It is also no excuse that there are only a few months in which a certain amount of sales can be generated. With the unique location and terrain, there would be so many profitable opportunities. It's a wonder that there is an operating license here Unfortunately very bad and there is no improvement in sight for the operators :-(

I can't say anything about the restaurant, but we have visited the pool several times, which is actually small and nice and has a great baby pool with toys for general use. Unfortunately, the entire toddler area always smells of cigarette or cigar smoke. On the one hand this moves over from the restaurant, on the other hand people sit in front of the baby bath by the lake and smoke non-stop...

A Küsnacht institution! A great place for young and old!

Cute little spot, but the manager is extremely unpleasant. Why doing such job if you dislike people and know nothing about hospitality? We had to reduce coming only because of him.

Humiliating...I ordered chicken breast and potatoes to eat and waited approximately 30 minutes for being served at my table. Finally the manager came with dishes and asked me if I can move to the next table. Impatient and hungry, I didn't question why and moved to the next table. Just while taking my new seat, I realized, two stinking rich couples waiting behind me were invited to the table I left. It was the moment I realized, I was moved from my table, because these people had asked the manager to get my table for them!!! And they were served instantly at the table they wanted! Naturally, I left the location quickly... In this location, they may ask you to move your table or your sunbed for the instant pleasure of some 'special' customers from the neighborhood. You can easily be discriminated if you are not Swiss and super-rich... What a shame!

It is great when you come across a small place like this by chance. They know how to grill a great steak and ribs. Prices are reasonable and the view is great. The Italian gentlemen running this place know what they are doing!

What a wonderful little gem! The food is delicious and very well priced. One almost feels transported to Italy with the fresh, non-fussy, mouthwatering dishes. The restaurant is located on the lake with a beautiful, unobstructed view (including sunsets) at Kusenbad. The best part? They are gluten-free and vegetarian friendly!

Small, very nice, has everything you need, is very nice, very peaceful, familiar, delicious food without a deep fryer!
