Wow, great piece of meat 🍖 super friendly waiter. The exterior appearance is not great but once inside we were surprised at how much space there is 👍 easy access I was able to park the car opposite.

The staff is very friendly and the service fast. Small downside on the homemade fries, soft and a little greasy. But as they say: “the perfect only exists in tubes”. Very good address

If you like meat, you've come to the right place. The entrance to the restaurant doesn't look like much, but the meat is excellent and the homemade fries are very good. The desserts are homemade and the staff is friendly, the service fast. It’s a shame that the room is a little dark and smoky from the cooking of meats on the slate and that you come out of the restaurant smelling of gravel.

As a group of over 10 people, a separate long table was reserved for us. This all worked out. When ordering, the waiter convinced us that we should order a group meal because otherwise it would be complicated and the wait would be long… In the end it was still very long, it was relatively expensive, despite ordering more meat, which we also had to pay for, everyone didn't have enough, despite the starter. There were few fries served and we also had to fight for the sauces. There wasn't a small portion for everyone... Luckily, when we complained, we were given a little more sauce for the meat free of charge. Accordingly, we left the restaurant without dessert… We have already paid 86.- per person. Quality of the meat was very good, this must be mentioned. Everyone enjoyed it. Nevertheless, we probably won't come again.

Very friendly waiter BUT it's always a shame to have a great time together even with the waiter and despite the amount the restaurant doesn't even offer anything. (Coffee or digestive) Most restaurants have it down and a gesture from the restaurant also makes you want to come back. Otherwise good restaurant to recommend

Eat really well! 3 of us came on a Tuesday evening, we thought we'd eat a little something and in the end we ate really well for the price. We were served by Carlos, he was attentive and knew how to recommend us well. We will come back to test the rest of the menu for sure!

The staff are very pleasant. The meat was tender, delicious. My dish cost 58fr meat and fries per person I think that for the price a small salad was good. Didn't really like the dessert.

If you like meat you'll love it, it's crazy! ! (only thing to say but still I'm nitpicking) But I would say the side dishes like salad are more very green and can be cut quickly. . But the meat clearly raises the score I will come back and I will recommend it to my friends. . Basically not far from perfect 👍🏻

So every week we are happily surprised by the quality of the restaurants but then LA…..What a discovery from the service to the meal to the dessert to the wine to the digestive, it was an endless pleasure. We reserved a table for 8 people. The bill was a little over 700.- and we found it a shame that the last round of coffee was not offered (5 unfortunate coffees)... The only response we got from the waitress was "you have to ask the boss but he's not here this evening, that will be for next time". I can understand that times are tough for everyone but I don't call it customer loyalty. It's a shame, there won't be a next time...

We drove 60 km to eat there this evening. Excellent meats, impeccable service, very smiling and friendly staff: nothing to complain about here. 30 minutes after leaving the restaurant: first stomach ache for me then urgent search for a toilet. Unfortunately, I got poisoned, probably from the chocolate mousse this evening because my companion and I ate the same dish, except for dessert. I will still try the experience again because everything was delicious.

this place is fantastic. no luxury, just conviviality and an atmosphere that is unlike any other restaurant in Switzerland... you have the impression of being in Spain or Portugal. the cuisine takes you on a journey and the recipes are original. you will even be entitled to Dom Pérignon if you can afford it.

We came on a Sunday lunchtime. “Industrial” building but inside there is a TV with fireplace and it does it! Attentive service: a small carafe of water arrives when I take out my pill bottle, it's the first time that this has happened to me. We thought we would have the meat and then we were tempted by the octopus and the baked fish. Slightly firm octopus, tasty fish. Accompaniments fresh vegetables and not an alibi half-defrosted beans. No more room for dessert... We'll come back for the meat.

Very bad experience in this restaurant, service to absolutely review!! The 6 dishes were thrown at the table, forgetting to ask for the 7th dish in the kitchen, so the last person to eat 20 minutes after the others. Then again, a dessert was not served for about fifteen minutes after the manager noticed that a dessert was missing. Following this, the bill arrives without any reduction?!!! Damage! We will return there again!

We went there on Mother's Day Sunday. We really expected better. Very noisy customers but it's not the restaurant's fault, the restaurant was packed. Unfortunately, we waited far too long to get the menu and to be served. The food was a bit disappointing because it wasn't hot enough and not the grilled side of the fish that we would have liked to find in a restaurant that offers churasco. On the other hand, the adorable waitresses, top service. We'll come back during the week because we're sure it will be better!

First experience at sel et braise. Nice room, but disappointing menu of the day tagliatelle much overcooked, with unpeeled shrimp also overcooked. The waitress was informed of this, but no explanation. On the other hand, the meat is another excellent dish.

Menu of the day from 02.23.2022 Tagliatelle with shrimp Whole shrimp, peeled with the intestines and possible to eat without using your fingers... Tagliatelle very very cooked, almost pasta soup. We ate almost nothing. Two discussions with the waitress later, no replacement proposal, no financial gesture, nor even offering to offer the coffees. I really wonder if I will go back there one day.

I went there to check it out as I pass by the area very often, I didn't look at the menu outside and went expecting the name "Sal e brasa". I thought I would go and eat a good grilled fish or a mixed grill. But once seated, Sal e Brasa was just the name since grilled foods were not part of the offerings. It's a bit like going into a restaurant where it says Sushi on the street and then inside the dish of the day is cod à lagareiro 😄. However, the baked ribs were very good. Very tasty. Congratulations to the kitchen.
