Staff is unfriendly and rooms are dirty.

Don't go to this hotel. Rooms aren't clean and very noisy. Staff is very unhelpful. Luzern is nice, but help yourself and don't go to this hotel for a nice stay.

+ Clean room + Good bus connections + Quiet area - Hard of hearing (late arrivals in the hallway or the alarm clock in the next room you can hear everything) - No hand soap in the bathroom - Depending on the room, no bedside lamp - Depending on the room you use the public bathroom, which is on a different floor and is even closed depending on gender -Late check-in via bell/telephone worked, but was a bit tedious (waiting, ringing several times, name wasn't found in the list at first) Basically it's okay but the price/performance wasn't right for me.

The hotel was clean, the room nice and bright. In particular, the excellent rating is due to the assistance we received in the difficulty of paying for parking due to a faulty column and lack of cash in CFH. The workers allowed us to solve it. I would like to point out that the hotel is outside the centre, it costs less just for this reason. But with the cost of the hotel you are entitled to a free bus: very convenient!

I think this seminar hotel is great because people with disabilities also deserve a chance. Great thing. The seminar rooms are also great.

Very large and bright... friendly atmosphere

The Romerohaus is a church-style meeting and conference center. The name comes from the Swiss bishop Romero, the house in the best 70s architecture (exposed concrete and clinker brick) also radiates this spiritual flair - but in the best sense. The furnishings of the rooms are simple, linoleum floors and paint on the bare concrete walls - but nice, above all clean and functional. I felt very well. Important for business travelers abroad: there is very fast, free WiFi access in all rooms.

Simple but very nice seminar hotel near the Lucerne Museum of Transport. The seminar hotel with very good cuisine and great employees. The hotel is run by IG Arbeit Lucerne. Here people work in a protected environment or find their way back into the world of work. In short...a place where you feel comfortable.

Cute outside. Good parking even if you have to pay. The room was very modest. Very small bathroom and sink in the room.

Good price. If you like walking you can go downtown following the lake in 30 min.

Noisy environment, Spartan Nice rooms with tiny bathrooms. Otherwise OK
