Amazing new find in Zurich!! Recommend the shrimp burger but everything was so tasty! Even a simple salad was delicious

Citizen (Regular) was very good but a bit too small.. It's better to order large. But it was tasty, cozy atmosphere, service very attentive, all in all worth a visit.

Delicious burgers and kind service

Ordered several times via delivery service. It's nice to see something different in Zurich's burger landscape! Cool burgers (e.g. Bulgogi!) made very tasty. Portions are also the right size; Afterwards you don't feel like you've eaten for three. Wish you much success! Addendum 27.2. - the new items on the menu are great; keep it up!

The Bulgogi Burger is in a league of it’s own. I was honestly blown away. What an incredible taste!

Burger restaurant with Asian influence located in a small street of the old city. On the menu there are several meat, fish or vegetarian burgers. I tried the bulgogi burger and I really liked it: very light bun, tasty meat and excellent slightly spicy sauce. The kimchi is also good quality. The staff is very quick and the prices are average for Zurich. The interiors are very clean and welcoming, with a ceiling full of flowers, also ideal for groups.

Unfortunately a real disappointment. I'm surprised by the good reviews. Ordered bulgogi burger. Meat extremely tough. Unfortunately, the meat in the normal burger was cold. Portion very small for the price.

Cosy, young place, Chiliout happy music, very friendly attentive team. Variety of burgers or salads. Easy food, not high end but creative and great for a brief dinner or social time. Music not too loud so you can have a good conversation while feeling good. If that's what you are looking for, I recommend.

Food was delicious, friendly staff, nice decoration, clean and tidy, nice and cosy.

The burgers are underwhelming, the fries are over-fried, the service could only speak English.

We were a large group of 10 people and the staff was incredibly accommodating and flexible to our needs throughout our visit. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, with large windows creating a cozy atmosphere. The hamburgers were absolutely delicious, made with top-quality meat and fish, tasty buns, and perfectly seasoned for a delightful bite. Additionally, they have a wide variety of drinks and desserts to choose from. Overall, it was a superb experience, and we will definitely be coming back soon!

I came to Switzerland to live from Spain and I found this place where they make really tasty burgers and different from other burger places. I have visited this site several times and my favorites would be the Cheesburguer and the Ebi. The Ebi is made with breaded shrimp and is completely delicious and different, I highly recommend it. To accompany it with a drink and some Sweet potatoes, it is a very good choice to eat something quick and that leaves you satisfied. The atmosphere was very calm with very friendly waiters where everyone spoke Spanish and I felt at home. The decoration of the place is also very nice. 10/10

The taste of the burger was good, but the portions are really exorbitant for the price. The burgers were about 10cm in diameter and maybe 5cm high for 22 CHF and then another 8.50 CHF for fries. In terms of quantity, it's more of a snack and I don't pay 30 CHF more for it. Thanks, that was my first and last order.

The burger was very, very good, but way too small. You cannot order the larger burger as a lunch menu, which means you have to order the burger, fries and drink separately and pay 12.- more for 40g of meat. That just doesn't make sense. But even the larger burger would still be far too small. It's just a snack. Fries are okay, very greasy, not very crispy, you have to like them. Overall too expensive for 30.-, but welcome to Zurich in 2024.

Ordered via UberEats: Excellent alternative style burger. Super juicy and tasty. The sweet potato fries were also very good. Some are crispy, some are softer, a good mix. The burger was just a bit small. If you are normally very hungry, I would take the large version. Addition: I also went to eat in the branch and the ambience is simple and pleasant. Burger and fries still equally good.

Had the Cheese Burger with fries and tried a bite from the Bulgogi Burger. Everything was delicious! Totally forgot to take a photo because I was too busy enjoying it. Great place, highly recommend!

The burgers are definitely something special and really good as well! You would need to eat two though to really be full. Spicy mayo was not really spicy but still good. Would recommend this place for a quick eat when you’re not too hungry.

I used to really like Shiso in Geneva, which was excellent. I've had two really bad meals at Shiso in Zurich though unfortunately, eating in and delivery.

I tried the shrimp burger at Shiso Burger and found it surprisingly tasty, although the patty could have been juicier. However, the sweet potato chips were a disappointment - they were clearly fried for too long and had a burnt taste. It's a shame, because it spoiled the otherwise interesting taste experience. It's still worth a visit for burger fans looking for something new, but a little more care with the sides would be welcome.

Best burger I have had in Switzerland, amazing fries, and great staff. The system for ordering in the restaurant is fantastic. It is great to be able to scan a QR code and order directly from the website without having to wait for a waiter to come to your table. I will definitely be going back frequently.

I had the tofu salad (unexpectedly great) and a pineapple mint lemonade, both of which I would buy again in a heartbeat! The salmon burger also received 4 out of 5 points from my companion.

Very interesting, fine burgers. Unfortunately, the restaurant is a bit hidden, but it is very quiet and you can eat here in a relaxed manner. So far I've had the Bulgogi Burger and the Ebi Fry Burger. Both are really something new in the Zurich burger landscape. The burgers are a little smaller than at other burger places, but it suits me, but I can imagine that some burger fans would like a little more of the delicious burgers. The homemade iced teas are super delicious and I like to try a new one every time. The service is friendly and always asks nicely.

Everything was top notch! The food the environment and drinks were perfection! When it came to the drinks i especially liked the lychee lemonade i had never had a non alcoholic drink as good as that in switzerland or maybe even in any country. The type of food they have here is some nicely made burgers the culture is infused with japanese ideas. So the sauces on my burger hit spot on and also combined quite well. 100% would recommend please stop by.

The concept is interesting but the food is not good. Burgers are not tasty at all. Fries and edamame are overpriced. A mix of Asian and American foods is not translated into food in any way. Only the service is nice

The burgers (the Bulgogi Burger is highly recommended), the sides (sweet potatoes) and the drinks are really good! The restaurant is modern, clean and the staff is courteous and friendly. Unfortunately the burgers are very small and therefore the price-performance ratio is not right - but the taste is definitely good!

Staff was amazing and very friendly. The food we ordered tasted pretty intense, I appreciated the rich flavors but it was definitely too salty. There was a bit of weirdness with the “Shiso-Lemonade”, as it neither contained any shiso essence nor carried the decorative shiso-leaf that was pictured in the menu. After checking with staff, it was added to the drink. But the name of the lemonade is a bit misleading, it only refers to the name of the restaurant but not to the contents of the drink.

Burgers here are okay at best. They're not good, not bad, just fine. The fries aren't any better. You will find they need salt and are extremely over priced at 8 francs. You're better off splitting a basket if you must order them, but I recommend avoiding them all together. If you're coming from the states then don't expect your usual burger taste experience. On a positive note, the staff is great, speaks English and Spanish and is very helpful.

This restaurant complained to Uber that I picked up the delivery but I didn't pick up the food, so it seems that they are not serious

I visited Shiso and were charmed by its ambiance and the efficient, friendly service. The atmosphere is very inviting and cozy. The burgers were delicious, with unique flavors that truly surprised us. However, the fries were a letdown, they seemed reheated and lacked freshness. Additionally, the cheesecake dessert was completely frozen and didn't impress us in terms of taste. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back for those delightful Korean burgers !

The bulgogi burger is delicious. Like there are few chances you have tasted something similar in your life. The korean touch is thé thing making thé burger unique. And the sweet potatoe fries are also great.

There over lunch (11.35am) and waited for 40 minutes even though it wasn't that busy. When ordering it said max. 15 minutes. Burgers taste good, but far too small for the price. Not worth visiting again. + taste - Price-performance ratio

After having visited in Berlin and absolutely loved it, it definitely didn’t disappoint for round 2 in Zurich! The Bulgogi Burger was outstanding, as was Ricardo’s service. Also very reasonable price for a great Zurich eatery.

I would like to praise the service on this establishment, everyone was super friendly and attentive, specially to my kids. Quality of the food is remarkable and the cocktails were all super well prepared. I recommend this place 1000%. A very special thank you to the Manager (Ricardo) for making sure our experience was great and made sure we came for a second visit.

Maybe you could say the price level was rather high for the size, but you could also say (but nobody does that ;D) that the pricelevel was pretty low, for the awesome near to perfection taste you got there. It's not just says it's "the better burger" because they do this+this or that+that, they are ACTUALLY the best burger. Bulgoni (beef) top, my friend took it, "best burger", my thunasteak burger was awesome, the tuna really tasted like you'd eat it freshly catched from and next to the sea. Second thing was the ambient: best location, cozy sidestreet vibe, no traffic of tourists, nor cars, shadow for summerdays, alot of space inside for all other occasions. Nice bar. Great kitchen-setting. AND: lovely sound (good taste, FKJ, jazzy stuff, ambient as i said). They guys are really nice, they give you good but not too much information and there's a great vibe. Honestly, I'm freaking happy that I've found this today here in Zurich ^^ not gonna lie, really 5 out of 5 Edit: whoever of the staff is reading this, tell your service guy (sry, no name) and kitchen guy (none either) that they're doing a freaking great job and keeping that level upright IS definitely worth it.
