Very warm and friendly welcome to the sourdough bread workshop. In addition to the explanations on its benefits, I came away with many tips for making sourdough bread successfully. Great experience, I highly recommend it! Thank you Vanessa.

The restaurant has been renovated with taste and originality. No extendable card but the dishes are prepared "al minute". The portions are not guaranteed, which I find very positive. Finesse vs. quantity! The solo chef in the kitchen, the boss alone at the service and it works! A bet that is playable... and well played! I didn't wait any longer than in some pizza factories... I go there regularly.
