The Chuk Noris sauce was not spicy as promised The waitress said snidely that I could tell the chef himself. Good service is different.

It's a shame we can't give you 0 stars. As soon as we arrived at the bar, the waitress just looked at us stupidly and we didn't even hear a “hello”. Shortly before we thought about leaving, the waitress finally came. There were just two of us and we ordered two burgers. Nevertheless, we had to wait an hour for our food, while larger groups that came after us received their food before us. The food then arrived cold. Aside from that, the bartenders are obviously completely understaffed and overwhelmed. We had to queue for 20 minutes for a beer. The price-performance ratio is also not right at all. They charge 7 CHF for a bottle of beer, which I think is brave for a student bar located in a remote industrial area. I'll give you a tip: Hire more resilient staff, because with your prices there should be something in the budget. ;)

Great bar. Very cozy atmosphere. Possibility of table football, billiards and ping pong. Excellent selection of beers and (some) self-created drinks. Possibility of finger food or burgers.

Really cool bar, great atmosphere, the pub quiz was really great. Unfortunately, the billing didn't work at all... But we didn't notice until too late...

Fries that are too hard, what a shame!

Burgers are delicious and there is a good selection of burgers available. They have shortened the menu recently but it still offers a good selection by allowing you to add extras and / or removing stuff in the burgers you don't like.

Went there for the pub quiz with friends on a Wednesday. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. Price-performance ratio absolutely fair. The burger didn‘t meet my expectations, because my friends hyped it up so much for me haha. But the food was still pretty good and the sweet potato fries were a 12/10! Also I can definitely recommend their signature cocktails.

I think the location itself is OK - if there's a lot going on, you'll have to wait a little longer, but the service is and has always been friendly. But what really bothers me is that this year they no longer even offer telephone orders for take-away. You can only order takeaway on site and then wait for your food to be picked up - which unfortunately always takes at least 30 minutes. Above all, no effort is even made to offer an alternative. Nowadays it shouldn't be a problem to install an ordering and payment option for takeaway orders on the website, where you have to pay for the order in advance? (If you have had bad experiences with telephone orders and not being picked up - unfortunately I don't know the exact reason for this decision and it is not understandable). Hope this will change in the near future as the burgers are really tasty. General rating location: 4 Takeaway: 1

Lovely place! the decoration creates a fantastic atmosphere to just be and chill with friends having a bruger and beer! Very nice food and super friendly service (not guaranteed in Europe) Definitely recommend!!

Unfortunately very disappointing. The food only came after 1 hour. The food itself was not at all convincing, especially because almost everything came from the fryer anyway. In one of the drinks we had a nice long hair.

Very unfriendly staff, especially the guy who plays Arnold Schwarzenegger. Food overpriced, no sauce in the burger. The mood is strange. Dirty places left behind. Guys come up to you, completely drunk, and hit on you. You have to control yourself so as not to get violent... DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Everything is just great! We made a reservation on Saturday evening at 7:00 p.m. and had such a good time that we stayed until almost 1:00 a.m. Food was delicious, cool staff and restaurant decor, music got a little louder later in the evening, which was great :) again any time!

Limited card for the military under the justification that we are large groups while we were less than a large majority of tables. Why have so many places available if the kitchen cannot keep up?...

Very disappointed with the discriminatory service! Normally, as a consumer, I should be free to order anything they offer, whether I am military or not, and look at the meagre menu they offer:

Waited 35 minutes to order the first drinks.... Sorry but that's not possible! However, the food was delicious and came 25 minutes later.

Very cool furnishings. The women's toilet is worth a visit! Burger was a hit and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We are already looking forward to the next visit🤩

Nice, surprisingly big place under the gym. The service is fantastic, they have enough (very nice!) people, even when full I didnt feel that I had to wait too much. Great Töggeli tables, they need 1 Chf coins. The only thing suboptimal is the loud music after some point (11 maybe?), talking over the table becomes a bit harder. Not impossible just somewhat uncomfortable.

For the large burgers, there should be more napkins right from the start. Or there would be a dispenser/stack on the table.

Well. Its time to finaly write something about this place. Their veggie burger is just the best I have ever tried. Rosti fries are amazing. Service always friendly, and the way how they are taking care about ladies on toilets (tampons, deo, napkins, hairspray and candy) just give u feeling u are important costumer there.

I find the prices a bit high. Because of the super friendly staff, the fantastic location where you get great service inside and outside, I'm happy to give it 5 stars and would recommend everyone to go there for a great time. (The chicken wings and drinks are also highly recommended 😍)

In front of the bar I wasn't served for 15 minutes and had to wait so long for my drinks, very rude staff. Ordered shots and got the wrong drink. Two burgers and side dishes were also charged twice, but I didn't see this on the receipt until the next day.

Perfect place for burgers and drinks. I was particularly fascinated by the wide selection of bottled beer. In summer, Snus has a cozy outdoor area with many seats. The staff is very friendly, relaxed and helpful.

What's up? After 45 minutes I asked if they had forgotten us. 10 minutes later and we were able to order our drinks and food. What a joy. 30 minutes later and the food was finally there, but no drinks. As soon as we finished, the drinks FINALLY arrived. Unfortunately the evening turned out to be a complete disaster. I have the feeling that a few people who come from the sports world are more important. And now some good news. Great burgers. And please don't say that Corona is to blame.

The atmosphere was great and the staff were very attentive. Unfortunately the burger was very disappointing. The crispy bread was very soft and floppy. I hope the name “Knusper” does justice to the bread on my next visit.

Unfortunately, this once cool shop has become so arrogant that it doesn't even need to serve its guests The waiter is absolutely inattentive The person serving a table next to us sees that we are coming but he doesn't feel like serving! It's a shame that's absolutely unnecessary, but thanks to Corona they've stuffed their pockets full and simply don't need it anymore!

Ordered food for 5 people today at 8:10 p.m. But the food didn't come until 9:40 p.m. Starters and main course came together. Waited 1.5 hours for the food. At 9:15 p.m. the waitress asked us if we would like to order something 🤣🙈. No information, no shot as a sorry, nothing. When we asked, we were told 'we're sorry'. Disappointing. At exactly 10 p.m., while we had now received our food, the music system was turned up to full capacity. A conversation at the table was no longer possible. The positive: The food was delicious. There is still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to service and waiting times. Amen.

I've been coming back regularly for years. The Snus Bar is a true oasis in the cold of the industrial area. Cool decor, good beer, good drinks and homemade burgers. Running. The last time I was there was a week ago. One bartender was extremely courteous and nice, another with long hair was less so. But in this bar you tend to overlook such details! There is more than enough parking space.

The hamburgers and the service is just amazing. Cold beer, comfy place and local people to know in Zürich. I’d recommend to not forget about the calling reservation.
