2.5/5 . Picture says it all .... 44 € for 3 shrimps and pasta. And yes, I did say something to waiter who couldn't care less. I live in MC and been a few times to this restaurant (I never was the one choosing it though). I've always found the atmosphere was nice but the food average at best (at this price range). Worst was I think the owner, a woman, or at least the manager, was on site and apart from a cold welcome upon arrival, she disappeared around mid-service, not even passing through the tables like any owner (or manager) would. If you're looking for a nice atmosphere in a good location but average price/qualtiy food, it's a good spot. If you care about what you eat, go else where. One last thing... get rid of the DJ : some 50+ y.o. man dressing like a teenager and playing 80s/90s commercial music - like Backstreet Boys - is not the right strategy.

Quite classic cuisine, nothing exceptional. Some dishes lacked seasoning. And no vegetables with the meat if you don't remember to ask for them extra. Despite 2 requests to reduce the volume of the music, my companion and I left more quickly, because we could not hear each other. Damage...

Passing through this city, a little by chance, we ate in this restaurant...I really enjoyed it...it's been a long time since I had eaten such a good fillet of beef...congratulations to the cook.....and the waiter ylies....very friendly, smiling and very professional....

We came here on Halloween night. The restaurant was decorated beautifully and it had a nice atmosphere. There was a DJ and he played lovely throwback songs that everyone knew. The food was simply marvellous. I would recommend the Black Cod with mash potatoes. We had a lovely evening at Avenue 31 and my family and friends were very glad to came here again.

Modern with gold accents and comfortable suede like seating. Lorenzo and Aristotle were so accomodating, friendly and fun. I really loved the crab tempura, and everyone in our froup enjoyed the food! I would definitely come back again.

Loved our 2 waiters: Lorenzo & Aristotle who were willing to change our table so all 5 people in our group had great views of the water and garden. Beautiful setting and loved the homemade fresh pasta. Ate the whole dish and felt great. Walked all around the city afterwards with no issues of feeling bloated or stuffed. Wonderful restaurant recommended by our hotel in Monte Carlo - a 5 minute walk. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic - the veal picatta and the fettuccine with meatballs. Totally recommend

Absolutely not. Italian cuisine is something else.

We enjoyed the dinner and the service was good. The taco appetizer was wonderful - highly recommended. The lobster was not as good as lobster can be - this is coming from someone who knows Maine lobster from the US. A bit disappointed for the price. Overall a nice restaurant.

One of the best places to eat in Monaco. Period. And it’s getting better and better, whether it’s For lunch or dinner. In the working week it’s redicilolous value for money. Weekends, and every other time it’s dearer but not crazy Simply my go to for dinning knowing that I will always get what I pay for and never be dissapointed . And if you have allergy’s say no more. Highly recommend by the concierge at the Le Meridien Beach plaza… This place is really fantastic. Some of the best Italian food anywhere. Wonderful ambience. The tuna appetizer was exceptional and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The service was really top shelf. All and all I recommend Avenue 31 to anyone looking for a great evening and wonderful food.

What a place! The food was spectacular and atmosphere was on point. We even had a free shot of grappa after our food because we were the last ones to leave the restaurant! We were a table of 8 and they were very very accommodating to us.

Reservation for Saturday 4 June at 9pm, made by telephone and registered by the American Express Concierge many days before. We introduce ourselves and Mr. Romano says that the reservation does not exist, having sold the entire restaurant to large groups. He smilingly proposed to us to go to their second restaurant but we refused. Usual cliché of the crafty Italian, terrible management. There are many excellent restaurants in Monte Carlo, not this one! Not recommended!

Nice place facing the Monaco sea promenade....large staff very helpful and kind. High prices but we know Monaco is Monaco... once in a while you can treat yourself to a chic lunch. I took a stracchino and truffle pinsa (excellent) and my partner mixed fry (very good).

The menu is more limited and more expensive during the Grand Prix. Service and decor very good. Food was good but not stellar and a bit pricey . My dish was lukewarm so I asked to have it reheated.

We have been at lunch today and everything was amazing! We were taken such good care of by our fantastic waiter Benjamin - the service really made our meal. We have decided to come back again tomorrow!

The worst thing of our experience wasn't the burnt Cauliflower which tasted as vile as it looked. It was the waiter and the chef trying to convince us this is how it is supposed to be cooked!

Terrible service, rude waiters who don't speak French. Glasses of wine a quarter full advertised 7 euros but charged 14!. Very average Italian dishes. Rigatonni average sauce. Non-existent meat. Dessert tiramisu or very small pana cota. Poorly served tea, bagged, put aside to infuse yourself! After waiting for 1 hour! Microscopic coffee.

We came for a romantic dinner, and although at first glance, nothing really appealed to me on the menu (very very expensive and a mistake in ordering the wine), when I tasted my dish, I was pleasantly surprised . That was delicious ! The desserts are also excellent - special mention to the cheesecake and especially to our Anglo-Saxon waiter who was very friendly. Restaurant to try if you are in the area.

Great service and excellent food. We visited on a Saturday for lunch. The prices were considerably higher than last time we came (few years ago), but the service and the quality is high and a good deal to have a nice lunch with upper quality Italian food. (Disclaimer: I am Italian). Lesser note for the coffee: my espresso was mediocre, but it’s kind of what you expect in a restaurant not making hundreds of coffees per day. Another person took an excellent caffelatte. I would have preferred that when we asked for the menu of the coffees we could have seen the list (with prices) instead of just hearing from the (super polite!) waiter that they can make any coffee. Still I was very satisfied with the experience and I would recommend 5/5.

A concentrate of exquisite goodness! Elegant location suitable for both a romantic dinner and a group dinner (with family or friends). We opted for the Gran Crudo di Pesce… What can I say?!?! Exceptional!!! Fresh fish that melted in your mouth. Characteristic note: the fish was accompanied by three types of sauces... Soy sauce, lemon sauce and raspberry sauce, the latter is fabulous with oysters and if you happen to dine at Avenue 31 I recommend it!!! We concluded with a lemon sorbet and a chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream… The chic touch to end a dinner! We accompanied dinner with a bottle of white wine, strictly French. Perfect and delicious dinner. Friendly and knowledgeable staff regarding allergens, in fact in this restaurant it is possible to eat gluten-free. ADVISED!!!!

Restaurant on the edge of the Monaco beaches with its daily specials and its menu including a wide choice of traditional cuisine. Just one remark, the service on the terrace leaves something to be desired for a quality establishment. The waiter seemed to be on another planet forgetting to listen to his customers, where did the supervising managers go???
