Service and food was top. Not only the spaghetti but also the tartare was delicious. We at Bindella Group also think Mega is good for the little ones with the children's menu on the menu. We will be back

Ordered the original spaghetti and it was awesome. It was served with small cut pieces of meat and a cheese grater. Atmosphere was great such as the location.

The worst Italian food I've ever had in my life. The spaghetti was served without any sauce. I had to request olive oil just to be able to eat the pasta. If I were the chef, I would be ashamed to serve it to customers.

A really good place, and the location is cozy in the old streets. There is a very nice interior, and the old wooden ceiling and the wall painting at the end of the room give it a nice and modern atmosphere. The pasta we got was good and the quantity completely satisfactory. the price was fine when you also take the location into account. The service was good and you leave happy and full. Good vegetarian and vegan options.

2024.3 I read the reviews and it looked very delicious, so I came here for lunch pasta. The store is very stylish both at the entrance and inside. The pasta was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and I really liked being able to shave the cheese myself✨The soup and bread were both delicious. Although it was a weekday, the place quickly filled up during lunch time. The staff at the store are polite, kind, and friendly! The toilet was in the basement. Very clean and safe. It has become my favorite restaurant that I would like to come back to eat at again 🩷 Thank you for the meal 😋🌸

The food was good, the location and the restaurant were very inviting and there was always a good atmosphere. We were served by the lovely young Rebecca, she was always friendly and we really enjoyed her service!

Unfortunately the spahetti carbonara was very dry and soggy, the price of 19.- for a small portion was not justified if you compare the large portion with the small one, just a 3.- reduction. The service was friendly and attentive.

Very tasty food and beautiful location

to be called SPAGHETTI you must be able to guarantee an adequate product. What could go wrong with a pasta dish? 1 put a little salt in the pasta 2 overcook it 3 a watery sauce. Well, it's not easy to be wrong in all 3 points but last night it happened that we had to leave so we could take refuge in the place next door and eat a hamburger. The pasta was bland as well as overcooked, the sauce was so liquid that it slipped from the pasta and tasted practically of nothing. You don't need to be Italian to judge this place as inadequate, but at least if you see a couple leaving after 5 minutes ask yourself a few questions. I also have a strong suspicion that the wine was diluted with water, I would be willing to bet on it. Now reading the various negative reviews I expect the usual copy and paste response which is certainly not light and I won't reply but I'll just tell you that if you want to understand how NOT to make a pasta dish this is the right place.

Loved the conceptual atmosphere of the restaurant. Food, drinks and service is also amazing. I ordered a spaghetti with champignons and bacon and an Aperol Spritz and everything was amazing!

The restaurant is nice and cozy, I had the Alaska pasta big sized which was really tasteful.

I would say excellent, professional and welcoming service. For lunch, nothing better than a nice plate of spaghetti cooked very well. It will definitely become one of the places I will frequent most often.

It's outrageous how long you wait for your food and everyone around you gets it... even if you ordered before them! Definitely only come if you are on vacation… or have registered at least two or three days off. Otherwise you'll have a hard time getting to work on time! When the food arrived it was hot (plus point). However, my friend's salmon was very oversalted and older (I know what it's like with laherung and de ccp). Unfortunately, my spaghetti with cream sauce wasn't a hit either... a little tip if you're open to new things: A cream sauce is not just cream… Here is a good recipe: cream butter White wine Zweiebel Garlic Salt pepper thyme sage Laurel butter Mehm Make a roux (roux) with the butter and flour and let it cool. Sauté the onions and garlic in the butter without any color, deglaze with white wine and add the herbs (don't be too sparing with the herbs) bring to the boil once and then season with salt and pepper, stir in the prepared roux piece by piece and bring to the boil again. Then pass it through a pointed sieve so that there are no pieces of flour in it. While the sauce is heating up, add small cubes of butter and a little Parmersan. Best regards

Haven't been here for years. Spaghetti is still great. I would have liked the service to tell me when I order a Cola that I would get a Vivi Cola. (I would have ordered something else)

It's one of those weird places where if you call on a Friday for a reservation, they will tell you there is no reservations today, just come spontaneity, we've got a live line. Then, when you show up 20 minutes later, the waiter at the entrance asks if you've got a reservation. To me, that kind of customer service gives off a careless vibe, making the restaurant seem less than serious – more like a circus with clowns. The food is pretty average, not really standing out for better or worse, just like most places in Zurich. Take their priciest pasta, for instance. If you opt for a large portion, brace yourself for some bland, unleavened spaghetti with barely any butter or sauce. Sometimes, you might luck out with bits of salmon, shrimp, or whatever you ordered, but even those will be pretty tasteless and hard to swallow.

We were waiting in the line for 10m they told us to wait for 50m it’s full house even the people behind us.after we left they told them to get in and the hole line got in i guess because we’re not from the country.

For being abroad they made good spaghetti, the only flaw is the carbonara with a little cream but you use them like that, still perfectly cooked

The food was quite okay. Considering that “only” spaghetti was offered, it wasn’t very special. The crostini and chnobli bread were great. The service was very friendly, the location was great and the dessert was delicious.

The food was nice and came very quickly. The highlight was most defiantly our waitress (Yana I think her name is) who was so smiley and helpful. She’s the one behind me in the photo, deserves a raise in my opinion.

I've visited the Spaghetti Factory many times, but I've never received such bad service before, we sat and waited and waited for the waitress to come, bring the Menu, ask what we were going to drink, etc... Nothing! I even stood up and got the Menus by myself! Next time maybe I should cook by myself?! The food was great as usual, but the staff is a Catastrophe. Never coming back!

Nice location and friendly service, but the pasta could be better. Considering the prices, I'd have expected a better quality of spaghetti and the sauces to be more tasty, e.g. my spaghetti with salmon had a very liquid sauce, and the vegetarian option was not better. Same for the dessert, it seemed like one of those chocolate cakes you can prepare in a mug and cook in a microwave.

Spaghetti are delicious, especially the Spaghetti with crayfish and lobster meat 👍🏻. Service by the staff are generally good and can be further improved by being more attentive to my requests (i had to ask for check for 3 times before it came to me). I will recommend anyone who likes Spaghetti to visit this wonderful restaurant 😊

The service from the 2 waitress was way below average , I request for tomato sauce and they serve me tomato spaghetti sauce after 15 minutes which I had already finished my carbonara The waitress just serve it to me and leave it at the table after she notice I had done my meals .no apology is given I ask for the bills and to my surprise, I was charge at $3 for the unconsumed tomatoes sauce and I told the waitress that I had not consumed it snd ask to remove from my bill But The restaurant Manager was called and he told me that the sauce needs to wait , but I told him at the first place when I request for tomato sauce , I should be told about the waiting time , but not !! At the end of the meals the 2 glasses of red wine $9 x 2 is not charge and the manager say they forgot to key it What a service from this Restaurant!! I am a tourist and I won’t recommend it to my friends and relatives!! This the first and last time I am visiting them What a shame !!

Loved their menu 1, tasty salad and spaghetti with zucchini and other fresh vegetables and ricotta that I can eat any day, very good. You get bread to munch on with oil and aceto, good when you are hungry and waiting for your meal to arrive. Staff was very nice even though the place was full. High ceilings and big windows are a plus. Oh, almost forgot to mention their 5 homemade lemonades. Loved the pomegranate one.

The restaurant seems to be very popular. In any case it was fully booked, I don't know if it's always like that. It was the beginning of carnival. In any case, I will definitely visit it again the next time I'm in Niederdörfli👍.

I was skeptical at first with a name like the spaghetti factory but it turned out to be great. Particularly the pasta Agli e olio was spot on. It is our go to dish when going to Italian places and most places don’t get it quite right. They are the exception. The oil is cooked with whole spicy peppers instead of pepper flakes, the pasta is fresh and alternate, and the cheese is shredded straight from a block of good parmigiana aregiano. We had to go back a few times in the time we were there and always got it. Both Italian places in that courtyard are great and neither is a wrong choice.

Spaghetti Factory is the name & concept here and they certainly did justice to that. However, there are deductions for the quality and expectations of the pasta as well as the very loud ambience and what I didn't like at all was the attentive look over the shoulder at how much tip was chosen on the payment machine. Regarding the expectations and quality of the food: I wasn't exactly expecting the pasta to be handmade, but at least of better quality. For me and my wife it ended up being simple “convenience food”. In my case, a little thin cream sauce on what felt like the cheapest pasta with a piece of somewhat dry chicken. The food wasn't exactly "bad" and the price was just on the borderline, but we would have expected more.

Hi, we are from Taiwan. This afternoon we had a late lunch in this restaurant because my daughter wanted to eat spaghetti. We ordered salmon cream spaghetti, garlic chili olive oil spaghetti and a glass of passion spirits. I love the garlic chili olive oil, the portion was not so big and the taste was just perfect. The drink was great. We saw an interesting tool to grate the cheese and we asked the waiter where to buy it. He was a very nice guy and we had a little chat with him. Although the cost we had to pay was a bit high but we enjoyed our meal. 👍👍👍👍👍

It seems like a chain store? The pasta is all delicious😋The noodles all have sauce adsorbed on them. There are a lot of ingredients when ordered and the portions are sufficient. I will eat it again if I have the chance~

I have been here two times and both of the times I ordered the arrabbiata. It is very delicious. Definitely will go again and try other pastas from their menu.

Pretty good pasta - enjoyed the Vermont. However, the Alaska came with cooked salmon, instead of smoked salmon as advertised. Smoked salmon doesn't come in chunks and scattered in bits and pieces throughout. 3/5 overall rating for my experience here.

This restaurant service doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. Arrogant and egoistic service from the man in blue tonight, whom assumes to be the “boss” or “manager”. Wasn’t even willing to aid to assist in seating for a group of individuals when there was evidently space. Told us to wait an hour, without even checking. Don’t bother dropping by for such bad service.

A beautiful restaurant with a very warm atmosphere and good music. Excellent attention and cordiality. A very varied menu and dishes prepared at the moment. This is confirmed when you receive it by its aroma and when you eat it, it is delicious. I highlight the cleanliness of the bathroom for the client.

The service is extremely unfriendly and most of the waiters don't even speak German. I wanted a small portion and asked the waitress if this was possible. The waitress then assured me that this was possible and that the price would be reduced considerably. It took almost an hour for the food to arrive. When I wanted to pay, the waitress came and brought the device so I could pay with the card. I was very confused as she just brought the device without saying anything. When I tried to insert my card, nothing worked for the first time, until after two minutes she finally explained to me in English that it was a special device for tipping. Then finally the correct invoice came and suddenly the full price was on it. I asked the woman about it again and then she just said that this was normal. She also had no desire to talk to me about it and then just walked away. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I've visted this place 2 months ago and I couldn't forget the worst service I've ever got. I belive the first success factor of any restaurant Is the attitude for the visitors. sadly the waiter and the owner as well were talking to us with the worst tone and slowest service. I'm not sure it this because we are arab or this is how they serve all their gustes. However, highly not recommended.

Very good food! We went there every weekend in the summer because the food is so delicious. Lots of choice for the right pasta for everyone.

The food we ordered was very tasty. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the service. The waitresses were talking to each other instead of taking our order. After a strong eye contact search, we managed to order. The guest-friendly place doesn't start here...

Great room and dining experience

Overall my experience was pretty great. The 2 negatives are the salad and the bread. I ordered a basic salad and my complaint is that it had too much dressing. Just ask for it on the side. The bread seemed like a generic bagged one so that could’ve been better. The positives were the bolognese and the service. The bolognese was definitely one of the more decent ones I have had. The portion was a good size. My waitress Khadij (hope I spelled that right) was amazing. Always had a smile on her face and was very attentive even though it was busy. People like this make me want to go back:).

The missing star is for the two waiteresses in the garden area who did not allow me to sit to dine after I was directed there by the waiter who welcomed me at the entrance and guided me to go to the garden area as it had a better breeze & view, funny thing I was only dining for one (by myself) , and the garden area was actually almost empty and had only 3 tables filled as my time of arrival wasn’t during a dinner or a lunch rush, but racism does go a long way👏🏻 too bad for them , the waitress who was kind enough to seat me and serve me in the ground level was the one worthy of the generous tip💕 The food however, was amazing I ordered the Tenessee chicken pasta based on her recommendation and it was divine. I hope they teach their staff manners and to treat all customers equally before i’d think to visit again even if the food is amazing.

I ate carbonara and drank red wine. Both were pretty good. Atmosphere is also very nice. Price is quite reasonable in Zurich, especially in Old Town, standards.

The food was very good. The service was friendly and quick. The location is also great. The prices are not exorbitant either. The location itself is also very nice, but a bit too loud for us. The toilets could be cleaned a little more regularly or at least have a strong scent dispenser installed. All in all very good.

We were there today and just wanted to have a drink. The waitress said it was ok, she would come to us straight away. There was a heat warning in Switzerland today, it was 36 degrees so we logically had a water bottle with us. When we were waiting for the waitress to order lemonade, we drank from our water bottle and an employee (bald and very unfriendly) told us that it was forbidden to drink someone else's water. Unfortunately we left because I certainly wouldn't throw away my water bottle when the outside temperature was 36 degrees, I've never experienced anything like that. We wanted to have a drink there… well never again and definitely not a recommendation

Pasta really with a capital P. Very tasty food. Day 1 I chose the Pasta with chicken, which is really delicious. Day 2 the Pasta with salmon, yes, it is very tasty. Ps If you are sitting outside on the terrace, be careful, it is very slanted 🤣 keep an eye on your glass, it can slide.
