Best bakery! For 9 years I have always ordered a birthday cake for my son. Every time I was satisfied. Good selection of cakes (motives). Super friendly staff. I never had anything to complain about and everything always worked out great. See you next year when I order cakes from you again☺️

Very friendly Products are fine but a bit expensive. Double espresso over 7.00. Dogs are not allowed in the café and it is a bit smoky outside. A pity.

You are obviously deceiving your customers by writing down freshly squeezed orange juice on the breakfast menu, but offering pasteurized orange juice out of the packaging. You are further deceiving your customers by including hot drinks in the total price of your breakfast menu, but nowhere explaining that a double espresso or cappuccino is included You can expect a high surcharge on your menu because they are all crook attitudes and do not belong in the hospitality industry. I recommend you with good intentions to take a trip to the best host countries in order to turn your service concept into something bearable. In addition to their obvious deceptions, their food quality, service concept and the price-performance ratio are also not right.

I think the bread is pretty average. My breads that leave for 24 hours become worlds tastier and crispier. The sandwich selection is also very meat-heavy. As a vegetarian, I often went out without having lunch. You can't shake the feeling that a lot of industrially processed products are used here.

In terms of price, I think it's on the higher end: I recently bought 6 tarts for 27 CHF. There are seats in the shop so you can enjoy the delicacies with a coffee. The atmosphere is cozy and has a decelerating effect. There is free parking behind the house.

I order 2 birthday cakes (photo cakes) every year and have NEVER been disappointed. FIRST CLASS from ordering to collection! We were looking after 15 children making marzipan cakes at Spatz Rosenberg. The children were left to decide what they wanted to make with their marzipan share. They were supported very warmly by the team until they had finally all completed a lovely marzipan cake. They took this home very proudly. It was great, thank you very much. I've been (!) there several times before... I wanted to get 20 peaks (unannounced) for my colleagues on my birthday in the morning. I thought this quantity wouldn't be a problem for a bakery at 8am. The “employee” reacted almost shocked 😧 and asked twice... then she started collecting all the peaks that were in the baskets in the coffee shop. While unpacking behind the counter, she dropped several peaks on the floor - they were even picked up in front of me and put in the bag 😳😡 - I was so perplexed by such impudence that I didn't react immediately. At home I wanted to write a complaint and get the name of the “employee” from the website. I saw that the boss served me personally. The case was a few years ago - but since then I've avoided this bakery. Picking up food from the floor is an absolute no-go. I don't want to know what else the boss does when the guest isn't looking...!!!

A no go frozen baked goods especially Tortrn. Not what you would expect from a supposedly high-end bakery. Interior design is very reminiscent of the early 90s. Outdoor plants used as decoration look more like weeds. You have so much potential but you don't make anything of it. @ Owner: But that still has nothing to do with offering frozen goods. You can buy TK everywhere. Customers want fresh products. In other words, no frozen goods (even if homemade), no regenerated goods (cooked, then warmed-up menus)...

The breakfast here was okay, the butter croissants and the homemade jams were very tasty, only the 3 minute egg was a little too hard for my taste! What I found negative was that the parking spaces were far too narrow; I had to climb over from the passenger side because I couldn't open the driver's door!

I have has lunch here on a few occasions whilst over in Winterthur for work. Staff seem great and the food has been decent They have a great selection of cakes and sweets.
