They came up with a solution that meant paying a higher price per hour and shorter sessions, zero customer service oriented!

The online shop is a disaster! On July 22nd, 21 I ordered tennis strings and nothing has arrived until today, August 11th, 21!! There was no reply to emails either!! I then called and the excuse given was: “No one was looking after the online shop because everyone was on holiday”.
