Since we have known Roli for ages (decades), there was no question that we would try the food in his own restaurant. We had fondue chinoise. It was very good, the sauces were delicious. The service was, as expected, friendly and very good. We will definitely come back.

“Chez Roli” is an enrichment for Saas-Fee. Host / service with passion - from the beginning to the farewell. The food is very tasty - there is something for everyone. Recommended with all my heart. Thanks to the whole team - we'll be happy to come back.

We got a table at the last minute on New Year's Eve (impossible in Saas Fee) AND this restaurant was a wonderful surprise. The welcome from Mr. and Mrs. was very friendly and attentive to the service without being too much, the same for the adjacent customers (rare for the village) while maintaining a private atmosphere. Aperitif, followed by advice according to our tastes on Vallais wine which was very appreciated. The New Year's Eve menu was original with a deer carpaccio (very fine in flavor), an excellent white wine soup with a spicy touch or the wonderfully successful cognac sauce served with its veal fillet whose cooking was perfectly mastered. The gourmet coffee consisted of four desserts: brownie, choco mousse, mocca mousse and a colonel sorbet - all faithful to their original recipes.

We ordered Saaser stew and Walliser Schnitzel. They are very delicious with reasonalble prices.

My friends and I had heard this was a good place to get waffles and we were super excited to go try waffles and on our day off from skiing we went to go get waffles. upon arrival they told us they didn’t actually serve waffles or any food at that time which was pretty disappointing but we were going to stay for a drink. We are on a tighter budget so me and my friend thought we were smart by ordering water. Our other friends ordered tea, coffee and orange juice. When our water came out we were extremely distraught. Our water was clearly in used bottles and it was lukewarm. We were absolutely shocked when the bill came and me and my friend paid more for our water then the others paid for their drinks. it was 4 francs for water which is almost 6 dollars.

Good restaurant, good food for a fair price

We tried different restaurants in Saasfee and this restaurant is my insider tip. Fine home-made food (especially salads and tarte flambée), friendly service and as a guest you have the feeling of being valued. I always enjoy going and can therefore highly recommend it! (I didn't take a photo of the food, but the sausage salad and tarte flambée as well as tea and cake are very good).

Good food for a small price. The daily menu (soup or salad plus main course) for CHF 20.50 is especially interesting. Also possible in the evening.

Very nice place. Ultra friendly staff who make an effort to understand requests and adapt to customers. Only good memories. Limited choices for lunch.

Worst service ever, rude and arrogant and terrible food. Good advice: stay away from this tearoom restaurant. The contrast with the beautiful hotel next door couldn't be greater. A shame!!

Pretty good food. Variety of normal dishes. I had the chicken breast with rösti, which was great! Ice cream as dessert was average, but I can strongly recommend the cinnamon ice cream! Friendly service.

I visited this evening with my family. I wanted to leave a review as we had such a lovely welcome. The waitress was lovely, she made us feel at home immediately. The food we ordered...pasta for myself and my daughter, we ordered a simple pork steak, rice, vegetables and some fries...we had 2 large beers and 1 small, drinks for the children followed by a banana/ice cream split and waffles with ice cream. The bill was 104 SF. The food was all tasty and fresh. We ate everything and had a lovely quiet, relaxed meal. I have also visited for coffee, again the staff were most welcoming. The food is simple and well priced.

Meals are available at moderate prices (in the overpriced Saas Fee).

Accueil déplorable. La serveuse ne vous regarde même pas. Vous posez une question attention! Vous la dérangez! L’eau du robinet est facturée alors que nous sommes venus avec une classe d’enfants pour manger un truc sur le pouce. Pas un sourire et l’addition est arrivée bien avant la nourriture ... qui était bonne mais l’ambiance laisse à désirer.

Wir waren zwei Mal essen dort am Abend und das essen ist immer sehr fein und vielseitig. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Besonders empfehlenswert die sehr feine Linzertorte, welche wir auch immer unseren Freunden mit nach Hause nehmem.

Good omelettes and bread. Opens at 7am. Great sablé cookies and nut pastry. Fantastic views at sunrise.

Good people and good quality of gofres and creppes

The service is very friendly. It's great that the kitchen is open all day. The Valais Rösti Sporting is a culinary delight. The rice could have been left out of the vegetable plate and more vegetables could have been served. Therefore “only” 4 stars.

Good food with reasonable price. Everything is cheaper compared to the high rated restaurants in Saas-Fee. But the quality of food is comparable, even better.

Das Wetter in Saas-Fee-Lift-System verschoben, Zeit für ein Mittagessen. In dieses geschäftige kleine Cafe. Sohn hatte Würstchen und Pommes, Mann Pommes und ich hatte Croque Monsieur. Mit Getränken kam man auf rund 25, was in der Schweiz einen guten Wert darstellt. Gutes, frisches Essen, keine Eile von den Angestellten, aber beachten Sie, dass es keine Kreditkarten akzeptiert.

Very greasy, not really good and not very friendly service: I do not recommend.

Das Restaurant ist an eine Bäckerei angegliedert. Das Lokal ist schön eingerichtet. Die Inhaber begrüssen freundlich. Der Service ist gut. Das Essen ist zum Teil preisgünstig. Mein Teller war gut gefüllt, daher sah er aber überladen aus.
