Friendly service meets culinary indifference: an okay in a sea of ​​mediocrity. "If boredom is your taste, these burgers are exactly your thing -😁 good quality, but culinary uninspired." Now it starts. I would be greeted by remarkably friendly service. The efficiency of the staff was impressive and orders came to the table without delay. This high level of speed and hospitality undoubtedly creates a welcoming atmosphere that is appreciated at any fast food restaurant. In terms of culinary offerings, I chose the Swiss Smoked Burger, hoping for an unforgettable taste experience. Unfortunately, the burger didn't quite live up to my expectations. Although the quality of the burger itself was acceptable, I found it to be a bit underseasoned. The raclette cheese in particular, which usually impresses with its strong smoky aroma, fell flat here and did not offer the expected intensity of taste and was a bit sticky. More texture and crunch desired The side dish, chili fries, also left a mixed impression. Instead of the crispy fries with a rich, spicy chili coating I was hoping for, my taste buds were disappointed by slightly soggy fries that resembled standard frozen fare more than a homemade specialty. Unfortunately, the rather sparing use of chili and chili rings could not save the overall picture, and at a price of 10.50 francs for a small portion, the chili fries fell far short of expectations. And yes, boring again 💤 In conclusion, my visit to Stamped Burger was satisfactory, if not outstanding. The service was undoubtedly commendable, but the overall dining experience was just average and lacked that certain something. With a rating of 3 out of 5 stars (generous), I would say that there are certainly better alternatives for burger lovers in Zurich. Although the idea of ​​the Smashburger is interesting, it ultimately lacked the execution to really convince.

Was going to make a reservation but saw there was foie gras on the menu and was appalled. What kind of place would even consider doing that in 2024? Completely unnecessary and disgraceful.

Very, very tasty burgers & homemade sauces. I haven't tried them all yet, but the burgers so far have been absolutely great! The burger joint deserves five stars without any discussion. The food is great, prices are fair, service and ambience are also very good. If there is something to complain about, it is that the side dish portions are rather small for the price (small bowl of fries around 8 francs). Price lower or portions a little larger and I can't think of a negative point anymore.

Very delicious hamburger. Both of us took a Bacon Cheddar Burger, the meat was juicy, the bacon very tasty and I really liked the fluffy bun. I suggest also the sweet potatoes to eat together with their signature sauce, it’s a super combination. The only negative thing is that in my opinion the place was understaffed, we went on a Saturday evening and there were only two waiters, they were very good and kind but still we had to wait a long time just for them to take our order.

20 francs for a tasteless burger, comes without fries… a disgrace.. i ordered the tamago teriyaki, u cant taste the teriyaki at all!!! Do not fall for the cute pics it aint worth it guys..

The burgers are quite good, but the staff is mostly stressed and unfriendly, probably understaffed. The prices are probably a bit too high for the quality, but unfortunately this is normal in Zurich.

We ordered four burgers and four portions of fries via Ubereats and half of the fries were missing. It is unfortunately a repeating issue. I tried to contact the restaurant, but there is no phone number or e-mail. This is big issue as costumers should have the possibility to get in touch with a real person - especially if there is a problem. That being said, the food is excellent.

Possibly new best burger in Zurich for my ranking. Only bad part is the place which is little and you most certainly don’t find free tables unless lucky

➡️ @aDJinZurich 29.02.2024 I discovered Stamped Burger & Fries during CoVid lockdown and it was love at first bite and upon reading that they have a permanent location. This is one burger joint which I need to visit. Upon my arrival at 7 pm, Stamped was almost at its full capacity but luckily, my partner and I were able to sit and share two seats with other customers. Food menus are place at the table and it‘s a good sign when food menu are limited to one page. To me, it means that the restaurant is more focus in delivering their strong attributes. I decided on Italian Gorgonzola Burger and my partner had the English Cheddar Burger - the same two burgers that made us fell in love with Stamped on first bite. Despite being at full capacity - more guest arrived and occupied the seats at the bar, our dinner arrived rather fast and we are in overjoyed with tongue tingling pleasures at first bite. Juicy „stamped“ burger patties with delicious soft brioche buns topped with fresh ingredients - pure bliss. My partner’s Sweet Potato Fries was done brilliantly and my Chilli Cheese Fries was ok (sorry) - the cheese was grainy (probably wasn’t heated properly) and I wish there were more Jalapeños but the taste was fabulous. Overall, our dinner date was fantastic. Good food served with great professionalism and we would definitely be coming back again. Oh and they kept up with their tradition - a piece of delicious brownie for us to enjoy at the end of our meal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - definitely a must try restaurant.

Potz Tusig. 🤩 A new contestant for the best burger in Zurich. Side dishes could be a little larger, but otherwise really TOP. Juicy but not too greasy, buns are incredibly fluffy.

The burger is fantastic. Unfortunately, my overall impression was somewhat clouded by the long waiting time and the overwhelmed service staff. It took a while before anyone even came to take our order. The staff seemed to be overworked and stressed, especially in the kitchen. Several UBER Eats employees stood in the full restaurant waiting for the orders. After about an hour of waiting we received our burger. The service staff was super friendly and tried to make the best of the situation.

The burger tastes really delicious and the fries also taste very good. Unfortunately, the waiting time is very long, it took about an hour for the burgers to arrive because many delivery services were still waiting for the orders. In addition, the restaurant tastes very much like the kitchen and the ventilation doesn't seem to work that well. The service is very polite and friendly and they try to make the best of the situation.

One of the best burgers I’ve had in the EU.

Really good burgers. Quality is really important here. Everything was handmade, the brioche buns were a bit caramelized, and the meat was fried to perfection. The taste is really great. I really liked the Smoked Swiss Burger. All this in a small shop with an upscale but relaxed atmosphere and fast service. But all of this comes at a steep price, especially by German standards. I paid almost 50 Swiss francs for a burger, a small portion of fries and chicken bites. I don't want to complain because it was worth it to me. But you should be aware of it.

Very tasty burgers. We had the English Cheddar and the Chicken Burger. Both have very good meat and delicious sauces. Our highlights were also the crispy fondue balls and the truffle mayo. Overall, high risk of repetition. Keep it up ! We will be back

Service and atmosphere are great, but unfortunately the burgers are flavorless and dull. You can drown them in the free truffle mayo though, that makes them edible. The loaded fries are decent.

From the beer to the fries to the burgers, everything was amazing. We had the English Cheddar Burger (tasty and filling), the sweet potato fries (crispy and with Truffle Mayonnaise sauce which was incredible), the Bad attitude IPA Beer and the homemade Iced tea. To top it off, the service was quick and the people were super nice. 5 stars

In short: One of the best burgers in Zurich! We tried the Bacon Cheddar Burger and were completely impressed. Burger bun is fluffy and perfectly toasted, patty is fried to perfection and tastes great and the fries are crispy. Price-performance ratio is absolutely fair for the quality and taste. Nothing to pass and highly recommended! A prior reservation for lunchtime is recommended.

First of all: it gets occupied / fully booked very quickly at lunchtime because the food is already very good! Be sure to try the sauces! Nevertheless, the operation is a bit lacking and seems a bit overwhelmed and lost. In addition, the price for a burger with fries is already high. So all in all not worth 5 stars.

Burgers are good, but last time the were too salty. The locations is great but the smell of the kitchen inside it too much, seems the ventilation is not good. Hopefully the change this.

Hands down the best burgers in Zurich. Especially the basic Cheddar burger and the Bacon burger are super yum. The meat is tender, the burgers are well baked ("stamped"), the buns are nice high-quality brioche style buns, and the in-house made sauce they use creates sweet-sourish accents, that even go into umami territory. The regular fries are already very good, but their chili-cheese fries are even better. Granted, I love the pickled jalapeños they use, but also the cheese is not just some cheese thrown on top, but rather a smooth, thick cheese sauce. Go there. You wont regret it.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Stamped Burger Restaurant and would like to share my experience. The food was undoubtedly the highlight of my visit. The burgers were top quality, juicy and perfectly cooked. The selection of toppings and sauces was impressive, and the flavor combinations pleasantly surprised my taste buds. The cuisine here definitely deserves the highest recognition. As far as service goes, I would say it was average. The staff was friendly, but seemed a bit overwhelmed and stressed at times. Wait times were acceptable, but a little more attention to guests' needs could improve service. I liked the ambience of the restaurant. The decor was modern and inviting, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The tables were clean and neatly arranged, which contributed to a pleasant dining experience. All in all, my visit to Stamped Burger was a successful culinary delight. The restaurant definitely has the potential to become one of my favorites. However, with a small improvement in the service area, the overall experience could be optimized even further. I look forward to visiting again in the future and seeing how the restaurant develops.

My fellow burger expert, Steph and I agree that Stamped offers the best burgers in the city of Zürich. Between the quality of the ingredients, the composition of the burgers, and the friendly service, it seems impossible to award Stamped less than 5 stars. Nonetheless, I must note that on a Friday night, the burgers sell out before 9PM. Enjoy!

The burger and fries were delicious. Unfortunately, you leave the restaurant hungry and with an empty wallet. The portions are very small and relatively expensive - a shame.

The best burger I've ever eaten... super fresh bread, perfectly fried meat, delicious sauces and crunchy fries. The ambience at the new location is also great and beautifully decorated. The friendly and efficient service tops it all off, there are no long waiting times. My boyfriend and I always drive from Lucerne to Zurich to Stamped just to eat there and have been there x times. Absolutely recommended to everyone!

Fantastic burger joint with one of the friendliest service we got in Switzerland. Our favorite was the English Cheddar Burger. the chicken burger was good too. We also got complimentary Rivella, a quintessential Swiss drink to try. Overall, great food and great people ! Highly recommend when in Zurich.

Our first experience wasn't as expected (we understood it was their opening day), but the restaurant's response was exceptional. They generously offered to make up for it. And the burger was simply amazing! It was one of the best burgers we ever had. Definitely coming back!

The best burger I had in Switzerland, super tender and tasty. On a table there are three homemade sauces - ketchup, mayo and truffle mayo (my personal favourite). The staff is friendly and super efficient, and the atmosphere is great.

It is a nice restaurant for burgers. We tried the Foie Gras burger and it was good. The Foie Gras was delicious, but the beef patty was actually dry and overcooked. But the juiciness of the Foie Gras saved the burger. Sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked and they went really well with the Truffle Mayo. The atmosphere is nice, chill, but there is a shared table concept, you don’t get your own table but have to share with others. It was a bit disappointing that people that didn’t have reservation got better place than us who did reservation. Overall good burger place, but for the price maybe something was missing.

Stumbled upon this place on a business trip. One of the best tasting burgers I’ve ever had. I had the Smoked Swiss Burger, delicious. Quick and friendly service.

Only “meh” for me, I am sorry. The burger itself was good but I think that the overall taste was bland. Nothing stood out. That being, by no means the burger was not good. It is indeed a gourmet burger but nothing enough, for me, to justify the price. On top of that, fries do not come with the burger (typical for Zurich but still not ideal if you already pay over 20 bucks for the burger). So you need to add 7 bucks for the most forgettable fries I ever had. I wound up paying over 100 bucks for two burgers with fries, one beer, one water and an appetizer (cheese fondue balls, awesome!). This was too much for what I got TBH. I enjoyed the experience but I did not get enough to justify the premium over other places in Zurich

I was pleasantly surprised with how GOOD the English Cheddar Burger is. The Bun was soft and matched perfectly with the juicy beef patty which was cooked to perfection. The onions and pickles are kind of hidden but gives it a nice touch. 100% recommended if you are in Zurich.

Best Burger I've ever had! I've tried the smashed beef Burger and my Brother the crispy Chicken Burger. Both were so delicious . The Sauces are the best in town! If you want to eat a good burger with fries for a reasonable price, i can only recommend STAMPED!

I had an awesome experience dining here with friends. My cheddar burger was absolutely delicious, the service was very friendly, and we were also each given a complimentary piece of brownie at the end! Highly recommend this cute little burger restaurant, conveniently located near Rennweg. It’s especially nice to sit at one of the outdoor tables, as it’s in a lovely cobblestone alley surrounded by Swiss flags overhead.

Little gem with cool vibes and great products! We learned about Stamped online, in our quest to search a very good burger. While everybody was saying that the best burger in ZH is BM, some people named Stamped too. So we got curios by a name we didn’t know yet. We also thought this place didn’t have too much hype around it. You can’t reserve not there’s a number online (and we didn’t know apparently this is not the case on IG). By total chance we found a spot inside - the only available left. The service, young British guy with a very Brit sense of humor was super efficient and nice to guests, despite the house clearly been full. To us, service is always part of the experience, and he definitely fit the context and elevated it. We didn’t wait much at all for our burgers. I was very happy with the buns, not the traditional ones you always see around. I am not sure if there was milk in the dough, but they resembled so much the brioche type of bread I was so used to in my childhood. I can’t really complain about the taste - even if the burger is on the smaller side, it will fill you. My partner had the Brie and Fois Gras - only small observation is that the taste of Brie gets lost in the burger. We were super happy with our fries - especially the normal ones. Maybe it was the half peel still there, or the way they were fried, but we really tasted the potato flavour (rather than salt and oil as usual). We also loved that sauces were already on the table, included the truffle mayonnaise. Prices were also fair - with mine being between 20-23 (don’t remember precisely) and that of my partner nearly 30 (but then again, fois gras). We walked out very happy (and he is a burger lover!). So what to say: consider having an early dinner, and definitely give this place a try because for sure it’s among the best in town.
