Starbucks in Zürich

Atmosphere just like Starbucks. Focacio with tomatoes and mozzarella was delicious, unfortunately the bread is not stable enough to eat by hand. Extremely friendly service and support, thank you for your commitment, dear Andrea Viola!

Cozy atmosphere and not crowded…really nice staff.

Always long waiting time. Today the barrister was too lazy to get fresh cream from behind,” so she served the Frappuccino with minimum cream. When asked to fill in the cream properly, she showed she had no cream anymore and went very slowly in the back to get some. Never filled in the missing cream. Why bother do it right? Never coming back here!

Very unfriendly service, the drinks are almost thrown at you. The tables are all full of rubbish and are not cleared away. Ev. not enough staff. There is no trash outside to dispose of.

When you order a sugar-free caramel latte and the barista pours sugary caramel syrup on top. I stopped the barista guy and asked what that was about, then I was shouted at and told me I had to say it when ordering. How was I supposed to know that?? I asked him if he thought it was okay for him to pour sugar syrup on me even though I ordered sugar-free, in case I was diabetic. so unfriendly.. unbelievable. Starbucks thinks they can afford anything...

A little small but nice Starbucks.

Visited it as tourists. First thing we recognized was the smell of old milk. The second thing we disliked was the small and narrow space inside. The toilet smell was strong near the ordering area. Staff was in a neutral mood. Taste of our Choclate Frappucino with espresso was too bitter for coffee, but ok. Sitting inside is possible (big window in direction to the street) and there were chairs and tables outside in front of the shop. Despite being several times per year in Zürich we would never visit this shop again.

So many times they messed up my APP order. Unfriendly staff! the purpose of ordering via app is to avoid waiting time but still when i got there i waited 30mins. 🙄 second time, i ordered strawberry frap but was given caramel instead when it is clearly written on the cup what was the order! VERY UNORGANISED! Plus, their toilette is always filthy! 🤮

Do not go the cheese cake made my stomach hurt and the tables had a bunch of stuff from the last. No one and absolutely no one cleaned up after themselves

A two-story Starbucks just a few minutes walk away from Zurich HB. Pricey (as all Starbucks in Switzerland are), but worth the price if you're looking for something that reminds you of being back in the States. Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You can find foods here that aren't typically available at Starbucks in the U.S. (at least not in the Northeast). There are a lot more vegan and veggie options to choose from. Cleanliness ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very clean overall. Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The employees are quick and courteous. Their English is great which makes ordering comfortable and easy for some tourists.

The coffee and food will not surprise you: it’s just Starbucks. The staff is friendly and helpful . The store is ok, they have a not so bad second room upstairs however I tried to use the toilet and it was disgusting on a Saturday early morning, and it looked as it had not been cleaned overnight and maybe even longer.

PLEASE CLEAN THE TOILETS IT'S A DISASTER IN THERE!!!

Absolute disaster, dirty tables, not enough staff and then unfriendly! Here they make hot chocolate with mocha syrup and then claim it's the same thing! Of course my child doesn't like the taste of coffee, but they didn't accommodate us.

Good service. Seating in and outside, many people in both areas. We visited this Starbucks in August and was one of the few places with AC, it was like an oasis.

Worst service I have ever experienced! After a quarter of an hour we still hadn't been served at the take-away (!), even though there were only two other customers in the shop... They simply ignored us, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Small Starbucks in an excellent location on the beautiful Rennweg in the middle of Zurich. The interior design can be optimized, in my opinion it was a bit untidy (?). The cappuccino and the latte macchiato were of decent quality. The prices are reasonable. I'll definitely come back.

If you are tired, you can go in and drink coffee, and also use the toilet. The main attraction of this place is located slightly higher on the other side of the street, there is an excellent souvenir shop, for every taste and color! Удачи! If you have to rest a bit, you can go in and enjoy a cup of coffee and use the bathroom. On the other side of the street if you go a little higher, there is a souvenir shop with a huge variety of things. recommended! Successfully!

Even though we said three times that we would drink here, in the end we only had drinks in plastic. Starbucks advertises its environmental friendliness, but doesn't live up to it in practice. More ice than drinks in the cup :-)

We ordered 2 drinks, one of which was a Frappucino Coffee. After the first sip, however, I realized that it tasted like cinnamon and had nothing to do with the product I ordered. So we approached an employee and reported it, unfortunately the only answer was: "I didn't put any coffee in it, no cinnamon." There was no new drink or an apology, which in my opinion was just disappointing for the price.

Good refreshment in one of the streets in the center of Zurich. You can find from coffee served in various flavors to sandwiches stuffed with cold cuts and vegetables. The service is not the best, as the tables are often full of dishes left by previous customers. Little care in cleaning the toilets. Average prices for the city...very high...

Typical Starbucks in the heart of Zurich. The café is on two floors and has some seating on the alley. The service was friendly and the WiFi worked very well. Many tables on the upper floor have a power outlet nearby, so you can stay busy with a laptop for longer periods of time. Most visitors stayed quiet and so I was able to concentrate on my work there.

Starbucks in Zurich, I enjoyed it, stopped by quite by accident because I was caught in the rain. Coffee number one.

Starbucks are like WCs. There's always one Star$$ somewhere, and if you have to go... This one in particular has a nice view in the second floor.

Long waiting times. Cappuccinos ordered were delivered with a delay. Hot cinnamon apple pastry was ready 5 minutes beforehand. The whole thing for 15.90 Chf.

When I came to a new country, I came to a new Starbucks, but the price was much more expensive than in other countries. This store was relatively small. Although it was two floors, there was no bread or anything to sell when I came. Overall, Feeling average.

If you are a tourist it will take you about 5-10 minutes to get to this Starbucks branch. Unlike the other 2 branches closer to the station, you will find less customers here. Therefore it is much more quiet. You can sit outside or you can go upstairs to the second floor as well. Starbucks in Switzerland is more expensive than in probably most countries but I think the quality is similar.

Worst coffee ever. They cant even make expresso well. Why they juss cant learn from Italians.

Starbucks is a cafe where you can drink a good espresso where you can meet friends for a few minutes. I don't like the sweets offered by the cafe. They are modestly decorated, drowned in fat and I can rarely say that I ate something good with my favorite coffee. I appreciate the effort to offer natural fruit smoothies and other fresh salads. I would like fine cookies with chocolate or dried fruit, or even with coffee.
