Starbucks in Rapperswil-Jona

Not too big Starbucks, located practically in the center of Rapperswil. The menu is not very extensive, there are only the classics. This thing doesn't particularly drive me crazy. The service is a bit sinful, as the tables are often left dirty, without clearing the table (I don't understand if it's the fault of those who eat or the employees who work there). Overall the environment is nice and would be even nicer if it were cleaner. I will stay here again since it's the closest.

The place is pleasant, the welcome is friendly.

Its location is beautiful, its seating is distinctive, and its taste is delicious.

The staff would rather chat than take an order. Even though we were seen, people continued chatting happily! And they are more efficient at giving quick, cheeky answers. Such employees would be “fired” in the UK and USA. But as I was told, well we're not employed there!! I'm not surprised that Starbucks isn't doing so well here, it's a shame because I'm a Starbucks fan, just not of "Rappi"

Delicious, cool drinks without food (for this reason food is not rated). There were only a few guests, so service was quick. The downside is simply the high, proud prices, as Iced Coffee and a cool Lime Refresh Drink cost CHF 17!

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Comfortable seats and top decor. We would stay there for hours chatting and enjoying their drinks.

I ordered from to good to go, I paid CHF 6.90 for products with the actual value of CHF 22.- and a dried out croissant and two sandwiches. Unfortunately no friendly service either. Was really disappointed, would have expected more from a Starbucks...

The drinks are, as always, very tasty, but I'm often overwhelmed by the abundance of options😅. The prices are very high, but I often go to Starbucks to study because I find the atmosphere very pleasant and I can concentrate well there.

The drinks are good but the donuts could be a little fluffier.

I ordered a tea that I found on the online menu or in the app menu. But Starbucks really sucks here. I got a cup of hot water, a tea bag and a saucer that was placed over it to keep the water hot. Very disappointing. It didn't look anything like what was pictured and the kind of spectacular that Starbucks is famous for wasn't there at all. In addition, the “tea” was as bland as if it were just water. I will definitely never order tea from them again! For that price I can buy a whole pack of tea bags and make everything myself.

It says it closes at 7:00 p.m. and we weren't allowed in at 6:43 p.m

Employees can show more interest

There were four of us and it was the wateriest, bland Frappuccino I've ever had in a Starbucks. The same with the other 3 people. Tasted like pure water ice cream with very little flavor. Staff was friendly. Something was probably not set correctly or the machine was defective. This frappuccino wasn't worth the money

A small restaurant with fine coffee specialties and a display case with cakes, sandwiches and cold drinks. I find the music to be too loud and the prices of all the products to be beyond good and bad. Total rip off and not justified!

Good location, otherwise like any other Starbucks

It is absolutely incomprehensible to me how an originally cozy restaurant can be so badly improved. Years ago, I enjoyed coming here often and regularly to enjoy various small delicacies and coffee and to relax. Now you feel like you're in a waiting hall waiting for the next train or bus. Sorry for the harsh words. But with the best will in the world, you can't put it any other way. An absolutely unimaginative interior design with miserable lighting, the task of which is not to illuminate the table, but only to dazzle or shine somewhere else. You will also look in vain for decoration that is intended to convey a comfortable and inviting ambience. You have the feeling that you should finish as quickly as possible so that the seat is free again. I have to honestly admit that now, in the autumnal season, it is more appealing to be outside in the evening with the light of the street lamps than in the cafe with the careless interior design. It's a real shame that no appropriate authority is intervening here. Unfortunately, this also affects employee motivation. The two lone fighters try to make you feel welcome. Coffee and cake are also delicious, but the cold, designed "train station ambience" suffocates even the last good will of "hospitality". In combination with the upscale pricing policy, I'd rather go somewhere else. Really a shame, incomprehensible and absolutely regrettable.

A Starbucks as you are used to. Cool style and the barista was very friendly. Fast service as you wish. The price is of course a bit higher, but that is normal in Switzerland. Definitely a must go for Starbucks lovers!

Being open to trying different things allows for interesting experiences. At Starbucks I got to know some interesting and tasty coffee preparations. There are also quite interesting accompaniments to the coffee. The prices are good, the system is understandable. The ambience is simple but comfortable. What more do you want.

It would be okay to say Rapperswiel Zurichin Bodrum. But although Starbucks is a very popular place only in Turkey, it is an ordinary cafe like every cafe around here, a workplace that people see and enter when they want to drink coffee. I don't think the sign has much effect. I wanted you to know.

Starbucks = Starbucks! Unfortunately it's not my thing now. It's better to go to a small coffee house and enjoy an authentic coffee there instead of financing Starbucks. But I would like to add again that it is always in the eye of the beholder.

A beautiful interior with USB sockets, WiFi and close to the center. Unfortunately, as with all Starbucks, the price-performance ratio is not right at all.

Cozy Starbucks with good seats, coffee is also very good. The only thing that's annoying is that the tables are rarely cleaned and the dishes are rarely put away.

Standard issue Starbucks. Good cup of coffee. Cellular reception is horrible (thick stone walls), but free WiFi works well. Very crowded on weekends.

Close to the train station, this Starbucks has a quite cosy atmostphere. Note: As any Starbucks, that's not where you'll find the best coffee and it's overpriced, but you knew that already.

This Starbucks is really great. Its my Favorite Starbucks of all time. Its an quite big Store its very clean and its an quiet store. There is a place for your Pets to drink some water and rest. Its an Family friendly store there are a handfull of drinks for children. There are literally countless drink variations. And I actually never had an Bad Starbucks expireience the drinks are really tasty. (I recomend an Iced Caramel Machiatto) The best point about this spesific location is that the Staff is sooooo friendly. I just love this place and I Recommend it to everyone there are also many Vegan Alternatives.

The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the tables weren't clean, even though there wasn't much going on and the staff wasn't stressed.

Despite very few visitors, there are dirty dishes everywhere, stains on the tables and brosms everywhere. An absolute no-go given the prices.
