don't know how to order correctly we ordered two drinks both were not the ones we asked for very disappointed

No kindness from the Barista (Sa*****) Hello straight in the eye and no response?! Really, rethink your behavior a little, no one is forcing you to work here. The service at the price we pay for our consumption is increasingly deplorable.

Starbucks standard. Good place to have your quick work.

I consumed an espresso, your colleague this morning who was in charge of the preparation, served it in a glass (for juice) and threw it in a coffee cup in front of me. I asked her to make it again and she got upset while making the espresso again. And nervously threw the cup on the counter. Personally, I don't find it normal to pay 5.20 francs for an espresso served anyhow.

The service is great, the staff are pleasant. Everything is great except for the fact that there is no “empty tray” near the exit (there is the space to the left of the door).

It's a shame that there is no table to enjoy a coffee and a slice of cake because all the tables are occupied by people that had a coffee an hour ago and are now on their laptops studying or doing something else without consuming anything else. This should be controlled with some sort of time limit depending on your order.

The girl who served me was so nice and gave me great advice.

I ordered via app, as they promote on all their tables. I waited for 10 minutes and I could see no one had started preparing my order. Clients started coming so I decided to go and ask about my order. The girl there said in a very unbothered way that she’ll start doing it now, after preparing other orders before mine. No excuses, no nothing. Horrible service and staff

Customer reception is obviously not a priority for the 2 employees present this Saturday at 11:30. Incessant discussion, no glances and a totally nonchalant attitude towards customers. What are they doing here? Have they forgotten who pays their salary... this attitude is truly appalling. Thanks all the same to the manager (checked shirt that day) who says goodbye when we leave this establishment.

Very nice place to have a delicious hot drink.

Asked for a flat white, got a black americano instead. Came back in 5 min to ask again for the flat white, expected apology and a freshly prepared coffee. Instead, the serving team proposed just to add milk in my cold black americano. Covered back with the same used lid with spilled coffee traces. No apologies at all. I am disappointed.

The staff are slow and incompetent. The restaurant dirty. Ordered 2 grande seasonal coffees and was given the liquid equivalent of a tall. Asked for the barista to fill the cup and he refused. Paid for whipped cream and received the most meager portion. Also ordered to drink inside but received a paper cup with the excuse that they had run out of China mugs. Very sustainable. Coffee itself was tasteless and luke warm. All in all Starbucks quality has fallen considerably. Avoid.

Disappointing experience, the lady who made the coffee was unfriendly and smacked everything while she was making the coffee. That attitude didn’t help with the coffee’s taste and of course the coffee was terrible. For this price I would expect better service :)

Nice location in the heart of Lausanne, spacious inside room, efficient staff. I appreciate that they’ have switched to non plastic straws but the one offered now give a bad taste to your favorite drink… and my cinnamon roll that was heated up smelled like a cheese croissant. The oven probably transferred the taste from a previous order.

Too much waiting these days, even when the staff is not overwhelmed, I no longer have the same pleasure going there as I did a few years ago.

Long queue. At the checkout, you have to repeat your order several times, either because another employee took it in the queue and did not pass it on for collection, or because the employees do not understand/hear not. When a customer has a problem, all the employees gather around him, which lengthens the wait. Order respected, at least I suppose not having been able to witness the preparation, but nausea and heaviness after drinking my hot drink. However, I clearly specified the allergy at the checkout but were the precautions taken to prepare the drink? When we need information, the person frowns, shrugs their shoulders, says they don't know and immediately afterwards, a colleague arrives without the person we were talking with having called her, asks us what There is then, almost sends us wandering. Disappointed with this service. Especially since we can't blame the lack of employees. You find what you came to look for

Correct cashier service. Order preparation to be reviewed, "dairy" mixer used for a vegan Frappuccino, with cream and chocolate dripping all around the cup, not a word from the preparer who seemed to be bothering to be polite... To watch out for people with allergies.

I had an iced tea, it was ok but the price was too high, 6 francs. My two friends had 2 frappuccinos and both felt sick shortly after. Not a good experience, I won't go back. Not recommended!

Too much waiting. The price posters are too small. Prices are not permanently displayed. It would be interesting to have a printed version to speed up the choice during queues.

Professional hygiene is not applied. Staff wiped out coffee drops on client's cup with the same cloth they used for cleaning the coffee station. After washing hands, a staff did not dry her hands well and then the water dropped from her hands into a cup of coffee. Tables are not cleaned to welcome next clients. Most of the time, we sat with used mugs and dirty tissues on the table. Toilets are not clean and smelly.

I knew the one at the station and despite the price, I found it nice. The one on rue St-Laurent, on the other hand, is very disappointing. No trays to go to our table loaded like a donkey, no paper to wipe our hands. In the toilets, no toilet paper or paper to wipe your hands! And the worst part... paying 4.90 francs for a coffee served in a paper cup!!! No, it's really taking people for idiots....

The black saleswoman was not friendly. Laughed at us because of our language skills.

Frappucino mocha with extra cream. Received a chocolate one instead, requested with the ticket, 3 minutes later, new cup, still chocolate frappucino. I didn't know it's so complicated to get coffee in a coffee service! The worst part is that the cashier told the ladies who were preparing it that it was coffee and not chocolate, they didn't understand, that's why they served me 2x chocolate 🤦🏻‍♂️

Deplorable service... The cashier adds 5chf to a 10chf bill and the "waiter" cleans the rim of my coffee cup with the paw of the counter. So if you are not a stickler for hygiene and find it normal to pay 10chf for a coffee and a 330ml juice and to queue for 10 minutes for that, you are in the right place.

The only place in Switzerland where you can drink iced coffee is Starbucks. The cold brew was about 7,000 won. The taste was very similar to Korea. Above all, I liked that the staff was really friendly. The space was spacious and quiet, so it was really nice to stay for a long time!!! There is a small cathedral and McDonald's right in front.

Spacious, free WiFi, lots of power sockets, though overpriced vs its US price. I haven’t found Switzerland’s answer to Starbucks. Where else can you work in a cafe with AC in Lausanne on a roasting Sunday? Starbucks.

It's a Starbucks for sure, it's clean you have space and access to the WiFi. You are allowed to go to the toilet if you buy something (code on your bill). But it could be more comfortable.

A Starbucks as we know them well, the coffees and various snacks are very good. The seats are comfortable but unfortunately very occupied by students who come to spend hours studying there... Several times I was unable to sit down because all the seats were occupied by them.

No complaints from this starbucks. It's near me, service is always good, the quality of the food is what you'd expect at a starbucks. All in all a fun place to stop for a snack, or even a quick date.

Very crowded Starbucks located near the lakeside. Poor WiFi and very crowded we seriously struggled to find a place to sit. For the rest, the usual Starbucks that we all know.
