Starbucks in Zürich

The lady at the checkout was very friendly. I drank a ginger bread latte (see photo) and sprinkled cinnamon on it myself. It was very delicious. My daughter drank a Frappucino and thought it was more delicious than the usual Starbucks Frappucinos. I will definitely visit again. Can really only recommend it.

I went to the Orell-Füssli bookstore and not to Starbucks

The cardboard straws are just garbage. Tall drink, in this case Javachip Frappucino Venti, the straw was soggy after 15 minutes. That doesn't make friends. What I really liked, however, was the service, it was extremely friendly and quick. It also has an advantage that this Starbucks is relatively small compared to other branches.

Hot chocolate and a bookstore with cozy sofas? More of that.

Really bad Starbucks. They are unfriendly and stressed. Wrong drink etc. I won't go here anymore.

Starbucks need no comments. But this one has a very charming place to drink the coffee there.

The Frappuccino was very tasty and didn't have to wait long... The ambience is a bit small because it's on the 2nd floor in the Krell Füssli but I love the shop and that's why it's the PERFECT AMBIENCE for me... And also the triple chocolate muffins are great 🥰🤤👌

Unfortunately, despite consumption, you don't get a place, there are a lot of places with people who have been working there with their laptops and holding on to water for hours. It's a shame for the people who want to enjoy a coffee in comfort and therefore can't get a seat. Service very nice.

The café is located centrally in Zurich, in the Bellevue area The coffee shop partners with a bookstore that sells stories. The treatment is good, and the food and light drinks are also good.

The toilet was disgusting, smelled like the train station toilets - disgusting Then you pay so much money for a tea and then something like that 🤔

Compared to starbucks smooth: the smooth is much friendlier although they sometimes have a line up outside the starbucks. 1 person serves me at a time and 1 person makes the drink. Requests are always answered in a friendly manner and no eyes are rolled like here. So for me I always like the Glattzemtrum starbucks team!!! Wednesday 1:40 p.m. February 1, 2023

Nice service, good quality (i.e. machine is cleaned sufficiently). The bookstore in which the café is located has a good atmosphere, the café itself is very narrow. But I ordered takeout.

Of two service employees, one was unfriendly and inattentive. Coffee usual Starbucks quality. Upholstered chairs stained and angular. For the premium prices of the coffee, you would expect a corresponding interior. The toilets are catastrophic. Only one women's and one men's toilet. And so small that even a flea gets claustrophobic.

Always too good coffee and cakes. 🙂 Very tidy and helpful staff.

Very cozy and nice cafe, located over a multistory bookstore in Zurich city center. Although a bit crowdy and not the most cheapest in the area, still it worth visiting as dishes are satisfactory and the coffee itself was surprisingly good relative to nearby cafes I visited there.

Very friendly staff and normal Starbucks quality.

“Iced latte macchiato” outrageously overpriced. Half of the cup is simply ice cubes with milk foam, which you can't suck up with the ridiculous, limp paper straw. Most unnecessary drink ever. There was no value for money here...

Not a bad Starbucks, there is nothing all too special about it. The coffee is delicious albeit expensive. The indoor seating area is quite small and is not very pleasant to be in when crowded.

Nice cafe in a bookstore. Cool playlist. There are vegetarian options and alternatives to cow's milk. You need to climb the stairs.

Staff could clear and clean the tables more often. My bagel wasn't warmed up even though this is done in the other Starbucks.

Bad coffee. I give it 2 stars for the glass and the brand, but after spending several days in Zurich and stopping to drink coffee in almost all the Starbucks, it was the worst, all foam, that when you add the sugar and stir, you are left with half... And maybe that's what happened to me... I hope it was something specific and they don't repeat it otherwise I see them closed next year.

Ordered this iced latte to drink on the premises and it was given to me like that. Are we really worried about plastic usage? Or is that paper straw pure green washing?

The Caramel Almond Macchiato was very tasty. It's just a shame that you have to wait in line for so long and unfortunately you can no longer sit comfortably and read a book.

The taste was great as always, but this time I wasn't asked for my name and unfortunately I noticed that too late. 😔 But still 5 stars because the service is good, the prices are high but the cream is free and cinnamon is also available 👌🏽

Cozy but full of people. It's located right in a bookstore, which makes it extra sweet, but there isn't a lot of space for tables and chairs either.

So far the coffee from this Starbucks is the best in Zurich. It is connected with a book store. Friendly service . A bit narrow for the place but one coffee here good.

Staff is super friendly and quick. I've rarely been to such a cozy Starbucks and the good mood of the staff makes it all the better.

Cool location in the well-known bookstore, centrally located on Bellevue & only 100m from Lake Zurich. It's packed here at any time of day but there are always a few free seats at the tables or in the couch lounge. The cappuccino is perfetto and the baristas are super fast & friendly.

It's fine. But very expensive and not even really hot. Because I don't want to drink a lukewarm latte macchiato when I'm out and about in this weather. I haven't even left the drawer yet and it's already lukewarm.

Great lounge. The good thing about it is that it is available in the Orell Füessli branch. Win win!

Quite location inside a book store, never busy even during usual lunch hours. If one wants an easy and quick bite this is definitely the right location.

Interesting concept in adding coffee shop in a bookstore. One can have a coffee with the newly purchased book and enjoy reading.

I’ve been there various times. And it’s my last choice of Starbucks area I’d go to. I always order the same thing, and I was just curious to once order from a secret menu. I speak Spanish and other languages. The lady before me was indecisive and they spoke about her in Spanish and I understood and it wasn’t kind. Then I came up trying to ask about the secret menu and a lady told me “we are not in America we don’t have that only what’s on the board ” since I spoke English with her. (I asked for a choco smoothie .. it’s banana, ice and choco. Simple) I excused myself and ordered something on the board. Then my card didn’t work and she made this look like she was irritated by me, I felt really uncomfortable. So I spoke back in Spanish telling her it was fine and I’d find another Starbucks. It’s been a few times I go there and the staff isn’t nice, any other Starbucks in Zurich is great, joke around and have good conversation. (I understand as u pay they already start the drinks but I can’t help it if my card isn’t working.)

Very cozy coffee corner in the bookstore. It's not the usual Starbucks setup but that's what makes it likeable between the books. Of course there are all the products you are used to. Staff was very friendly but seating is limited. In terms of transport, 2 minutes from Stadelhofen. If you like reading books and then feel like having a coffee, this is the perfect place for you.

They just took my energy drink which I put on the table and wasn't drinking and put it in the trash. Aswell they aren't really nice people.

I ordered a Black Tea Mango Iced Tea Lemonade here and instead got a black tea without mango flavor. The staff works very poorly. Just a complete waste of money. Never go to this Starbucks again!

Starbucks coffee or latte macchiato is always possible. This Starbucks is also integrated into a bookstore. So you can relax and read a new book while drinking a delicious coffee. So really highly recommended.

I really like this place because they have the option To drink coffee with a non diary product, I enjoyed the toffee nutmeg latte very much. I was just a bit sad I couldn't find the peppermint mocca latte I could buy in Thailand. The staff is super nice.

Central location Often longer waiting times

We ordered two drinks and both of them were made wrong. So we made a new order and the second time they forgot the extra shot of coffee I paid for. After asking them if they could put the shot inside, they asked me to leave. Expensive and the service is very bad, avoid if you can.

A cafe that doesn't open until 9. What a fail.

The Starbucks staff here is very, very friendly, really exemplary. Unfortunately, you can't see the entrance to Starbucks at first glance from the outside; you first have to go to the first floor of a library until you see the Starbucks counter.

Nice idea to integrate Starbucks into a bookstore, it brings together what belongs together. A good book and a strong coffee. Usual good Starbucks quality.

Very small location. It's hard to find a clean table as it is usual for customers to leave all their rubbish after leaving. The plus side is to enjoy reading while having coffee.

It's a Starbucks in a book store to full fill you Starbucks needs every day. I think the location is great, it enables you to buy a book and then go on and read it with a nice cup of tea or coffee. During the day you'll also find a lot of people working there. I'd prefer it if the seating in this Starbucks was nicer and comfier.

Nevertheless, every now and then you sit down in this coffee house to enjoy the international atmosphere. The advantage of this branch is the great location in the middle of the city. Unfortunately, there are too few seating options and the tables are too small to place a laptop and sketchbook. Otherwise tip top! Fast service, and well heated (on cold winter days). As with almost all self-service branches, WiFi is rather slow to medium :/ You just have to bring your WiFi with you ;)
