Starbucks in Kloten

More expensive than all other starbucks in the city, does not accept loyalty card and almost never have oat milk in stock.. just annoying

ordered two iced mocha without cream and a baby chino. First came two mocha with cream and a cold baby chino. After complaining, two white mocha arrived without cream. The employees would rather take better care of the customers and their orders than make small talk among themselves and listen to music.

What a joke!! The whole cup is made of plastic but the straw has to be made of cardboard. Really stupid humanity.

Friendly staff, clean place, expected Starbucks quality. Major sticking point is the plug sockets, which were recessed into the wall. This meant that my EuroPlugs (or type-C) could not fit, and thus I could not charge my electronics. These are normally compatible with the Swiss plugs, but the recessed design meant this didn't work
