My customer obviously has a lot of time to talk and is very slow. That's OK. But there are 3 employees there, then one goes to the second cash register, but unfortunately she only opens the cash register briefly and leaves again. It's obvious that I have to wait a long time. Since the train is leaving soon, I leave Starbucks without a drink. In 4 minutes a drink with 3 employees, efficiency is something else.

The coffee shop is okay, but you can't have to go to the staff three times and ask for toilet paper because there is none in both toilets.

Nice place, welcoming, relaxing, friendly staff, I'll gladly return.

Great Starbucks Was here for 4 hours, drank two coffees and ate delicious Belgian waffles. The staff is very nice. The ambience is also okay, the view is of the train station, but everything inside is clean and well designed.

I got a coffee that tastes like wet socks. I don't know how or why, but it's undrinkable, not recommended :(

Long waiting times, the price-performance ratio is not right. Overpriced American coffee. Personally, I find it unnecessary to ask for the name when consuming something.

I ordered normally and then received the wrong order. Not what I ordered, so I told the cashier and was insulted at what I could think of saying and who I think I am. I don't think it's a bad thing if you make a mistake as a new employee, but then you don't do it and insult them

The blonde maid didn't seem to be in the place or anything attentive to her work, first she gave me the wrong cake which was more expensive than what I actually ordered and she didn't see that the price was different. Second I said my name that everyone always understands and she wrote another name on my drink that when they called me to get the drink I didn't know it was for me, because Sara is completely different from Zoe, and the coffee also gave me stomach problems! The worst Starbucks store!

I'm absolutely not a fan of Starbucks. I personally find this system with the name asking and that only one person is responsible for letting the coffee out strange 🤨 it's just a matter of opinion.

Mega great employees. I wanted to buy one of the Starbucks cups as a birthday present, so it had to be a neutral one... Unfortunately there wasn't one in the store. The nice gentleman went to the warehouse to get a new pack. Super attentive and accommodating🌟 everyone was very friendly and of course the coffee was again really tasty😋

I ordered the pizzas home. Delivery was quicker than expected and they were delicious! Best pizza in town!

Unfortunately the cappuccino had a strange taste, really as well as dirty and smelly water with a little milk. I always drink caffeine, but with this cappuccino I had a stomach problem the whole day. Two stars for your chocolate muffin. It was good. Unfortunately the coffee quality is no longer as good as before.

Basically very long waiting times and the employees often don't understand the order. They often seem stressed. The prices are set very high.

Quick morning coffee in the Bahnhof! Starbucks is the same everywhere, nothing special but great for the busy mornings. This time I decided to stay in store. The apple cake was very tasty, recommended that for dessert 👍

The place is ok. The staff today didn't speak any German, but they were still able to communicate with us. What bothers me is all the people who work on the PC for hours and take up space for those who want to have a quick drink. The WiFi should be limited to one hour.... That would also be in your interest. The workers only consume one drink.

Actually great, just sometimes a bit confused employees. Also the most disgusting ice coffee I've ever had... Black coffee filled with ice cubes and water, that's how my "ice coffee" was prepared... either the employee had no idea what to do or that's just how they do it... Otherwise has always been good.

The drinks are good, but it's not very inviting to stay here longer due to the location right in the train station.

Nasty food. Very low quality of products. Cookies and cakes with a very noticeable baking powder. Sandwiches and bagels tasteless, dry. It's amazing that here in Switzerland Starbucks has such poor quality products, and in Poland you can eat really tasty food in this chain's outlets.

I love the drinks but the prices are ridiculous. And unfortunately they have become more expensive again.

First things first: the coffee (caramel macchiato) was really good. The triple chocolate muffin was also good. A perfect place to wait for the train and have a coffee. Nice staff, my wife forgot to pay. We stood at the drinks counter to wait for the coffee, when we were kindly asked to pay 😆. The ambience is not that great, neither homey nor, in a way, “unique”.

Service at the checkout was very friendly. I ordered a large Chai Latte and a Saltet Caramel Frappuccino. I paid for a large chai, but got a medium one. Plus the lid wasn't on properly, unfortunately everything went on my white top! Of course I could have checked, but I was so looking forward to my chai that I just wanted to drink it! There was no apology! The Frappuccino was just coffee and milk... no caramel! Sorry, not working at all!

Worst Starbucks in all of Zurich... Be careful because of rip-offs, they keep trying to sell false prices and this has been going on for over a year and always different employees, I think it has a system there..

Going to Starbucks again but definitely not for a long time. Despite fewer customers, we waited over 9 minutes for a cappuccino. To then get a cup of milk with a little coffee for CHF 6.50. Missed the train because of this. This can be done faster and much better elsewhere!

I requested a decaf cappuccino with oat milk due to my lactose intolerance, at the end I received a cappuccino with caffeine and regular milk. Disappointing!

The black coffee leaves a lot to be desired, a shame for a label that actually makes money from cafés. I never drink café there anyway, only tea. Unfortunately, Starbucks is no longer what it used to be, and cleanliness is neither guaranteed at the counter nor at the tables. To go is always possible.

Some offers are overpriced and writing a name correctly on the cup is apparently too difficult for some workers. But I personally find the waiting times positive, which are often around 3-6 minutes. And the quality of the drinks are always top. Think 3/5 ⭐ is appropriate.

The place and the coffee drink with sweets would actually be great, but the prices are above the normal budget. Coffee beans with a little milk and medium syrup cost 7 francs in my opinion, as did the cake pastries. I paid 21 francs for two coffee macchiato and a muffin. I don't want to and can't afford that!

Coffee in cardboard cups and too expensive

It was changed, new tables and chairs. I like it. The ChaiLatte was delicious as always. A small downside: there was no cinnamon to sprinkle on it. I'll definitely come back👍

It's a shame that the other one no longer exists, but it's nice that you still exist in Winterthur. Unfortunately, you're so small that it's not always possible to get a place to sit, as sometimes there are people occupying the space who either spread out too much or simply stay far too long but don't take advantage of your great offer. How about a to-go window on platform 3?

Very good service, especially the nice woman with the headscarf, she always has a nice smile. Tastes tip top and is always clean. Just thumbs up.
