Starbucks in Zürich

Canteen is not an atmosphere. Service that wants to take away cups even though we are still sitting and there is coffee in them.

Adequate chain coffeehouse. It's highlight is it proximity to Zürich Hauptbahnhof. Not surprisingly, it gets a lot commuters and tourists seeking a familiar café. You will be lucky if you find a place to sit, but not because it's especially tasty or affordable. To use the toilets, you must have a receipt to prove that you're a paying customer (a problem because the nearby railway station only has pay toilets). I remember the customer service being adequate at best, but I'm sure that depends on who serves you and how many rude customers had come just before you. Typical Starbucks values for Switzerland, so affordable enough for the locals, but not anywhere near the cheapest coffee in the city. As you probably know, Starbucks serves a good range of products: coffee, espresso, latte, cappuccino, iced coffee, and iced tea. I know it's only a chain, but the Starbucks brownie is divine! Seriously. Coffee's not bad either - despite the haters - but is hardly the best in Zurich. This Starbucks is not the centre of social interaction that more charming Zurich coffeehouses can be, so don't come here for the ambiance. Patrons just come to get a coffee while rushing for a train (or to use the toilet)

One of the most expensive Starbucks in Switzerland. The offer is average. Good Wifi and comfortable chairs. The good location makes it an ideal meeting point in the immediate vicinity of the train station. I had to wait a relatively long time for our two coffees because only one person was serving.

Unfriendly service, just chatting

If you want good coffee, don't go to Starbucks, go to an Italian restaurant! The coffee is in a different league there. You can't drink that broth that Starbucks offers! You also pay less at the Italian restaurant. Therefore, there are a few things wrong with Starbucks, including the price/performance level.

Great ambience but too many people around the tables with just coffee. Ordered couple of things 🥐- fluffy and flaky. Good 4/5 Pain au chocolate - can be better with filling 3/5 Brownie - 5/5 as expected moist and good Carrot cake - would visit back for delicious cake -5/5 Lemon slice - good one 😍

Were already evicted before the official closing date

This Starbucks branch just outside the station in the Europaalle center is quite large and has plenty of seating. There are the classic drinks and snacks of the famous brand: coffee, tea, frappuccinos, cookies,... the coffee is quite good, as are the snacks. The staff is friendly and fast.

It was amazing there. You went there with a couple of friends and it was fun.even though I am 13 I still want too share my experience at this Starbucks I order hot milk and a cookie the milk was super hot and kept me warm for like 30min. I was disappointed that they didn’t write my name on the cup even though they asked my name but the cookie was delicious. The staff were super friendly. Great service and great food.

Unfortunately, my visit to Starbucks was disappointing. I had to wait 20 minutes for my drink, got the wrong drink once, and one wasn't delivered at all. Even after the second order of the missing drink I didn't receive it. Only after my complaint on the third attempt did I finally get my double espresso. That was annoying and disappointing. That's why I only give it 3 stars.

today around 13:30 i ordered a short soy steamed milk with one pump of chai with no foam. the employee that took my order was unfriendly and did not take my order seriously. 1. he charged me for a normal chai latte (scam) 2. he did not note the ,no foam‘ on the cup. so i had to tell the barista that was making the drink, that i would like it without foam. she already steamed the milk and poured it in the cup, which i was aware. i would have been fine if she just scooped out the foam, but instead of asking me, she made this annoyed face and made an unpleasant comment, she spilled the milk out of the cup and steamed new milk — a way to waste milk. when i got my drink and tasted it, it had a too strong of a chai taste. it definitely had too much chai syrup inside. when i opened the lid, i could tell there was more than one pump inside. it upsets me and i‘m sharing my experience because i myself have worked in starbucks for over three years and as a customer it’s disappointing and definitely not worth the money.

Ideal for having a coffee. Work with your laptop. Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. I recommend.

Very unfriendly staff! Very very unfriendly. And beside that she can barely understand German, which is not a problem but don't pull the money out of customers hand and don't speak about a guest which is sitting 3m away from you!

I was at this location today with my husband and unfortunately the employee was working with complete “annoyance”. I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino and she was already in closing mode at 7:30 p.m. She didn't bother with my drink... There was no doping and the taste wasn't as usual... I understand the stress of everyday life, but I want to be satisfied when I spend money. (I mean Starbucks doesn't have the cheapest prices...)

It was the first time I entered Starbucks, I really liked both the frappe and the dessert I had which was very fresh and of good quality. I highly recommend it for a different coffee than usual.

Unfriendly service. We sat on the terrace at 7:00 p.m. Were turned away at 7:10 p.m. because there weren't enough staff and so they closed the terrace 50 minutes before the end. I don't think it's correct and it wasn't communicated to us nicely.

Nice standard Starbucks cafe with friendly staff. It had various free tables and it was clean. The sanitary facilities were also fine. There are currently fine autumn coffees that can be ordered in different versions (various types of milk, added cream, pumpkin syrup, etc.).

Terrible service, the baristas are more concerned with discussing personal topics than taking your order. On top of that, there’s one employee with frizzy hair that is basically chasing young women around the shop and dancing (vulgarly) at the entrance, whenever a women walks by. It’s quite a sight and I’m not trying to accuse this guy of anything, but you can tell that a lot of the women are feeling very uncomfortable with this and his colleagues are simply laughing about it. I would consider this inappropriate no matter what, but in todays day and age, this is bordering on harassment and I’m quite surprised that an American company would tolerate this sort of behavior from an employee

There was no soap nor toilet paper in neither of the toilets /women, men nor handicap/. The answer of one of the employees in regards to the paper was, "there you have napkins" showing the counter with straws, napkins and sugar. In regards to the soap, he admitted that they don't have in reserve. I am seriously worried about the hygiene of the employees - do they wash their hands before serving clients ?

Sorry, but that's not possible and I'm not used to Starbucks. It should be something fruity. Rabbucino with passion fruit. There was no passion fruit and the whole thing had no taste whatsoever. I'm usually very generous, but it's not worth the money

It's the only Starbucks in Zurich which cleans their coffee machine correctly. I can only drink the espresso there. Basel and Bern station Starbucks branches are good as well. But please teach your neighbouring branches once how to make good espresso. Nice staff, and there's also a toilet. Unfortunately they have recently raised the prices, the espresso costs CHF 5.30 now.

Don't go there. WORST service. Simple medium coffee is 8 Francs and they cheat, my cup filled up to the middle, not the top. Worst place.

I visited this Starbucks just to have a coffee after lunch and my experience has been very positive. The customer service was friendly and efficient, my Oat Cappuccino was great and the premises looked tidy and cosy. The toilet, however, was a bit messy. Overall, I would highly recommend this store and Starbucks in general.

It is a Starbucks. Unfortunately, it is very expensive in Switzerland. And also as usual the laptop people block all the seats and drink a coffee for 4 hours.

Nice coffee, good internet connection, lots of plugs available, not a lot of people compared to other Starbucks, and cool staff (Josef really kind and helpful).

The name Starbucks is always a guarantee, but when breakfast is served by a friendly and smiling girl, the day starts even better! Lots of artisanal cream on my White Mocha and a free MiniCino for the littlest one in the house!

Food and drinks were delicious . Staff was friendly. :) But the bathroom… im sorry but the bathroom was just horrible. So unhygienic and dirty. The toilet paper was all over the place. The tap was wobbly. For a restaurant its a very bad bathroom.

Nice branch close to the city with nice outdoor area. It's your regular Starbucks, but very spacey. Just next to the main train station and Bahnhofstrasse. So it's a nice place for a quick escape. Also great restaurants in the surroundings.

Always love the coffee here. They work fast and can handle advanced level coffee ordering (which is not always the case in Switzerland).

Always a good choice, this Starbucks is in a great location and even when busy, the queue goes by fast. Very friendly staff and the quality of drinks here I always find to be better than other Starbucks.

Matcha latte with LESS coconut milk is (almost) great! EXCEPT - all vegan "milks" are SWEETENED?! Why intentionally make us addicted and sick with sugar?! @starbucks - finally, please, offer UNSWEET alternatives! AND in various branches the employees answer the question “Which VEGAN milk is unsweetened?” - “LACTOSE FEED”?!?!? SO such a strong emotional ability to think is downright repulsive. If they are unable to think - @ starbucks: teach them a few people what “vegan” means!
