Starbucks in Vevey

They were very fast but too stressed, personally I prefer a slow and smiling service than stressful and too efficient 😅

First time at Starbucks, I won't be back. All the tables are dirty with dishes not cleared, we had to clean them ourselves. It took 10 minutes to order because I asked for a seasonal drink without cow's milk. I am told which ones are lactose-free. We had to explain to the waiter that lactose-free is still cow's milk...

I went to a Starbucks in Paris where the staff was more pleasant and smiling than in this Starbucks, even though everyone knows that pleasant, smiling and Paris are 3 words that cannot be in the same sentence. I don't usually rate Starbucks because I assume everyone already knows it's bad, but this one is especially bad. Its only advantage is the proximity to the parking lot.

If mediocrity had a name, it would be Starbucks Vevey. 10 minutes of waiting for two takeaway coffees due to a checkout error with another customer. 20 francs for two poor coffees. Plastic/cardboard cups full of caramel and without protection for the journey. Traditional Swiss cafés have a bright future ahead of them, at least the service is qualitative and the customer is respected...

Its a starbucks. Yes, but the hygene if i could give them a minus 10 i would. They give you dirty forks and knifes. Each to its own, but for me, disgusting.

I ordered a cookie and a hot chocolate. Basic but work as usual. Perfect temperature for drinking straight away and the little heart in the chocolate mousse added a special touch! The attention and kindness of the person who prepared it for me helped to create a pleasant and warm atmosphere throughout the coffee. The quality of service far exceeds the investment!

I was disappointed with 2 friends of mine, we ordered 3 almond milk drinks, and we drank without suspecting anything since we trust the seller, probably it is cow's milk , when we left we all felt bad, unfortunately we were the 3 lactose intolerant. It's a shame that the staff doesn't listen to the customer. We were bad this Sunday, November 26, 2023

Saturday morning 3 employees, ZERO energy If you don't want to work, recruit better

It's been 4 times that I have ordered from this Starbucks, 4 times that one of the drinks ordered is wrong. Incompetence has limits.

Well done to the employee who worked alone on Sunday morning, October 29... she was remarkably quick and kept smiling, despite the lengthening queue! Plus his coffee was delicious!

After an hour of time we were finally able to drink something after 2 changes because the coffee tasted burnt and undrinkable instead we took an ice chai latte without sugar this one came back with so much sugar that it was undrinkable for someone who can't drink or eat sugar and the ice tee came back hot. And what's more, the toilets are disgusting with piss everywhere and no more pq. Review it and I can't say thank you.

After returning the coffee twice because it was literally burnt, the person served us a chai latte, expressly requested without sugar, the drink was pure sugar. Is the service this Sunday September 24 a joke? The lady at the reception was very friendly but Owen at the preparation was dishonest, making you wonder if the sugar “error” was not intentional

Great spot! Food and drinks are good but mostly the service: the barista who served me, her smile and her kindness made my day! Can’t remember her name unfortunately, just remember she was the smaller blonde. Highly recommended!

Im not the biggest fun of huge chain companies, but I must say, this Starbucks has a great location with a lot of light and super nice staff... The Frappuccino was super delicious, impressively better than other Starbucks I tried.. The atmosphere here makes it a great place to spend Tim reading/working and having a nice time.

Unprofessional stuff, teenagers are working in here, during my last two visits their friends were in there inside was noisy they were shouting screaming when I asked the stuff they said that are not going to ask them to behave and respect others, stuff colored hair green and whitish and she was specially rude. Really disappointed ☹️

Really at the top the staff is very warm and takes care of you and you will have your drink as you wish you can even make a few small changes that the staff will be happy to prepare it for you as you wish I highly recommend it

Had a cafe creme....coffee tasted like it was burnt. How can Starbucks get a std coffee so wrong? I guess they want you to put lots of sugary substances in it to charge more and damage your health. This is the macdonalds of the coffee world. Shame as its quite a nice venue. Other coffee shops make vastly superior coffee its not hard to do.
